Elena in Service was disrespectful and completely rude as I took my ux200 in for service and also to have them replicate a concern I had with the car. When I was there she asked if I was married and if I was happy, also referred to me as "hey you".(NOT INTERESTED) I was there for nearly 3 hours for a oil change with appointment and to have a tech drive my car (car sat untouched for most of the time). When I got a email asking for feedback I mentioned I was unsatisfied and soon got a call from Elena yelling about how I gave her negative feedback. Very unprofessional of Gary to have her call me when he clearly knew I wasn't happy. I eventually talked to Gary on the phone he also was frustrated when I gave him feedback. Ive worked in the business and I would never talk to a customer like they've talked to me. The only reason last Saturday I drove 2 hours to Valley Lexus was because of the Sales Consultant, Todd Sanders. He was absolutely professional and knew what he was doing. His customer service was the BEST. Every time I called before my appointment, on the phone he was patient, respectful, and did his best for me to find the car that I was looking for. He helped me to get approval for the Auto Loan. I did test drive my favorite car (Lexus IS 250 F SPORT), and I had my auto loan approval, so All I asked for just little discount. Todd did his best to get discount for me, so he went to the Sales Manager, but the Sales Manager, Robert, said: NO. I didn't negotiate anymore because I truly liked the car, and I decided to buy it. So I asked Todd what if I purchase this car today with NO discount, WOULD you guys at least delivery the car to me for free? He went back to the Sales Manager (Robert), and came back and stated Manager said: " We can't do that" I asked Todd: "May I speak to the Manager?" He went back to Manager, and came to me and said: " you can go to his office" I was SO SHOCK that What kind of customer satisfaction is that from the Sales Manager?! As soon as I got to Robert's office after handshake, he said: " Do you have a question for me?" NOT even- " How may I help you?" ..... I said: " I drove 2 hours here I like this car and I really want to buy it, and I am ok if you can't give me discount, but would you at least delivery it to me for free?" OH MY GOD.... His attitude changed and said: " We are talking about $200-$300 here- NO I cannot do that. " I said: " Ok then- that's fine" .... while I was getting up off the chair, he was jut playing with his computer and wasn't even planning to shake my hand. I kind of waited to see if he is going to get up or at least appreciate me for driving there for 2 hours, but NOTHING.... He didn't even bother doing that. I almost walked out of his office, but I turned back and shook his hand. I DID THAT NOT him. The whole time Todd was there. Todd walked me out and apologized to me for the Sales Manager, Robert's behavior. He offered me his own help on his day off to drive the car to me for free. I was SAD because I didn't get my favorite car that day ONLY because of the Sales Manager's behavior. He WAS RUDE! Next day I drove to Freeman Lexus in Santa Rosa, and I bought my car from there. Not only they gave me discount, also they delivered my car for free to my home. I don't think it is fair for people like Todd to work in that type of environment. I think Todd works SO hard to bring all customers in, and ONLY because of the Sales Manager, Robert.. at the he feels like he did nothing, but believe me Todd - YOU DID EVERYTHING, and YOU deserve a better work place. My wife and I were shopping for an RX350 for her. We had done all of our due diligence, and it was simply a matter of finding the "best price." I submitted email inquiries to obtain the "internet pricing" from the four Lexus dealerships closest to us, including Valley Lexus in Modesto. All four responded. The first provided a price quote, to which we made a counteroffer. The salesperson responded with a "best offer" that was higher than his original. Another was clearly more interested in getting me to come into the dealership so he could sell me something I did not need. The third provided a price quote of the MSRP. He did not respond to our counteroffer, other than to say no. Then there was David Lampkins with Valley Lexus. His initial response to my inquiry provided me with general information about several cars he had available. When I called, he gladly forwarded the written specifications for the particular car that we were interested in, as well as a price quote. We made a counteroffer, to which he responded with a better offer. We responded again, to which he responded with his best offer and an explanation for its basis. Never any high pressure sales tactics. The following day I called, confirmed that the offer was still on the table, provided a deposit, and scheduled an appointment to purchase the car the following day. The next day, my wife, me, and our young child went to Valley Lexus to meet with David Lampkins and purchase the car. It took about three hours to complete the entire transaction, but that was significantly longer than normal because my wife was driving the car home (about 1 1/2 hours) and we wanted to make sure she knew how to work all of the features in the car. David Lampkins even paired her phone to the Bluetooth and programmed our home address in the navigation system. