My husband is in a market for a new business truck. We have been shopping around and decided to stop by and check out their RAM 1500. We were greeted by Bindy. He was really calm and professional. Until I asked him a question (mind you I am a woman and well versed in car purchases and leases) he dismissed my question and continued to talk to my husband. I am very grateful for having an amazing husband who redirected Bindy to my question. Bindy invited his sales manager Raid to speak to us. He walked up and greeted us. Gave an overview of the special they currently have. Once asked for the specific car we were in the market for, he constantly tried to up sell us. My husband was the one who was speaking to Bindy and Raid until my husband asked if I had any questions. When I brought out my concerns/questions, Raid was ignoring my question. For example: I asked for the basic model and to get a break down of the cost for a lease and buy for the vehicle. He went to go run some numbers 3x and neither one of the times he came back with the lease option. When Raid returns with the break down payments for the buy options he was making every effort to prevent me from seeing the document, whether it was showing my husband the document on the opposite side of where we were sitting or getting in between us and showing my husband the rates always from my view. Later he stated he found the basic model but refused to tell us how far or where the vehicle was. I understand he need to make the sale to earn a living but he could have at least gave us an approximate distance from the current dealership. Overall as a woman I felt like I was not treated as a customer and dismissed multiple times. I will defiantly will not be returning to this dealership. I live in Bakersfield and had to go to Carson to pick up an order for my business on a Friday afternoon and thought that since I was in LA anyway I would see if they could get me in to do the required oil change. I didn't get to the dealership till 4:45 on a Friday and not only did they still get me in and take care of me but my 2018 Hellcat had an outstanding recall which they also took care of and even washed my care before getting it back to me by 6:30 I believe that I got a good deal on my car when I bought it and they went out of there way to get me taken care of and back on the road very satisfied .... Beware and Do NOT give them your social security "just to see your credit score"! Just bunch of liars! We came just to see their inventory, they asked our information "just to see the score and give different option and rates". I told them 4 (!!) times that I would not give my permission to run hard inquiry to see my credit report for nothing. I repeated it several times as it was very important to me as we were gong to shop around for two cars and as you know bunch of hard inquiries is not what your credit repost needs. The sales person and their manager both assured me million times that they would never do that without a permission and its just gonna be soft inquiry. 10 minutes after leaving them I got notification that they ran credit check on both our accounts leaving hard inquiry that gonna stay for 2 years!! Called them several times and the manager Admitted that he "made a mistake", basically illegally getting sensitive information. You cant dispute it with in Experian as they say it's a responsibility of the dealer who made this mistake to remove it from the system.But guess what, after all my calls and explaining of what they had to do, the manager just bluntly ended conversation saying he"will not do anything to fix it". The sale people were ok, finance was better but its been 1.5 months since I got my 2018 Rubicon and theres a leak in my Jeep and my passenger floors are wet!. I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to pay a diagnosis fee to see whats wrong, I just bought the Jeep 1.5 months ago! So I messaged on FB and someone called, I missed the call bc I was with a patient. They left a number with an extension, which I called back but there is NO OPTION for extensions, so I messaged AGAIN on FB needing to schedule an appointment, they AGAIN assured me someone will call, NO ONE CALLED. I message again today and was assured someone would call to schedule the appointment, NO ONE CALLED! I need to make this appointment so I can make my doctors appointment!!! A few years ago I bought a used Jeep from Santa Monica VW that had a leak and they fixed the leak NO PROBLEM, NO diagnosis fee, they did it for FREE and I was able to speak with someone to set up the appointment, not calling back with an extension where I cant punch in bc theres NO extension OPTION! read more

