I came in to look at a car and was helped by Tarek, who did a good job, and was having no problems with the test drive, negotiation, etc. However, when it came down to finalizing the deal I had to call up insurance agents to get the car insured before I drove off the lot. Being late on a Sat I could get few quotes and all them extremely high. The finance manager then offered I could use the dealers insurance for 30 days at no extra cost which would give me time to find a decent price. I accepted and signed all the paperwork and after doing so the finance manager backed out and said his login is not working, system is not working, so come back Monday with my own insurance. The finance manager lied through his teeth just to get me to sign all the paper work. Would not recommend a dealer that would stoop to such predatory business practice. Buyer beware! read more

I am so annoyed with Dodge and want to make sure nobody else has to deal with this nightmare. I bought a brand new Dodge Caravan Monday Night at 9pm drove for 2 hrs the next day and the check engine light came on. It was smelling of burning and transmission clunking. I was given the crazy run around of what I should do. Finally called Road side assistance as suggested and was told I would have to pay the few miles not covered to get it there. Any ways my husband took off work so we could go the next day and deal with. We waited an hour to finally see someone. I am sorry but if a car you sold me is broke right off bat I think you would be scrambling to do everything you can. I said I do not want this vehicle even if fixed as I have children and I do not want to feel constantly in fear of something happening. I was offered no other soplution but to let it get fixed and take. It is still in shop and I am dreading having to pick it up as my children are going to have to be in a vehicle I do not trust. I found out later that a few of my friends have had nothing but trouble with this brand of vehicle and said Dodge is a disaster. I was helped by a friendly helpful guy named Roy that was the service manager. He was doing his job of trying to give me all info but a Sales manager and even the head guy in his office right next door didn't come in to offer his apologies or other options. I am determined to spread the word to all my friends about this, If a car doesn't work within a day of buying the dealer on good faith to make you feel safe should offer a new vehicle. We have lost money having to miss work, and not being able to take my kids to their events already paid for. I am so stressed out and upset I have made myself sick over it. Service Review I worked with Kerry for having some warranty work taken care of. It was a bad experience. He never ordered the new radio unit under warranty. They did an oil change which was kind of expensive. They did some other warrany work. Waited days for my car, needed it for work the day I called in to get an update, left a message, didn't hear back. Called in later, they didn't pick up but forwarded my phone call straight to Kerry's voicemail because they could identify it was me calling. Later that day was told it was Kerry's day off. Why forward my call to him, knowing I need to pick up that day and knowing he's not at work. Picked up my car unfinished and frustrated at the process and got a call a few days later from Kerry. He called to ask if I was ready to make a decision on an aspect of repair??? He thought they still had the car, waiting on me to give them an ok or info to do a repair. Have no idea what he was talking about as no conversation ever came up for me to get back to them. I thought I'd try them and wouldn't go back. More negatives but that's enough to indicate the lack of attention or lack of care or whatever lack of inspiration he suffers from. read more

Dishonest. My key broke so they had to send for a new one from Germany. They told me that afterward they would have to set the key to work on my car. So when I go to pick it up - nothing. It didn't even click. They hadn't set it up to work on my ignition. So they tell me my ignition is probably bad so they will check and see. They call me back telling me it is my ignition and foolishly I forgot to ask them to save me the old part. And when I got it back I could see the ignition looked exactly the same. I doubt they changed or that it needed to be changed. They cost me over $1200. The reason I believe they didn't change my ignition is because when I went to pick up my car, Bulmaro Cabrera, the service manager, told me my engine had a bad oil leak and my steering wheel pump needed to be replaced. So I thanked him and told him I'll let my mechanic take care of it. So a week or so later I took it to my mechanic and he opened the hood to a clean engine. No oil any where. Also, he told me to watch while he put a few drops of steering fluid into the steering wheel pump and that was it - the squeaking went away. Therefore, I am left to believe that he purposefully misled me about the oil leak and steering wheel pump because they wanted to get paid for more work they didn't do. They're Crooks. read more

