I bought my car from here and I was super excited. The next week it broke down completely I left it there for weeks and they had to replace so many parts. It honestly sucks because it was my first time buying a new car... they honestly only care about selling cars but they don't care about selling a good car. I have so many problems with the car and I am constantly taking it to the dealer. Their customer service is so bad and they don't keep their word they tell you everything is under warranty but when it comes down to it they still charge you and don't hold their word. Never coming back here. The first thing I told them was that I didn't want them to run my credit and as soon as we got back from the test drive, that's the first thing they did without my permission. They wanted $3000 on top of what the asking price was because of the Theft Patrol they installed. I arrived expecting to pay one price and was given one way higher. While talking numbers, one of them said, "well maybe you should start looking for a cheaper car." During the test drive with one of the managers, he mentioned "I don't care what the price is, I don't get paid on commission so it doesn't bother me." Staying away from all Russell Westbrook dealerships after my first and last experience with them. Very shady dealership. Wouldn't go back even if they offered me the car for free. DO NOT COME HERE! This is about the worst costumer service over ever experienced in my entire life ! My service advisor was Fabian and I had to share my experience so other people won't have to go through the same thing. A little back ground info I have multiple cars from dodge and service over the years has always been iffy but today crossed every line. I dropped my car off yesterday on a wed and he told me it wouldn't get looked at until Saturday and I said to try to aim for Friday so he said maybe but he doesn't know then I go to pick up the car today which is Thursday and he won't release the car till I pay $200 because they ended up checking the car mind you they never notified me that they would be checking the car today! I found someone to look at the car sooner so went to pick it up now I have to pay for something I didn't know was happening ? Then I got to talk to mike the manager he understood the mistake and waved the fee thank you for that BUT when I get back on the phone with Fabian he proceeds to tell me I highly advice you to never being the car here ever again to be serviced! Excuse me ? What? Who says that to a loyal costumer rude and disappointing and I hope this doesn't go unheard. I then spoke to the manager again about this he apologized and said I'm always welcome back even though I surely don't feel like I am and I hope they reach out and follow up with me about this. Very Friendly & Helpful I want to thank Mitchell Horowitz for assisting us with our vehicle purchase. We are expecting a new baby and this was our first experience purchasing an SUV. Very disappointed. Found a Jeep we wanted on CarGurus for one price, went to dealer they had a different price and seemed to think they were doing us a favor by honoring the internet price they had posted. And then when we tried to negotiate on the price as most smart consumers do they wouldn't budge, which is fine. We were considering paying their price which was within fair market value, but when about to agree, they showed us the a document with all fees listed and the price was $2,000 higher than the CarGurus amount because we were expected to pay for an anti theft device that they put on all cars, and they said it could not be removed. This experience left us feeling like a "bait and switch" approach had been used on us. You judge for yourself if this is the kind of place you want to give your business to. read more

First of all, if I could take back ANYTHING in my life, it would be to have never stepped foot in this place... to start off, after we purchased the vehicle, we left their lot with a flat tire, we turned around to get it fixed but they told us nothing was wrong and they put air in the tire, so then we left with our NEWBORN baby. The next day it was flat again, and we come to find out there was a nail in our tire... so your telling me they were that lazy to not address the tire situation and would have rather not only RISKED MY LIFE, but my NEWBORNS LIFE? they also wanted us to pay for the tire... secondly when we bought the car, part of the deal was a spare tire was to be included, back floor mats, and a detail of the car, however it's been over a month since we received the tire and the mat and we cannot get a hold of ANYONE at this damn place! We got a phone call saying our tire was ready so we took it in to get the tire, floor mat and the detailing of the car, we dropped the car off at 10am...5pm rolls around and we have no clue the status of the vehicle so I had to call them.. come to find out they didn't even have the damn tire they promised us and didn't even detail the car! Why the hell did I drive an hour and a half in traffic if they didn't have anything???? After that, enough was enough and I wanted to flat cancel our deal.. then