Traded in a vehicle over a month ago and they haven't paid off the trade. I have since paid two payments on a vehicle I no longer own. Went to the dealership several times to get answers and was brushed off every time and assured that it would be taken care off. Tried calling numerous times to follow up and almost every time I was sent to voicemail. Even after messages being left with my information I have yet to receive one call back. Till this day the issue has not been resolved and I am financially responsible for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession. How this is able to continue for this long with no resolution is beyond me but it is extremely frustrating and inconvenient! Very poor customer service and communication! We dropped off our 2016 Jeep Cherokee when a sputtering started on it. Fabian was the service rep who wrote it up. Said it was a minimum of $195 to check it out and if we did the repair that would go towards the repair cost. They first said it could be the back up battery and that would be about a $500 repair minus the $195. We said ok. Next we get a call after a week that they think that the problem is under the intake manifold and wanted approvals for $700 to remove that. We told him no we would pick it up and take it else where. When my wife went in to get it they said that there was confusion about how they explained it and that the $700 was not a charge by itself and again just in case we didn't have them do the repair. He tells my wife he thinks it could be rockers and lifters and that would be covered under warranty and the most we're probably looking at is $350 or so. TOTAL! So they pull the intake and call and tell us that it's the coil and spark plugs and we're looking at North of $1,200 plus tax. I was so hot I told him he's a thief. He said he wanted to talk to my wife because I didn't have the details right since I wasn't present when he talked to her. My wife is a journeyman Electician so she's very mechanically inclined and now realized we were getting worked over. Fabian asked for her phone number and said he would call her. He never did. The next morning she started calling the service manager at 7:00am. She called 6 times he never called her back. We went in and I went to the managers office to talk to him. Told him how they've had our car for 2 weeks and now they're trying to get $1200+ to fix it. The one and only positive in this is that they said they would only charge the $195 and not the $700. Then told us since it was apart we would have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. So 4 round trips to get nothing done at all and pay $195 for them to have our car for 2 weeks. Story continues. We go to pick it back up my wife is driving it and every light on the dash starts to come on. She goes to get on the freeway and can't get any acceleration won't go over 30 mph. She almost got crushed by traffic. We get off and take surface streets to my mechanic. They didn't hook up the main vacuum line in the back of the engine! On purpose? For spite? I think so my wife thinks so and my mechanic thinks so. I'm just thanking God she didn't get killed getting on the Freeway. Conclusion: This Place sucks! Unethical people that work in the service dept. at least the people we had the misfortune to get to "HELP" (oxymoron) us. And whoever makes those lame BS responses to negative reviews don't bother me with your BS. You should try to fix your service department. That's the real problem. I guess I have to do a star? Let me start off by saying walking into this dealer is like walking into an Apple Store...literally no desks, "salesmen" walking around with iPads in their hands...second, the "salesman" did not know what a Dodge Charger SRT was...third, Amir Azizi, promised me a car I wanted and once we got down to signing papers that car magically disappeared and that deal was off...although he did promise me that he will have the same car I want just a different color the next day...Calls me the next day saying the car is in the lot ready for pickup...then, again, that car magically disappears and ends up in a Dodge dealer in Norwalk...worst customer service, they don't know how to speak to customers for example, Amir responding "HELL NO" after i asked him where we can find the car I want. My experience was with Kevin Oliff + Roy Cook in the Service department. When I purchased the car, I was promised an oil change included in the price. My job moved me to a different area - so I needed to get the service done at a different dealership. In the meantime, this dealership changed ownership. Kevin felt that they didn't need to honor the free oil change at my new dealership and that it was only applicable where they are, 3000 miles away from me now. It cost me $70 when I was promised a free oil change. I'm owed a refund check from this dealership as far as I'm concerned. I will never suggest somebody make a purchase agreement with them. My new dealership even said that all this dealership has to do is load in the free oil change into the "dealer connect" system, which Kevin refused to do. read more

Received a recall notice in the mail regarding my 2013 ram 1500. I call the number on the notice and they tell me to just go in and drop the car and they will give me a rental. I go in and they tell me I must make an appt for recalls and they wouldn't be able to give me a rental for more than 1 day. The soonest appt they had was 2 weeks later. I asked to speak with a manager and no one could locate him...and they have walkie talkies...I never bring my truck to the dealer for maintenance, just recalls. Poor service, and now I have to transport my family in my truck with a safety issue recall and wait 2 weeks for it to be fixed. Recalls should be priority in my opinion. Worst dealership ever. Bought a brand new 2022 car there and within a month, car broke down on me. Took it in and they said everything was fine. Ended up breaking down on me 7 more times for a total of 8 times. Car was a lemon and when asked for help, they said and I quote "it wasn't their problem". No one there knows what they are doing and when I asked to speak with individuals that helped me with my car, they no longer worked there. They made all these promises that were never kept. At the end of this ordeal, one manager told me i should have told them sooner what my issue was and they could have helped me?!?!?! I guess the first 50 times wasn't enough. Ended up getting a lawyer because they never stepped in to deal with the issue. If you want to deal with incompetent people, by all means get your car there. Maggie, Celina and Eric were some of the worst people to deal with there. Not sure how they work in customer service but they should not be allowed to deal with people on a day to day bases. 