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! First of all, I was interested in another company and car, but they promised me a price that at the end they could not deliver so I was very bitter from that experience. My husband and I did our research on the Pacifica and figured that we could only afford the LX model. So, I called around and got the best price in LA which is far from me, so we decided to go to Russell Westbrook to test drive the car and see if it was even worth driving out to LA. We met Daniel he was really nice and let us test drive the LX model, we really didn't like the fact that it had NO power doors! I mean it's a minivan the main reason for a minivan is the power sliding doors. He told us that the next model up had the power sliding door, but I knew I couldn't afford it. Daniel realized that this was the main issue and asked me if he could keep the monthly price about the same would I be interested in the Touring Plus model? Of course I would be interested but I knew that was impossible because I did my research and I knew the price wouldn't make any sense to them. Sure, enough he brought the TP model and it was great, had everything we needed. Next step he went to his manager and came back with a price that was only $15 more than the LX model. I couldn't believe that I could have gotten such a great price! Finally, a dealership that keeps its promise!!! I highly recommend this place! read more

The staff members did everything they could to work out a price on the truck. But in the end I opted out and bought the last available 100th Edition Dodge Challenger instead. UPDATE: I spoke with Eric and explained the situation to him. He apologized for the way this was handled and made arrangements to complete the 45K service using the credit we had. The staff was very helpful and we will continue to have our car serviced there. We have been getting our car serviced here for almost four years. During the last service the wrong part arrived so picking up the car was delayed by several days. They finally called stating the car was ready. We arrived to pick it up and the seat still didn't work. They finally after a week were able to get it repaired. We were given a 40K service credit due to this delay. Yesterday we returned to have the 40K service completed only to be told that it will not be accepted because they are under new ownership. All their paperwork and name looks identical to our credit memo yet they still would not accept the credit. The service manager said it just appears they are the same but actually are new owners with a different license. He was very rude and offered to change the oil, which we already have a service contract for. Then he offered a quick tire rotation. I asked if he was willing to give up servicing our car after all these years and he seemed to not care. I guess he was asleep during the part of customer service training session. His attitude was so bad we stated we would happily drive further from our home to another dealer just so they would not get our business. read more

Buying or leasing a car should not be a scary or intimidating experience like most of us know it can be, in fact, one would think that the second largest purchase of an average human's life would be one associated with more... pleasant stories. More often than not the reason behind bad memories or tales of purchases gone wrong is the intimidating and sometimes uncomfortable process of dealing with a pushy or otherwise unlikeable car salesman and the gut wrenching feeling of being taken for the proverbial "Ride". I set out to replace my car a few weeks ago armed to the teeth with a no BS attitude, a brain full of Blue book value research and the hidden sidearm of past experience as a car dealer. I had no specific make or model in mind so I set out to cruise up and down Van Nuys Blvd in an attempt to find the one that calls my name. Lexus, Acura, Toyota, Benz... I needed a biggish car, a crossover maybe but didn't like much of what I saw. I thought maybe I would go look at a Grand Cherokee or a Wrangler and a few other places had some sitting around but then I remembered this place. I once came here to have a Jeep key replicated for an old car of mine and I remembered the people there just seeming very polite and helpful so I sought it out and came. I pulled onto the lot quite early in the morning and noticed that no one was around. After looking at a few cars on the lot a man peeked out of a side door and asked my if I needed any help with anything. I asked about one of the cars and he told me that he was not a Salesman and they were all attending a big company meeting. This man who greeted me was in Lease retention and had no obligation to do anything but point toward the waiting area and page for someone to come meet me. Instead we started talking... he said his name was Todd and I told him that I was looking to lease a "biggish" car. We discussed in depth exactly what I needed and he said something like "Well...I'm not a salesman but we can go test drive a bunch of cars if you want....see what you like!"... And so we did. By the time we got back from our third or fourth test drive we had become quite friendly with each other. I have to emphasize that it was a legitimately fun experience. Upon our return the salesman meeting had ended and Todd had to return to his work so he introduced me to a Sales associate named Jimmy. Jimmy helped me get through the pricing and negotiating swiftly and painlessly. All the numbers we were discussing made sense right away and there was no need for hard ball or pushiness...simple. I told him if something sounded too high to me, he explained why, we worked on things together and got the price to an acceptable range for both of us, I told him what I wanted to pay and he did what he could to get close to it. I'm not the kind of person who has to go to rock bottom every time so I know that I didn't get the absolute cheapest possible deal out there but I got a very fair, competitive and hassle free deal and a friendly, professional experience from front to back. I forget the lady's name in financing but she was also very nice and painless. I think customers are tired of worrying about haggling or getting ripped off and I think REAL car dealers are tired of clients coming in who think they are going to be ripped off no matter what. There is always a chance you will get taken advantage of anywhere you go. The key is to find a place where people want to provide you with a good service and you should also be willing to pay for that...all within reason of course.... What I'm trying to say is that the experience of buying or leasing a new car with Ted and Jimmy was exactly what it should be and maybe a little more. Jimmy was the Sales Rep that ended up taking care of my purchase but Todd and Jimmy both sold me on the dealership! Great place to buy/ lease....At least with Ted and Jimmy. read more

