No matter how many times I waffled back and forth between makes and models she was infinitely patient, genuinely enthusiastic about my every question and very knowledgeable for someone so young. She'd run back to the office and grab more keys & even brought others just in case I wanted to see other jeeps. Michelle never hesitated to ask her senior sales manager questions when she didn't know an answer and I never felt pressured. Both Michelle Y and Val made me feel confident about my buying experience. When I bought a car here, my credit was ran 4 times without my approval. I had 4 hard inquires on my credit report that I didn't find out about until later . When I asked them why it was ran so much they had no response and told me they would let me speak to a manager and never put me in contact with someone. I called them for a dodge charger purple color and at first they said they dont have it and later that day i get a text that they located one for me and gave me an appointment to come see it and make the contract. When I go there i was surprised with knowing that they actually sold it in the morning which was okay no problem and I was also interested in the grand Cherokee that the lease deal on it is actually 309 a month and I believe 3k or 4k due at signing we test drove it and we liked it so we came down to the numbers and not so surprisingly the due at signing went up to 5k and the monthly payment also went to $520+ and the worst part is that when you talk to them they promise you with prices and they would tell you "what do you want to pay" and then they reply with " yes, we can work out something" So they just wasted 2 hours drive and 1 hour negotiating and came up with nothing not close at all to their promising deals read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Russell Westbrook. Bought a Jeep Compass 2018 Limited Edition. Loved the car. After two weeks of purchased I noticed a noise coming from the back of the vehicle. Took it in to get it checked up. Robert was my consultant. They ended up changing a rear driver side wheel bearing. After the service was done the clunk noise was still present. Took it in the second time for service only to get disrespected by Robert. He was apparently unhappy that he had to stay in longer hours to take care of me he was very rude and unprofessional. Spoke to the Service Manager Roy about it. Left the car for the second time. They ended up changing the rear driver side strut mount and strut. Came by to pick up my vehicle only to have the same issue. At this point the car has been in and out of the shop for 3 weeks. Tried to leave it there the next day but they wouldn't approve to give me a loaner. I had to call FCA so they could approve it. Came by to drop off my vehicle to jump into yet another loaner. Roy gave me the keys we do the usual inspection of the vehicle/ miles/ Gas. I turn on the car and I notice on of the tires was very low on PSI. It even had the symbol in the tachometer. I let Roy know and he shrugged his shoulders as if it's my problem. Like saying "Well just put some damn air in it". Whatever I leave since it's not that hard to do and I honestly didn't want to be in that dealer any longer I put air on the tire. Forward to next morning only to find the loaner car with a flat. Drove to the nearest gas station put air in it and left to work. Get outta work only to find it in the same condition I look closer and I hear a big hiss coming from the tire. Noticed a big nail on the tire. At this point I'm pissed off drove straight to dealer. Roy is nowhere to be found. Finally this gentleman helps me out. He tells me theirs no vehicles available. As I'm taking to him this other costumer drives by service and drops off this Wrangler that happens to be a loaner. The service advisor tell me "The only vehicle we have is that wrangler, I specifically tell him I'll take it just please let me know when you have other vehicles ready so I can swap it out since I have a kid and a pregnant wife. He said sure just stop by in a few days I'll have one available for you. PERFECT! Forward two days later my wife take it in to exchange it only for the same person to tell her. "I don't know who you are and I've never spoken to your husband". She finally gets directed to Roy the Service Manager swaps the car. Week later Finally get my car. Only to find out the JEEP SPECIALIST that flew in didn't find the noise and nothing was done to my vehicle. So the car has been mis diagnosed twice been in the shop for a month only to get car back with the same noise. Im filling a former complaint with this dealer. They've been nothing but rude and unprofessional. Never have I been treated like this after buying a brand new car. PLEASE Take your business elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. read more

