Hit this place up on a Sunday evening after being out in the heat all day. Minimal line, and once I asked, they let us sample a couple flavors before ordering. Got a single scoop of brown sugar cookie dough brownie. The brown sugar gives the base a toastier taste than regular cookie dough ice cream, and the cookie dough chunks and brownie pieces mixed in were both really good. Scoop was noticeably smaller than a single scoop you'd get at other ice cream shops for the same price. Also they won't give out kid cups unless you actually have a kid with you, kind of annoying.

Super unique flavors and tons of vegan options - there's something for everyone here. Homemade waffle cones and cups have a tasty cinnamon flavor. In addition to cones, cups, and sundaes you can also get milkshakes or ice cream cookie sandwiches with any flavor. We tried the Hojicha flavor and one of their specialty caramel sundaes. The Hojicha had a nice tea-like flavor, and was not too sweet. However the specialty sundaes get you the most bang for your buck. Seating is mostly outdoors and there is a restroom (accessible via code) on the site.

This location was speedy, clean, and offered a lot of options! I had a scoop of the earl grey and the sticky mango rice, and both managed to be flavorful yet not overpowering or artificial. It is a little expensive for what you get, but that's expected with the brand! I also appreciated that while we were there, the staff updated the board in real time as they had ran out of a flavor and replaced it with another.

the menu! pints are $11 and have like 5 scoops in them!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The flavors are really great and the metal spoons they use to give you samples offer a solid taste! THE SERVICE IS GREAT! After 6x samples they were still happy to help us out! THE AMBIANCE It's good - just a friendly ice cream place!

Delicious ice cream. The two flavor cup is perfect for sharing. Stopped by today and got the pistachio and the coffee affogato, an absolutely perfect combination. I live the little seats at the window to keep an eye on what's happening outside while I'm eating delicious ice cream. Service was on point. Vibe is fun and uncluttered. Love this location!

Walked around the corner after having dinner with family and waited in a very long line for some of the best ice cream. Don't be discouraged, the line moves quickly. Ice cream is sooooo good and lots of flavors to choose from. Baby cousin got to try her first ice cream here and I think it set the standard high. 10/10!! Check them out :)

Cute spot near Logan circle with a wide variety of ice cream (including a few vegan options). The staff are friendly and you can taste a few flavors if you're having trouble deciding. I opted for the sour cherries & cream flavor and was not disappointed!

Perfect evening pick me up after a long work day downtown in DC. There was a line when I arrived but it progressed very quickly. The staff allowed me to try numerous flavors before deciding on Ice Cream Cake with White Chocolate Raspberry Brownie. Super fresh and very creamy. This location has a few seats inside but plenty of room outdoors on the covered patio.

Came here because my friend loves that they have vegan flavors. Closes at a decent time on Thursdays so we were able To go after dinner. Can't go wrong if you find a flavor you like

Busy Saturday night crowd almost 9 pm

Fun and lively atmosphere ... and at a high price. At first I thought this place recently opened up given the extremely long line 20 feet out the door on a Saturday evening. But turns out 7 months into this business, people are still willing to wait for some pricey sweetness. At nearly eight bucks for a typical scoop size, I'm not sure if it's quite worth it despite some entertaining flavors and vegan options. We got some vegan strawberry shortcake- a bit more on the sour side and not so creamy as this treat should be. The coffee affogato was good but again not at the price point nor wait to get it. Once was good enough.

a classic chain that has soon spread across DC, I mainly come here for convenience. the flavors are very interesting and they're generous with samples, as well as pretty efficient despite long lines. that being said, $8 for a single scoop is just way too much and most of the flavors are sickly sweet.

They have a great list of unique rotating flavors, and it's always fun to come back to try out their new seasonal releases. A few of my favorites over the years have been their hibiscus sorbet -- a delightful dairy-free addition to their Hispanic Heritage Month flavors that is the perfect balance of tangy and sweet -- the cinnamon cardamom -- a super spiced ice cream that, despite being freezing cold, feels like you're about to drink a warm beverage -- and blueberry sour cream crumble. When I'm feeling less adventurous, they also have a really solid strawberry ice cream that uses real berries (none of that artificial nonsense you see in grocery stores) with a delightful fruity, slightly tangy flavor. There's usually a pretty long line, but it moves quite quickly since they don't allow samples. It's also a small space that gets crowded pretty easily, so I'd recommend taking your ice cream to go and enjoying it as you walk around Mt Pleasant or on the benches just below the entrance to Mount Desert.

The mutabbaq is good, but the fruit flavors were not good. Blueberry was alright but I couldn't taste the sour cream at all. Watermelon was artificial and bad too. They also don't let people sample, which is weird for an ice cream place. Overall, I would not recommend this place because paying $8+ to take a random chance on ice cream flavors is not worth it at all. At least let us sample first...

It took a while for the waitress to come over to get my order. 4. I'm in the middle of a zoom call and instead of her putting the drinks directly in front of my laptop or to the right of my laptop she proceeded to reach over me during the zoom call to put the drink on my side. I've never had a waiter reach across the screen on an obvious Zoom call to put the drink on my side. 5. She brings the machine to Pay and clicks through the screen of what was on the order to the payment screen. I asked her can you please go back so I can see what was on the screen she proceeds to just stand there holding the pay machine and I say I'm not going to pay unless I see what my bill was she proceeds to say she can't go back and that she will show me what I paid after I paid and if she needs to, she will give me back money. I said absolutely not. I need to see it. She proceeds to just keep standing there to try and force me to pay without seeing my bill. I have never been at an establishment that not only will not let you see your bill, but tells you to pay and then you can see your bill. She does this about three times and we're at a standstill to the part where I say I will leave if you do not show me my bill and I can call and pay for it afterwards and then she's able to go to the register and get a copy of my bill which it shouldn't have been that difficult and then I say I would actually like to talk to the manager. 6. The manager was pointless. If I was a manager, I would be completely remorseful and apologetic and he was neither. the main question he kept asking was is there something wrong with the bill. Which I responded, what's going on a customer should be able to see the bill without going through all these hoops and he asked me again. Was there a question about the Bill. I responded again. I should be able to see my bill without all of these other their questions. This was a disappointing experience at a restaurant. They drove out of my way to go to. A customer should not have to call a manager over just to see a copy of their bill. To keep standing there after I said I want to a copy expecting me to pay without seeing the bill is wild and unacceptable. And a manager should absolutely handle it better when their employees doing this. Bad customer service.
