I have to say the worst service I have ever received. I felt like a nuisance. I was ready to purchase a vehicle made an appointment for a test drive show up early and I wait. Finally someone comes to help me and takes us to the used vehicle lot, turns out the vehicle is not available. We go back to the dealer, the vehicle has recalls and is not available for a drive. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT yet they couldn't tell us this or have the vehicle ready. Okay so whatever we will come back. Mind you we live over an hour away. On the way home we get a message why did we leave the truck is ready. So we made an appointment for another day. Next appointment comes we're honestly ready to purchase this vehicle, cash in hand, ready to go. We get there for our appointment that they confirmed TWICE. The sales person is not there so we wait again. Then we get whoever they can find Josh Alvarado. He looks like I just ran over his cat. So rude just trying to get us in and out. We give him the vehicle information because he knew nothing. It was again nowhere to be found. Finally he finds it and takes us to it. He just talks gibberish, couldn't understand anything he said he seemed annoyed. He finally takes us to the truck which we have to point out because he had no idea what we were looking for. Okay so test drive time, open the door and it smelled SO STRONG of cigarettes. Great. So we drive around, the window button falls off, it stinks and the outside was very poorly maintained. It's a used vehicle we get the cosmetic issues but the smell really? Do you guys need to hire a detail guy or what. Anyways at this point since I was treated like crap. I didn't want to bother the sales rep with our time and left. If he was nice I bet we could have looked passed the vehicle issues but yeah rudest person ever. He was just AWFUL. Test drove it and really wanted it BUT after sitting down with sales rep he said "there are accessories" at extra $4,200.00. I had the exact same experience as Michelle regarding the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. It was $28,000 for 4 days and I came the day it went to 31,000. They were rude and non accommodating and couldn't understand that the 5k Westbrook package was not wanted or needed. Was passed over about 3 times. The guys who took us for a test drive barely spoke English and had his mask hanging off his face. That vehicle has been on their lot before the Coronavirus shutdown and will remain on that lot. I see today it went back down to 30k. It's amazing that this dealership is still in business. They should be shut down alone for the non compliance of Covid 19 rules. XM and NAV didn't get a signal.told them its the antenna, they said, no, its the radio, we will order new one. ia called 2 weeks later for Eta on radio, the said they "forgot" to order it, will order now. 1-1/2 weeks later called again, guess what?, they "forgot "to order the radio, AGAIN. one the radio arrived, it was after the warranty expired. changed radio, nothing works. now the said it the wiring on the door, since the car was in an accident a year prior.NO WARRANTY. i told them its the antenna, please changed it and i will pay for it, the refused. i bought the antenna($60, they wanted $110), had it installed, and guess what??? EVERYTHING WORKS. XM and NAV. they did try to sell me new break pad( that are after inspecting them , are in near new condition.10,000 miles) these are crooks. you better off going to a "mom and pop" shop. support small business. I got a car from them 4 months ago now, put down 3k cash, I don't have the greatest credit but they assured me that wouldn't be a problem and I can drive away today. I asked them are you sure I can get financed and they said yes don't worry we've done this a million times. Imagine my surprise when the cars taken because the bank couldn't finance me, they didn't call me even once to return the car or that the bank couldn't approve me, they just showed up and took the car, just so they can take half my down payment, but even more disappointing they still have my down payment since October 2019, and now they want me to pay for repo session of $1,300 to tow the car 3 miles. Take my advice no matter how shit your credit is, no matter how much they beg they need that money for the banks to say yes, give them nothing because they eill screw you out of any money or down payment. I would suggest going to another dodge dealer which is only a mile away because these guys are unethical in the way they do business. When I got there and inspected the car they told me it was $23,500 because of some dealership packages they added on their vehicles and they try to sell you warranty and alarms which the car already had factory installed. I want to buy the car that was advertised and they would not sell it without a $2500 tracking system that I guess was already installed. For years, my wife complained to the dealer that the driver-door automatic-unlock feature of her Jeep wasn't working. On 11/30/2017, this dealer finally agreed to diagnose and replace the part, apparently free. See attached photo. She took the car in for service multiple times over the years, requesting multiple times that they perform the fix. They never did. On 8/20/2020, she took the car, which shut off twice going uphill, here for a recall. They wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for a diagnostic fee. I complained. Then they said they would charge a diagnostic fee only if the recall failed to solve the problem and if I approved. After they said they performed the recall, I had the car towed to a repair shop. The tow driver and the repair shop informed me that this dealer had left the center console opened, with the wires hanging out. (See photo.) The mechanic changed the battery. The car seemed to run fine afterward. He also showed me that this dealer had left the recall part dangling, not even in a bracket. I called the dealer to have the center console put back in place, to have the recall part put in a bracket, and to have the automatic unlock fixed. The serviceman told me the dealer would take care of the first two issues free and we would have to discuss the third in person. I booked an appointment for today, 9/15/2020, at 9:00 a.m. He wasn't there when I showed. Someone else helped. He told me he would fix the center console but that the recall did not require the bracketing of the part. And he and his manager refused to fix the automatic unlock, claiming that too much time had passed. I reiterated that the dealer had promised to fix it almost three years ago (see attached photo), apparently free, and that my wife had continually asked them when she took the car here. They won't let you make an appointment for an oil change - "just come by any time, it should take about an hour!" 3 hours later and I get my Jeep back, dirty (promised car wash was backed up, would have taken another hour). At the beginning we got someone who showed us the car and who was very pleasant but then Sergio Triana came in and talked to us about the whole process with the car price and packages. Very nice guy and I've got to say I'm very disappointed this place doesn't have much better reviews, Sergio was by far one of the best sales guys I've dealt with. He took his time to explain all of our options and then went to battle for us, not only get the best possible rate on the loan but also negotiate the price of the car. It took a while but we are very satisfied with the results. We love the car, the price and the loan process. Tried out this dealership for the first time to get my brakes done as I specifically told the person making the appointment on the phone. After I dropped my car off they told me that I indeed needed brakes but they couldn't do that day. Huh? After I asked them to please double check as I made arrangements to be without a car all day to get this done and got friends to drop me off etc. They finally called me back after my blood pressure and stressing out about it and I had left a message with the director of service explaining what I was told by his advisor and they said they could get it done. Hmm. They called me again to ask if I wanted my rotors grinded on my 3 year old car because the reason, as I had to ask, to reduce the squealing noise. Ha I declined as the rotors have nothing to do with brake squeaking, meaning they are just trying to swindle poor women and or people of money, for a service I didn't need. They called me when my car was done so I go to get my car and while I am paying the advisor says my car wasn't ready because "there was a big ole line to the car wash." Waiting again and wasting my time great! Shysters no honor in their business and no good service ridiculous obviously never going back. After I got a response did indeed try to contact Mr. Lawler and see what he had to say. Alas, since he left no extension number I was caught in the automated phone loop, the operator seemed confused when I told her automated directory found no Dustin lawler and sent me to some general voice message. I've had several issues with the vehicle since and to get the dealership to honor their warranty has been a battle.