The customer service in the Service Department is the worst!!. My truck has had a recall for the taillights. Received a call to take truck in for repair on recall. I also advised them that a seal is broken by the windshield since I bought vehicle. I also advised them that I already had taken it 2-3 times. I always get a time estimate over phone of a couple of hours. I've taken the day off to get service completed. Once at the dealer I was told it would take 4 weeks for seal and 2 days for taillight. I told technician I was advised wrongly about time estimate two times already and I had dropped off my truck a few months back for seal and nothing was done to it. Technician said "sorry we are backed up, nothing I can do" I asked for a loaner car since all works is factory defect. I was told I had to pay for a rental car from them and then get reimburse if it qualifies for the reimbursement. Left the dealer extremely upset but not to cause a scene just walked away. Once I cooled off I called service department and asked to speak to Service manager. I told the receptionist the entire story and specifically told her that I've had left several voicemails with Service managers and no one had called me back. She placed me on hold and transfer me to Service manager who did not answer. Left another voicemail. No call back!!!! and it has been over a month. This is not the first bad review this company's service department has gotten. Somehow they find a way to blame the customer in all the reviews. I've never left a bad review or done anything like this but perhaps now I can get my truck fixed in a timely manner since I'm still paying for it!! But if I was to miss a payment they would be quick to call me to collect on a broken truck! read more

They kept changing the details on me. At first they seemed like they wanted to help but towards the end they got rough and had sarcastic answers and were also being rude and disrespectful towards myself and my family members. We are both previous Jeep owners, as well as first time buyers, so we wanted to invest in something we would be proud of, at a dealership we could trust. Our salesman, Tony Ciccone, went above and beyond and through a million pieces of paperwork to help us figure out what we could afford. He was cool, never pushy, and willing to do what ever was needed to find our car. He literally spent hours with us testing and going through different options, without ever making us feel like we were wasting his time. This guy is everything you want when you are making a big purchase, ask for him when you go here! The manager named Eric who tends the lot, was extremely informative as well. It was like anytime we had a question about the workings of the mechanics he would pop up and explain everything in full, easily understandable detail. He also explained the crazy awesome 7 year/100,000 mile warranty they offer for all of their Certified Pre-owned cars- which is such an amazing offer, and really helps ease so much of the worry that comes with buying a used vehicle. I supposed I should have taken a look at Yelp before I visited, not to mentioned that I was trying to give the service department another try since my previous experience there didn't go so smoothly. I took my Jeep Wrangler for some recalls made the appointment online which was a smooth process I also indicated on the comment section of the appointment the specific check engine code. It turned out that they tell me exactly what I had indicated in my comment m, I decided to go in and asked to speak with the mechanic and asked if he had look under the hood, he said yes so when I mentioned the oil I saw he said he didn't see it which right there he basically told me he lied about looking under the hood. There was no way I would trust him to fix my Jeep. Basically I paid for a diagnostic that I already was aware of because I did the same thing the mechanic did plug the scanner into the Jeep and get the check engine code, the reason I took in expecting that the "expert" to tell me based in the oil he saw what also his professional option was, instead he said to have the engine wash and drive it around for a few miles and see what happens which the profesional mechanic laughed at when I told him that the mechanic at Russell Westbrook of Nuys had said to me. Could it had been that this happened because I'm a woman or do they just lack thoroughness in their service department. read more