7/17/20 we went to Russell Westbrook. salesman Osiel Ramirez and the sales manager Bob Nouri "ran numbers" & brought back an offer that we didn't love but they told us about this "Dealer special program that would allow us to refinance in 6 months & cut the payment & bring the interest to 9%" we decided to take the deal. Our credit was already very poor but they assured us they would have no problem financing us through Chrysler Finance. We put down $21k cash. On 7/18/2020 i sent paystubs to Leslie. On 7/21 via text Leslie asking us to call the bank. we called the bank they could not find us at all in the system. Leslie said they were requesting better copies of a soc sec card & a work number. we provided this to Leslie via email and text on 7/22. On 7/28 we received a text from Claudia asking us to call the bank for a customer survey with the finance company, We called the bank verified information, gave work numbers & got the payment due date & amount. On 7/30 we got a text from Claudia saying the bank needed the work phone number . I provided this to Claudia via text on 7/30. 8/1 we received a "cancellation of contract" dated 7/26 from Leslie. Leslie said to call Bappy I could not reach him. I reached out to Ossie he told us that all was fine. The bank needed work phone numbers, we gave him numbers again & got verbal confirmation that we recorded telling us everything was fine & the contract was not canceled. On 8/3 I texted Claudia asked why she never supplied the info on 7/30 when I sent it. I gave the numbers to her. no response. After call on 8/1, we did not hear from anyone until 8/12. We got a call from Ossie saying the bank needed work numbers & our tax returns. I gave him the numbers again over the phone & I emailed him the tax documents to both of his emails on 8/16. On 8/17 I received a call from Bob telling me the bank needed us to unlock our credit. He assured me that everything was fine & that this was the last piece of information they needed. He told me he would push our pymnt 45 days since due date was the 31st I unlocked our reports and called him back 8/20 I rcvd a call from Mark Gabriel at the dealership that the contract had been canceled and we need to return the car. I asked him to explain why this was happening. Mark said he had no idea why the contract was being canceled and that he had nothing to do with this & that boss told him to call. I told him to tell his boss that we would not return the car and that he needed to call me.I texted Ossie, Leslie, and Bob asking them to please call. Still no response. 5:30 P.M. I told Bob & Ossie via text that we would be filing complaints after sending that message, Bob called me I spoke with Bob and he told us that the bank could not finance & we needed to return the car. He again did not go into any details about WHY they couldn't finance just that we needed to return the car and he didn't care what we said. He hung up on me. I called back and got Bappy on the phone and recounted the story. He said the approval expired & that Bob said we refused to give our tax documents. Bappy said he would call and let me know by 12 Friday. Friday by 2 no call from Bappy. Called & spoke with Mike Gonzalez the assist. To mngr. He said he would call us Monday. 8/24 I spoke w/ Mike & he said his boss wanted to know if we had ever been offered an all-cash deal. We told him no we had not. He said he would speak with Vikas and call me back. 9/3 After two hours of arguing with them, being left waiting, being put in front of different people we finally got our check. They tried to change the date on the dmv paperwork and the amount. Shady, lack of integrity and lack of character. Do NOT purchase from them. read more

Do not go to this place! Terrible sales staff and filthy cars for sale. After contacting this dive to make sure the car that was advertised was indeed on the lot l drove 30 miles to see it. Before leaving my house I contacted this place again and was told the car was waiting for me in front. Which turned out was a lie. I got there and was told the sales guy would drive me to the other lot to see the car. However something shady was going on because they changed their mind and someone went to get it. We waited 20 minutes for them to bring the car to us. And it was filthy. Trash all over the floors and the stench of an air freshener was so strong I didn't even sit in it. Oh and inside the dealership they blasted obscenity filled rap music and one of their employees was telling his co-worker a story using the 'F' word in every sentence. read more