This is place is always a hassle. When I went to buy my jeep the sales person treated me like he didn't have the time of day so I purchased at a different Jeep dealership. Every time I go in for service it's a hassle. Just need tires they are available, but system is updating at 10am on a Wednesday and they can't make any appointments or help you set up service until it done in a couple of hours!! Other dealership just seems to have there stuff more together. I don't have these kind of issues when I go to Glendale location, unfortunately this is the closest location to my house. I really love my Jeep, but I really miss my Lexus service department. read more

I bought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara there, and had a wonderful experience on that end. I wanted to bring it back for maintenance even though I live in Echo Park. Some issues started immediately after purchasing the car; driver mirror wouldn't adjust, Bluetooth wouldn't connect, air randomly would blast me with hot air until I wiggled the knobs around, aux would cut in and out. So I dropped my car off before Thanksgiving, even added an oil change and tire rotation. I would be out of town for a week and wanted to pick it when I returned. I dropped the car off and they got me a Lyft home. I accidentally left an important piece of outgoing mail in the car that I remembered when I got home. I called and expressed how important it was and they said that it was no problem, that they'd put it with their mail. On my trip home on Thanksgiving I began receiving emails about my car in all capital letters explaining the issues with the car but with no resolution. Like "THE AIR SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE NOW. THE BLUETOOTH DOESNT WORK FOR MY IPHONE BUT IT WORKS FOR JOHN SMITHS ANDROID". I had to reiterate many issues all again, like the issue with the air. In the emails I was told that the person corresponding with me wasn't even at work because her child was sick. While I can be empathetic, I began to get annoyed all the unhelpful information being emailed to me. After much back and forth. was quoted $990 to fix the Aux cable, $260 for the mirror, the Bluetooth issue was deemed unfixable as well as the air issue. I said to go ahead on the mirror and I'll deal with the rest elsewhere. I then got another email says she misquoted me on the mirror after having ordered the part and it would be $360. I said no that's unacceptable. I got on the phone with a manager and explained my entire story. They honored the $260. I pick up my Jeep and wait in a line of four for about 20 minutes. I get in my car and my important mail is still sitting on my dashboard. I was also told the car would be cleaned for me as a courtesy when I dropped it off. It was incredibly half-done. I start driving and suddenly the car develops a deep low hum. This gets worse and worse over the drive home to where my entire car is rattling when it idols. I also notice the dash is bent and doesn't sit flesh with the navigation system any more. The next day I call the dealership and request to talk with a manager. I get a voicemail. He calls me and I miss it. I immediately call back. No answer. I call the next day and get voicemail. I call the next day and explain my phone situation to an employee, who says he went home and wouldn't be in until Monday. After the weekend, I get a manager on the phone. I stated the entire situation. He let me know the person emailing me annoyingly in the beginning was let go. He asked what I wanted to make it right. I said they could start by fixing the issues with my car that didn't exist until I brought it to them. He agreed. I dropped my car off before a two week trip around Christmas. The manager knew I was arriving that day, as he told me to ask for me. He appeared a little confused after I waited for him for about ten minutes. He helped me, I showed him the issue, but I was in no way given the feeling he was apologetic for the issues. A simple "I'm sorry." He conjured this response on the phone, but in person, it was a very cold experience. I felt like I was somehow the inconvenience. No Lyft was offered this time. While the car was there, I received zero communication about its status. Not even letting me know if the car had been evaluated at all. I returned and called, and thankfully my car was ready. I picked it up and waited in another four person line for twenty minutes. I saw the manager sitting in his office. We made eye contact several times. I finally walked over and I said "do you remember me? Is my car ready" and he said yes and got me out of there in about a minute. But he didn't tell me what they did or what was wrong. He just said "sign here". I had to ask these questions and feel like I was being a burden by doing so. I was mostly just so confused. Why did he sit there and watch me stand in line while he knew the customer service has been an enormous issue? As I walked to my car, the cherry on top, was another employee just walked toward my car pointing. I felt I was doing something wrong and the strangeness of the gesture. He then reached over me through my window, without asking, and pulled he number from the rear view mirror. He just said "number", which is exactly what I felt like to these people. read more