So here I was walking into a dealer completely upside down on my current car un hopeful but Todd & Derrick were confident they could get it done. After selecting a car and going through the motions we came to a affordable number but I wasn't sold yet why? The color!! So here I was on the phone trying to convince the wife it was an ok color lets just settle. As I'm about to walk away GM Eric throws a ridiculous number at me that nobody would say no to... Except me... I walked! I went to four other dealers in search of the color I wanted and what do you know.... Nope none of these dealers we even close to Eric's offer at Van Nuys! There exact words were you better run really fast back to Van Nuys because that's a smoking deal! So there I was running back at 5pm on a Sunday I walk through the doors and there's Eric smiling saying... I told you... I said yup your right nobody can beat this deal I proved it. So again here I was settling for a color I didn't love simply because of the deal was to good to pass up... But wait there's more. I grab a coffee patiently waiting to close the dealand Eric says hey Jeremy come here I wanna show you something. I walk outside and in front of me is a bitchin Grey Journey! Way better then the color I was going to settle for! I said boom! You just made me day! Eric and his team got it done! Absolute WORST customer experience I have ever had from a dealership! Or anywhere, really! And by the looks of it, I'm not the only one that was ripped off from here. Brought my car in for 40k mile service & left the place with a $1000+ bill for it all. When I called to complain about a maintenance service that I DID NOT REQUEST, I was told that maybe "I didn't hear the service rep. when I was [allegedly] told about it" when I dropped my car off. I am not a "car" person I don't know what any of that stuff means, but I do know that what I brought it in for was a tire rotation, air filter replacement, and oil change - all part of the 40k mile service. When I called to complain about this, I was originally told that my service advisor had left for the day and would call me back tomorrow. It sounded shady since I had just picked the car up only 10 minutes prior, but I went with it. Upon looking at the receipt again, I realized that I was charged $800+ in labor for $230 parts.... they had the car over the weekend and the MAXIMUM hours they could have worked on it was 11 hours. So I called back, I knew they would dodge my calls and they did. Repeatedly. Until I blocked my number and "accidentally" hit the number for sales instead of service. Then I happened to speak with someone else who couldn't really provide me any info, so sent me to another service rep. Eventually, I got to a rep that tried to explain to me that their labor charge was something like $200+ an hour (yet that was the "discounted" rate), but for repairs.... I didn't get anything repaired. I brought it in for SERVICE and a check engine light issue that I was 100% aware would cost me at a minimum of $300 - a very far cry from the $1000 total I got. But, $200+/hr for labor.... on an OIL CHANGE??? Is that real?! Is that even possible? To make $200 AN HOUR?! I am clearly in the wrong career field!! Wouldn't everyone be a mechanic if they knew they could make $200 an hour?!? Airplane mechanics don't make that much, even aerospace engineers don't make $200 an hour!!! So, big surprise, the service rep trying to explain this asinine labor breakdown to me, transfers me to MY SERVICE REP THAT I WAS TOLD LEFT FOR THE DAY! More LIES! We first addressed the charge of a service I did not request, a fuel injection service, and had he explained it to me and told me what it would have cost, I would have refused it - ESPECIALLY since my car did NOT need it! When I told him that I did not know what it was, he first said "maybe you didn't hear me when I told you - it's really hard to hear in here sometimes" - but the price wasn't even itemized in the estimate!! Nothing was! Some how I "didn't hear" that, but I just so happened to hear about all of the other things he said - like break pads and an alignment?! Maybe I didn't hear him, because maybe he DIDN'T say it! Then his next response to that service (which continues to make my blood boil as I write this) was "well, that service was part of the 40k service". No, NO it was NOT! I made my appointment online, when I chose my service the 40k service included only - ONLY a tire rotation, air filter, and oil change! The fuel injector service is "recommended" and was not needed on my car at all at that time! He continued to go back and forth telling me it was part of the service but it's only recommended. Clearly being lied to again!! Then I asked him about the labor charge, he starts off by saying the labor charge is $150+ an hour, but $200+ for repairs - NOTHING WAS REPAIRED. It was in for a minor service and a diagnostic for my check engine light. Both I was fully aware of - nothing else. And had I know it was going to cost me $800+ to do a minor service, I would have learned how to do it myself!!! After all of that, he offered me nothing but 2 free oil changes (equivalent of $80) or a credit to their gift shop. Hardly makes up for a $260 service I didn't need & I getting completely ripped off from and probably wasn't actually told about in the first place. I'm contacting the BBB about this & never taking my car here again. Reader beware! read more