once we threatened to get rid of the damn car, we finally got ahold of the manager ( mind u for over a month we were being passed around from the receptionist to the sales department to the floor managers and so on)!!! This was a complete joke and a waste of our time ESPECIALLY WITH OUR NEWBORN! If anyone has kids they know how hard it is traveling with a 3 week old! Anyways now that I wasted even more time yelping this damn place, I hope no one buys from here honestly the fact that they sold us an unsafe vehicle in the first place was there one and only chance to ever get business from us again. I have no idea how this dealership sells any vehicles. I was in yesterday, I looked at and test drove a car. The salesperson told me it would take awhile to give me the numbers because they were very busy. We decided that I would get an e-mail with several different options soon after I left. I'm still waiting. I really liked the car and if the numbers worked out, I might have done the deal. I can't buy a car if I don't know what it costs. My husband is in a market for a new business truck. We have been shopping around and decided to stop by and check out their RAM 1500. We were greeted by Bindy. He was really calm and professional. Until I asked him a question (mind you I am a woman and well versed in car purchases and leases) he dismissed my question and continued to talk to my husband. I am very grateful for having an amazing husband who redirected Bindy to my question. Bindy invited his sales manager Raid to speak to us. He walked up and greeted us. Gave an overview of the special they currently have. Once asked for the specific car we were in the market for, he constantly tried to up sell us. My husband was the one who was speaking to Bindy and Raid until my husband asked if I had any questions. When I brought out my concerns/questions, Raid was ignoring my question. For example: I asked for the basic model and to get a break down of the cost for a lease and buy for the vehicle. He went to go run some numbers 3x and neither one of the times he came back with the lease option. When Raid returns with the break down payments for the buy options he was making every effort to prevent me from seeing the document, whether it was showing my husband the document on the opposite side of where we were sitting or getting in between us and showing my husband the rates always from my view. Later he stated he found the basic model but refused to tell us how far or where the vehicle was. I understand he need to make the sale to earn a living but he could have at least gave us an approximate distance from the current dealership. Overall as a woman I felt like I was not treated as a customer and dismissed multiple times. I will defiantly will not be returning to this dealership. I live in Bakersfield and had to go to Carson to pick up an order for my business on a Friday afternoon and thought that since I was in LA anyway I would see if they could get me in to do the required oil change. I didn't get to the dealership till 4:45 on a Friday and not only did they still get me in and take care of me but my 2018 Hellcat had an outstanding recall which they also took care of and even washed my care before getting it back to me by 6:30 I believe that I got a good deal on my car when I bought it and they went out of there way to get me taken care of and back on the road very satisfied .... The sale people were ok, finance was better but its been 1.5 months since I got my 2018 Rubicon and theres a leak in my Jeep and my passenger floors are wet!. I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to pay a diagnosis fee to see whats wrong, I just bought the Jeep 1.5 months ago! So I messaged on FB and someone called, I missed the call bc I was with a patient. They left a number with an extension, which I called back but there is NO OPTION for extensions, so I messaged AGAIN on FB needing to schedule an appointment, they AGAIN assured me someone will call, NO ONE CALLED. I message again today and was assured someone would call to schedule the appointment, NO ONE CALLED! I need to make this appointment so I can make my doctors appointment!!! A few years ago I bought a used Jeep from Santa Monica VW that had a leak and they fixed the leak NO PROBLEM, NO diagnosis fee, they did it for FREE and I was able to speak with someone to set up the appointment, not calling back with an extension where I cant punch in bc theres NO extension OPTION! read more