I went in to see my sales person Corey to possibly get a Durango with my cousin. I walked in and they told me he isn't here anymore. I called him cause I kept his card in my glove box. When I called Corey and told him where I was, He laughed and said Good Luck! I asked him what does that mean. Corey just said that he moved and he recommends I talk to a salesperson there and call him back and let him know what happen since I was already there. I felt like Corey was brushing me off. I talked to a salesman that we will keep unnamed cause he didn't know ANYTHING about the cars. The place had a sad feel to it and nobody was smiling and looked like the sales people didnt want to be there. Very depressing vibe. I knew more about the Durangos cause Corey told me so much info last time I was here. We went to my car and I called Corey back and I told him that I understand what he meant when he said Good Luck. WORST SERVICE AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! I have had to bring my car into this service center about 8-10 times since I got the car 2 years ago. I have experienced the same problem at least 2 times and when I was told the problem was fixed and the part was replaced I experienced the same problem a few months later. OK i understand that technical issues with my car are not the service peoples fault but their customer service is HORRIBLE! I haven't had a good experience with a service advisor as of yet. Terri always seems pissed off and like he hates his job. My concerns seem to get brushed off and ignored. All of my issues have been under warranty and none due to my fault and I was never provided a rental car. I recently had an issue with my car THE DAY AFTER I GOT IT BACK FROM SERVICE and i took it to gelndale dodge instead, huge change of customer service. They are much nicer and helpful in glendale and they offered me a rental car! I will NEVER be going back to the van nuys location, even if it means driving an extra 20 miles to glendale. read more

Had a very pleasant and positive experience at Russell Westbrook in getting my Grand Cherokee Altitude. Overall the staff and experience was great, but Justin Andreas in sales helped make it a standout experience. After visiting once and not finding the model I wanted on the lot, Justin made note of the product I wanted, texted and called once they received a number of them, and worked diligently to assemble a deal I'd be comfortable with. I actually drove out to other dealerships and had them fail at making a deal, but Justin was able to communicate and work with me over phone/text to finalize the right car at the right terms. Let's face it, all salespeople are pushy in their own ways- Justin was no exception, but he always communicated well, respected my priorities and budget, and worked to find a way to make it work. I went here to buy the brand new Ram truck I was a serious buyer read to drive off the lot the same day and first impressions the salesmen gives me an attitude like I'm not a serious buyer he was a complete jerk off and then the stupid idiot had me walking around their parking garage for 35 minutes trying to find the truck to take it out for a test drive and he's calling the guys at the shop asking where the truck is and nobody can find it and then the idiot finds the truck sitting in the front parking lot the entire time and we finally went for a drive I liked the truck so they ran my credit and sent it to the bank and It was approved and then they just had me waiting around for over 5 hours playing games with me so I left this location went somewhere else and got the truck in less than half the time. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone their salesmen are shady and extremely rude. Don't waste your time here they'll just have you waiting for hours to screw with you. read more