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure that my wife comfortable driving the car home. About the dealership itself, perhaps the most telling thing to say is that our young child caused very few interruptions during the entire time we were there. There are two flat screen televisions connected to Direct TV and a soda fountain. The walls of the dealership are windows, so we felt comfortable leaving our child unattended while we were outside going over the car's features, as we were always within eyesight. We had limited dealings with Bryan Kyte, the Finance Manager, because we had arranged our own financing. However, we did discuss our options regarding extended warranties with him. He provided us with his recommendation of what he felt was an appropriate warranty based on information we provided. Again, no high pressure sales tactics, and he did not try to sell us something that we did not need. I will definitely recommend David Lampkins and Valley Lexus to others. read more

Where can you get amazing service like this? 2. On last Tuesday I could not connect my cell phone to the bluetooth in my car. Again I called Kelly on his cell phone and he VERY patiently walked me through the procedure to reconnect - it wasn't simple. The service man we spoke to treated us very well and managed to get my car in even without making an appointment. Which I appreciated and didn't mind having to wait around the building for a while. It is very comfortable inside the waiting area. They have a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks. Not to mention very clean restrooms. If I could give them zero stars I would. I'd like to say be able to say that I received poor service at Valley Lexus but I can't as I didn't receive any service at all. My fiancé and I got out of our car a noticed three sales people standing around and not a single one of them even acknowledged us. We walked over and took a look at one of the SUVs and then wanted to look at the CT 200h F Sport but didn't see any in the lot. Again, no one in sight. I sold the car and called in needing some records checked to see if the timing belt had been done (buyer wanted to know) and they were great about getting back to me with the information. Long time Toyota owner, started with a corolla, it drove forever 200k+ last 2 cars were Avalon's so I love the quality of there cars, compared to my DTS lux lll even though the Cadillac had every bell an whistle, gm fails big time in the quality of this 60k dollar car. This Cadillac looked the same as the day I drove it off the lot, the car has been garaged, serviced, in general pampered the entire time I owned it. Everyone who looked at it agreed, the car is pristine, yet it was worth next to nothing at trade. Sadly my Avalon which cost half the price of the Cadillac was worth more. That being said, yesterday I decided to step up to the Lexus family. I had been to several different dealers, had it narrowed down to 2 brands of cars priced the same. Why I choose Valley Lexus, it all comes down to the dealership how your treated. When the other dealership said " your Cadillac is nice but your value is to over inflated", goodbye Audi hello Lexus! By far this is the BEST dealership I have ever worked with, I started with Michael, but when I came back he was off for the day so his coworker David, took over. This was the most easy no hassle no pressure car purchase we ever made. GM manager Adam is great everything was out in the open no running back and forth to see if the GM would go with my terms. Was the most gentle sales person I have ever encountered and we have gotten cars at least every four years. A friend told me about George drove up there he showed me a 2015 limited Hylander , it was used but it was beautiful only 15,000 miles on it. I told him that I was looking at a Toyota brand-new one at the Toyota dealership just right next-door he graciously said OK let me know if you're interested. Toyota dealership kept going back-and-forth with my trade-in they did not even touch the price that Lexus gave me for my trade-in all I will tell you is they were $3000 under what Lexus gave me!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had to get my passenger airbag replaced due to factory recall. I was in and out of dealership within 20 mins. I was given a '17 IS 200 loaner car with a full tank of gas. Upon return for my car, they took care of the issue, washed it inside and out AND filled the tank with gas not to mention this time they had me out within 10 mins. Recently, we began to have issues with the vehicle that already went through some repairs at Valley Lexus. My husband contacted Gary and he basically blew him off saying he couldn't help us but would have his sales manager call us. Guess what...one week later, still no call AND I get stranded on the side of the road with my 2 year old. After two hours waiting for a tow and having to take to a local repair shop in order for me to get to work, I got in contact with Gary again who basically blew me off for a 2nd time. His sales manager ended up returning my call this time; however, basically told me I was SOL and wasn't willing to do ANYTHING to rectify my problem because it had been 18 mos....and not even an apology for never returning my husband's phone call. