You have to call to see how it is doing, that is, if they have even touched it at that point. Then they get huffy with you if you do call. Sorry to offend or inconvenience you by wondering about the progress of MY vehicle, while I'm having to make arrangements for rides or using another source of transportation. Very unprofessional and rude. If you are so backed up, don't take as many clients. Even a call to say you haven't touched it would be nice, but I guess that's even too much to ask. Then there is the matter of when you do get your vehicle back, things never sound/act 100% right. It seems right at first, but then a week or 2 later you find that something isn't right. So you take it back only to find that after replacing something they fixed, they failed to do one little thing, to which they still charge you over $100 for labor when it was PART OF THE SERVICE YOU ALREADY PAID OVER $1,500 FOR!! So yeah thanks for the rip off. Pathetic. And it seems that every time we bring a vehicle in, it always seems to come back with a new problem, or a fix that they "conveniently do".