I recently purchased a Daytona charger at this dealership. The staff was very welcoming and honest from the moment I walked into the door. It took about a month of me doing research into what car I actually wanted to buy. But the team and staff kept reaching out and answered every question I had. I was originally looking into buying the scat pack charger and they even let me test drive it with no hesitation, when other dealerships would even allow it. Ultimately, Scott the salesperson helped me find the Daytona, and it was the best car purchase I've ever made. Mirna Garcia the finance manager and Dustin Lawler were very professional and straight forward when it came time to negotiate. They game me exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. took my 2014 Challenger Ralley Redline in to replace the alternator that had been recalled and an oil change. When I went to pick up my car they told me they couldn't find it! It took them 20 minutes to locate my car, (they had left the Fob key inside of it) then on the way home, my car began to make noises and the temperature gauge shot past the "H". After waiting for over an hour for AAA my car was towed back to Van Nuys Dodge where they discovered that the technician did not put the alternator belt back on the alternator!!! Really? There was some kind of liquid all over my engine compartment, and they still have my car! The service department sucks. Van Nuys Dodge just want to rack up the $$$. I will be taking my car to a private garage to have it looked at to see if those losers missed anything. I would have given them no stars but to submit my experience I had to pick 1 which they are no worth. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience. I've been around to all the jeep dealers in the area and didn't experience ANYTHING like Russell Westbrook Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was strung along for 3 or 4 days wondering if the deal was going to happen. They treated me like a princess the first day I was there and helped me back and forth with a deal, then when I said I needed to sleep on it and I would call back in the morning, everything turned upside down. They kept telling me they would call back with an answer and I NEVER got a call for 3 or 4 days! I constantly called repeatedly in all of those days. They said they could do a certain price but I wanted to hear it from the guy running the numbers before I drove 50min to go pick it up. It's funny how he never called me back...When finally on the 4th or 5th day I got a response from the guy who showed me the jeep, not the one running the numbers and he said, "we can't do it"....so what, I waited 5 days and had the impression that the deal was made and on the 5th day got a completely different response. I was PLAYED and drug along on a wire through the mud of my anxiousness to get this jeep. I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone and I will NOT suggest Russell Westbrook Dealer to any of my friends that are looking for new cars. 100% frustrated with this terrible service and I will be going elsewhere! read more

One if the worst experiences with a business I've had. I bought a car from here several months ago. I don't know if the finance person did this on purpose or if it was his poor English, but I purchased almost $10k in warranties that I though only cost about $1800. Everytime I tried to call in or go in to cancel the warranty, they jerked me around or told me than no one there knew how to cancel the warranty. After several weeks and taking multiple days off work to drive across town to the dealer, I was finally able to sign paperwork to cancel the warranties. Its been several months since this happened and dealership has still not refunded me or the title loan company. Every time I try to get a hold of the dealer, either no one knows what I'm talking about or there's no one that can help me. Who knows how many more months and days off work I'll have to take before I get this resolved. I would suggest stay away from the dealer and just do business with a dealership that's not going to jerk you around and try to get away screwing out of money. read more

As for buying a new car, I wasn't even in the market before the transmission on my older BMW decided to go out days before. Afterwards I had test driven a Challenger elsewhere and dealt with one incredibly unscrupulous salesman at another venue, so I arrived at RWCDJR on the defensive. Fortunately I ran into salesman Justin Andreas who proceeded to answer EVERY question I could possibly have, completely and with patience. And I ask tons of questions because I'm like that. As we went further into the process I knew exactly what I wanted and Justin went out of his way to make it happen. The car in question was located at another dealership which I assumed would be no big deal because aren't they are on the same team? Turns out no, often dealerships have to barter with each other behind the scenes to move a vehicle to another location. The other place did not want to give up the car I wanted to buy! At no time did Justin mention any of this, he just remained positive and focused on getting the car. I found out through another person there. This added more time than was necessary in getting the car, but that was not the fault of Justin or RWCDJR. Once the car arrived it was better than advertised. As for the deal itself, they explained my options and we arrived at a good purchase price easily. If you're in the market, Dodge is doing some wonderful things with the Challenger lately and it's worth taking one out for a test drive at this place. read more