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT EVEN WILLING TO CHECK THE VEHICLE OUT BEFORE SAYING, "NOPE, SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU." I feel like they did what they had to do to make the sale, did a half ass job "repairing" it the first time and are washing their hands of the very same problem because it has gone 18 mos. before the same issues with it became apparent. Instead of selling a higher priced car, Tevy was more interested in getting my mom into the car that would make her happy in the long run. We wound up getting an ES350 which was less expensive than a sportier version but Tevy wasnt selling the price, she was taking care of my mom. Eddie the sales manager was wonderful. He escorted my husband and I to the new cars and told us all about them. When we determined a new car was most likely beyond the price range my in-laws wanted to be in, Tim was able to show us some very nice used RX 350's. I have been looking at the Lexus IS 250 F Sport and IS 350 F Sport for a while. My co-worker recommended Valley Lexus and had recently bought a Lexus for his wife. I went to look at both vehicles to see If I was ready for the purchase. The one thing that was important to me was a white exterior and red interior. When I arrived they had both vehicles available in the colors that I wanted. My lucky day. Sales Consultant Timothy Sorrick was an excellent consultant he explained to me the difference between both vehicles and we took them out for a test drive. Every question I had about the vehicle was answered. I then spoke to Finance Director Nathan Conway he made me feel at ease and explained the numbers on both of the vehicles. While I was talking to him he informed me that I could be walking away with a brand new car that day. Imagine my surprise when I was just looking at prices. So I chose the IS 350 F Sport. Throughout the whole process I never felt obligated or pressured into anything. The staff were very friendly and worked with what I wanted. My grandparents have been stopping by Valley Lexus for nearly 10 years now. They purchased their RX 350 a few years ago and loved their experience with Eddie. I looked around and wasn't sure I had found anything but Eddie assured me that he would keep his eyes out for something. I was looking for new RX350 and sent out a request for quote. Todd Sanders responded and said I won't loose your business this time. He said he was off Thursday, Friday (6-16, 6-17-2016) and he will check his inventory. I was waiting for his call and or text Saturday ( 6-18-2016), but no call, text or email. So I ended getting the Vehicle 2016 RX350 6-18-2016 @ Magnussen Lexus of Fremont. And exactly a week later (6-25-2016) I received a text from him, if I was interested in still buying the RX350. I told him I was waiting all day and no call or text. His reasoning was, " I was busy and sold 4 cars that day, it could have been 5 cars. if he called me. We bought a new Lexus CT 200 Hybrid from Todd at Valley Lexus, after calling around a number of dealers in the Bay Area to find the one that best fit what we wanted. The whole experience was excellent. We were pretty late on a rainy Saturday evening by the time we got there, but we never felt hurried or pressured. The car we were interested in was ready for us when we got there in the inside showroom (good given the rain!). Everyone was very professional, while we were getting all the paperwork and details of a lease worked out. Even though it was late by then, Todd stayed around to set up bluetooth and a bunch of other things for us, to make sure we would have a fun first drive home. Amazing service and friendly staff. I have been bringing my older Lexus down for service for four years and every time they are super. They treat us as if we had a Rolls Royce brought in for service. Kelly is courteous, professional. Kelly works quickly to get your car into service and gives you an EXACT estimate time when completed. He calls us immediately if other things are not as we discuss at the drop off. Kelly is smart know his stuff and we feel confident and comfortable that the job is getting done and getting done correctly. My husband purchased another brand of car and it was brand new and called back for some minor upgrades. This place left the brand new car on the back lot for two weeks. The service person wasn't warm and somewhat put "out attitude." We picked up the NEW car totally dusty and spider webs all over the car. The dealership didn't think it was important at all, We don't understand why the sales people are so great and the service end is poor. Lexus returns your car clean and tidy.