Traded in a vehicle over a month ago and they haven't paid off the trade. I have since paid two payments on a vehicle I no longer own. Went to the dealership several times to get answers and was brushed off every time and assured that it would be taken care off. Tried calling numerous times to follow up and almost every time I was sent to voicemail. Even after messages being left with my information I have yet to receive one call back. Till this day the issue has not been resolved and I am financially responsible for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession. How this is able to continue for this long with no resolution is beyond me but it is extremely frustrating and inconvenient! Very poor customer service and communication! We dropped off our 2016 Jeep Cherokee when a sputtering started on it. Fabian was the service rep who wrote it up. Said it was a minimum of $195 to check it out and if we did the repair that would go towards the repair cost. They first said it could be the back up battery and that would be about a $500 repair minus the $195. We said ok. Next we get a call after a week that they think that the problem is under the intake manifold and wanted approvals for $700 to remove that. We told him no we would pick it up and take it else where. When my wife went in to get it they said that there was confusion about how they explained it and that the $700 was not a charge by itself and again just in case we didn't have them do the repair. He tells my wife he thinks it could be rockers and lifters and that would be covered under warranty and the most we're probably looking at is $350 or so. TOTAL! So they pull the intake and call and tell us that it's the coil and spark plugs and we're looking at North of $1,200 plus tax. I was so hot I told him he's a thief. He said he wanted to talk to my wife because I didn't have the details right since I wasn't present when he talked to her. My wife is a journeyman Electician so she's very mechanically inclined and now realized we were getting worked over. Fabian asked for her phone number and said he would call her. He never did. The next morning she started calling the service manager at 7:00am. She called 6 times he never called her back. We went in and I went to the managers office to talk to him. Told him how they've had our car for 2 weeks and now they're trying to get $1200+ to fix it. The one and only positive in this is that they said they would only charge the $195 and not the $700. Then told us since it was apart we would have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. So 4 round trips to get nothing done at all and pay $195 for them to have our car for 2 weeks. Story continues. We go to pick it back up my wife is driving it and every light on the dash starts to come on. She goes to get on the freeway and can't get any acceleration won't go over 30 mph. She almost got crushed by traffic. We get off and take surface streets to my mechanic. They didn't hook up the main vacuum line in the back of the engine! On purpose? For spite? I think so my wife thinks so and my mechanic thinks so. I'm just thanking God she didn't get killed getting on the Freeway. Conclusion: This Place sucks! Unethical people that work in the service dept. at least the people we had the misfortune to get to "HELP" (oxymoron) us. And whoever makes those lame BS responses to negative reviews don't bother me with your BS. You should try to fix your service department. That's the real problem. I guess I have to do a star? Let me start off by saying walking into this dealer is like walking into an Apple Store...literally no desks, "salesmen" walking around with iPads in their hands...second, the "salesman" did not know what a Dodge Charger SRT was...third, Amir Azizi, promised me a car I wanted and once we got down to signing papers that car magically disappeared and that deal was off...although he did promise me that he will have the same car I want just a different color the next day...Calls me the next day saying the car is in the lot ready for pickup...then, again, that car magically disappears and ends up in a Dodge dealer in Norwalk...worst customer service, they don't know how to speak to customers for example, Amir responding "HELL NO" after i asked him where we can find the car I want. My experience was with Kevin Oliff + Roy Cook in the Service department. When I purchased the car, I was promised an oil change included in the price. My job moved me to a different area - so I needed to get the service done at a different dealership. In the meantime, this dealership changed ownership. Kevin felt that they didn't need to honor the free oil change at my new dealership and that it was only applicable where they are, 3000 miles away from me now. It cost me $70 when I was promised a free oil change. I'm owed a refund check from this dealership as far as I'm concerned. I will never suggest somebody make a purchase agreement with them. My new dealership even said that all this dealership has to do is load in the free oil change into the "dealer connect" system, which Kevin refused to do. read more

Received a recall notice in the mail regarding my 2013 ram 1500. I call the number on the notice and they tell me to just go in and drop the car and they will give me a rental. I go in and they tell me I must make an appt for recalls and they wouldn't be able to give me a rental for more than 1 day. The soonest appt they had was 2 weeks later. I asked to speak with a manager and no one could locate him...and they have walkie talkies...I never bring my truck to the dealer for maintenance, just recalls. Poor service, and now I have to transport my family in my truck with a safety issue recall and wait 2 weeks for it to be fixed. Recalls should be priority in my opinion.