This has been the worst service I have ever had at a dodge dealership and in any dealership in general. Went in there last Sunday to ask for a Dodge Charger scat pack, the salesman that was helping me was excited to help me out with the whole deal since I was going to turn in my current Dodge Challenger rt which is on a lease. Went in back on Tuesday to run my information and they sold me on suppose to be a white charger scat pack and said we will have it the next day. Next day came and they said they don't have it. I informed them how much was left on the lease and when turning in my car was everything going to be payed off and I was going to be done with t and they said yes, the salesman and one of the managers. Friday came, they finally brought in a black one, I had informed the salesman about a concern about the lease pay off that was told to me by a different dealer and he told me to not worry about it they are wrong we are going to take care of you. Before signing the papers I checked and asked again about the pay off on the challenger and they assured me it was all going to get taken care of. Monday 4/10/17 came and I received a call by one of the managers telling me the pay off was wrong that I the customer gave them wrong information and ether I take the car back tonight or they are going to charger me a ridiculous amount and send me to collections because it was my mistake for not telling them the actual pay off which I did, I told the salesman and the manager and they both agreed there was nothing left to pay off. That is there career, how are they going to rely on the customer on all the information instead of them themselves find out the exact amount that is needed to pay off, and too top it off I explained it to them more than 3 times and they did not believe it. So the manager called me basically threatening me to ether take the car or get charged because at the end of the day this is my fault and he's doing me a favor for giving me he option to return it. So today on 4/11/17 I returned the car because of this whole false and wrong contract agreement and got my old car back. This has been the worse experience i have ever had. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews and I think like most of us we usually write one when we are not satisfied with services, as in my experience when seeking for a vehicle with the case of AutoNation Jeep of Valencia, which I found to be a very unsatisfactory dealership due to their lack of service, integrity and relationship skills. BUT I have say I ended up going to the Van Nuys Jeep dealership and ended up leasing my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from there which turn out to be the best thing possible with an amazing deal and experience! From the minute I arrive I was genuinely greeted and approached by Derick the Sales Director, who was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with, with no pressure or hassle. He was not only professional, but a caring and wonderful human being. In an age where customer service is hard to come by, Derek stood above ALL and came through above and beyond expectations! In addition, the rest of the team including Tom Dehaan (GSM), Joe Najar (SM) and the rest of the group were all amazing and wonderful to work with, they made my transaction smooth and hassle free. Sher Ghilazi was the best sales associate my father and I were lucky enough to work with on Monday. We had already stopped by another Jeep dealership where the sales associate wouldn't even unlock the doors of the cars we wanted to look at. Sher on the other hand went above and beyond. We were debating between the new Renegades and a Patriot and wanted to test drive both. Being new to Jeeps, I didn't know much about the different packages on each car so he was kind enough to explain what the difference between each model is. (Limited, Latitude,etc.) He not only let me test drive both but also had no problem letting my dad take both for a ride either. Unfortunately there were no known Patriots on the lot or in their system but Sher spotted one while we were looking at Renegades and ran back inside to grab the keys. Let's not forget to mention, it was over 95 degrees on Monday and Sher was running laps for us with no complaint. He noticed I was still unsure about the two and quickly realized what I preferred, he suggested I look at a Compass to compare the interiors. All three cars were literally on opposite ends of the lot and instead of making us walk in circles to compare them, quickly drove all three over to us and let me look at them next to each other. He wasn't pushy in any way and was so patient with me while my dad and I asked questions and went in and out of all three. Going from a sales associate who wouldn't even unlock the doors to one who brings the options to us AND lets me drive them all..amazing! Sher and his manager Eric were so kind and helpful and really were there to make sure we walk away with exactly what we came in for. I know have the most awesome, fully loaded, Jeep Patriot and after having done a bit more research after leaving CDJR of Van Nuys, they TOTALLY gave met the best deal around. We returned to this dealership because we had a pretty good experience when we bought our minivan several years ago. This time we got a new Jeep Cherokee (which I love), and our sales man Simon Smart was awesome! Simon has a great attitude, and was very professional, and not pushy at all! I like that he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the vehicles he had available and buying a car was easy with him. He stayed with us, and kept us informed of everything throughout the whole process. We looked at several vehicles, and Simon really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I do recommend that if you have good credit and are financing a car, you make sure you are getting a fair rate. We were able to negotiate a lower rate because we had done a little homework ahead of time, and were informed about current new car rates. The reason this isn't a 5 is because their lot is small, and it was hard to look at all the vehicles in one place. Also, their website is slow, and after we had sealed the deal it took about an hour and a half to finally get our car. read more

As witnessed by the recent posts, I cannot say enough NEGATIVE about the new Russell Westbrook Dodge Service Department in Van Nuys. This is the former Big Valley Dodge where I purchased two Dodge trucks. I recently had the AC blower and fan replaced but had problems with my AC flow in the cab. I detailed the problem and they said they would check and gave me a preliminary estimate of the repair of $155.00 without supplies/parts. I received call and told they had would have to replace the motor in the housing becuase it was not working. The part would cost $200.00 and the labor $1200.00. I said to not do the work since I found the labor charges unconscionable. When I went to pick up my truck, they said I owed the $155.00 FOR THE ESTIMATE ! I spoke to the Service Manager who said he never noticed the "possible misinterpretation" of the estimate only charge. Of course, they did not offer to refund the amount due which I had to pay to get my truck. I mentioned they had bad reviews on Yelp and he said they were "up & down" with little concern for the consumer opinion. It then took them 30 minutes to get my truck because they misplaced the keys. If they do their standard MO, they will write an empty apology reply to this posting. I am sure Russell Westbrook, local boy made good, has no knowledge of the dealerships emerging reputation, but it is a shame someone with the personal and professional conduct reputation he has is having his good name lowered by this Dealership Service Department. Probably "OK" for service If your auto is still under full warranty as the labor cost of the "Doctors and Lawyers" they must hire for auto technicians, is passed to the Manufacturer. But don't reward this Dealership when ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP will give you the same Warranty Service. Make the effort to make a point for the consumer. read more

The service department at this particular location is horrible! The staff is rude and unprofessional. After the staff behind the counters are done talking about their weekend (while there is a line of customers waiting to be helped), they are quick to say "no" to everything, without even looking into it. When asking for the turn around time on the maintenance, they always say about a week--and an entire day, just to diagnosis, even if you make an appointment ahead of time. The upper management is horrible as well. There is so much turn around there that you can never build a relationship with them, let alone get a word in and be part of the process. Heaven forbid you ask a question to get an understanding of what's wrong with the car--they have zero patience or the customer service skills to understand the importance of making a customer feel comfortable and knowledgeable about their vehicle. Since the last of my many horrible experiences, I have since gone to a further dealership (Rydell Dodge in San Fernando) that is very much worth the extra distance. read more

I just leased a brand new JEEP ALTITUDE from this dealership. My credit sucked, (not because I had debt) because I had no real credit history. I knew getting a car was going to be an issue, in addition to the fact that I am also self-employed. I knew I wanted a new JEEP, but didn't think it would be possible with the little I had to put down and the low monthly payment I was hoping for. My intention was to get a used Jeep Cherokee and build my credit from there. Once I met Israel, the salesperson at the dealership, I was overwhelmed by his genuine hospitality. I was exhausted from the day of searching for vehicles, getting absurd interest rates, and really appreciated his patience. After test driving the used jeep and going over my options Israel mentioned there was a possibility to get into something new. That is when I met his manager, JOE, who never gave me the "sales pitch" slime vibe that so many car dealers offer. These guys were genuine from the start and listened to my entire story about credit and work history. It was because they listened that they were able to make sense of the best way to structure a deal for me to get me approved. Which after a few days of back and forth with the bank, happened. Not only did it happen BUT it was a deal that was considerably less than I expected. These guys took the time to find exactly what I wanted and I felt went above and beyond to help me. It was more than getting a sale, it was about getting me satisfied. That's rare in this day and age and especially at dealers. My old jeep died at 208,000 miles and I am happy I stayed loyal by getting a new one and making new friends at this dealership! read more
