ABSOLITELY DISGUSTING!!! went to the dealer ship on Sunday. We were dealing with Edwin and Enrique. The car that we test drove was great we loved it and so we decided to talk numbers. The deal wasn't what we were looking for so we decided to go for the same car just a few less features, for which they gave an okay deal 36 mo/10k 1500 down and 475 monthly. We ended up walking away from it anyway. The next day, Monday, Enrique called me back and asked of we are still interested I said in the first car we were interested in, the white one, he said he will work on it and let me know. He didn't even bother calling me back. We already moved on and had a deal in progress with another dealership. Today, Tuesday, I got a call from Dustin the manager at this dealership, who wanted to sell me the car we wanted, he called me and told me 36mo/12k miles per year, $1000 down and $531 a month, I asked him if he can do any better he said he will try. Didn't get a call back so I called myself and got Andy Cortez who said he will help me since Dustin was busy. Andy called me back within about 1 hour and clearly said he cannot do the white car but the other car we were looking at he can do better. He called back again and clearly said I can do the the other car for 1000 down and he was between 480-490, at which point I said ok I'm coming pull the car up I'd like to see it again. We came Edwin (the original salesperson) had the car ready for us and we liked it and were ready to see the deal promised between 480-490. The deal I get presented is $512 a month. Now my math is pretty good and I don't see that those numbers are between 480 and 490. So I went directly to Andy and said hey this is now what we talked about and not what you said you are able to do. Again I get the runaround of well you know we already discounted blah blah blah. I say no work on it again but you clearly said between 480 and 490. He sarted arguing with me and said no i said 490ish. The next deal I get is $499.13. At this point I'm furious because I'm being taken for a fool. Edwin is now raising his voice at my husband who is telling him we drove down here for 480 490 not 499 and this is a waste of time and you guys are screwing us. Again I get the runaround of we already discounted and we want to make it work but we can't do anymore. Which is fine if you can't then you can't but don't call me and promise me nuumbers you can't do. I'm am very upset and just disgusted by this situation. It was handled very poorly on their part. They made me feel like an idiot telling me no I said I'm between 480 and 490ish well to me that is still not 512 or 499. There was no reason for me to waste my time coming down there and not get what I was told I would. read more

Sold my current car based on an agreed deal to lease a car and was supposed to be out of there in 30 minutes as we had picked the car previously and no selling was needed. Some two hours later the sales manager comes in saying that they couldn't do the deal and gives me a higher price. I was frustrated that I had sold my car on the premise on this deal and was waiting for two hours, but couldn't take it any longer when the manager lied to my face stating that they couldn't do the deal because it was a business lease and not a personal one. I left the dealer and got the follow up call from customer relations saying that they are going to review the deal and likely honor it. I did state that I may consider purchase that I may finance independently or look a fiance deal with them. I got a follow up call that they couldn't honor the initial agreed price as they were loosing $7000 on the deal when the difference in the lease price was $1000 for the entire lease. I said no problem, what about the finance deal? They said well we didn't present it because we don't want to do any other deal. Now they have ran my credit despite presenting me with a different deal and I don't see how that's appropriate.Needless to say they don't even know their own inventory. I would suggest you study and get other quotes and read the fine print. read more

This past weekend, my husband and I got a Dodge Ram. We had been looking for some time for a good truck in great condition and for a good price. Now all three are usually hard to find, but these guys made it happen. Our sales guy was Alvaro, and I truly recommend dealing with him. He was very kind, and really knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We sat down and told him the price we were able to do and he did his best to make it happen and without wasting our time!! My husband and I purchased our Certified pre owned Jeep Wrangler here; worst mistake we've ever made. It's been giving us problems since we received it. We love our vehicle but man coming here to get it fixed sucks. Some of the people here are so unprofessional and just plain rude. I'm especially shocked at how rude their customer service representatives are over the phone. They literally talk to you like you're a nuisance to them. **One of the ladies even hung up on my husband mid sentence because she" didn't like his tone of voice". We are calling you because the car you sold us is giving us problems frequently and you don't appreciate his tone of frustration?! Having to put up with that EVERY TIME you call them is not worth being a customer there. Especially for a car that keeps giving you problems. We will definitely will be taking our business elsewhere. My best advice for your dealership is clean out all your rude employees they are bad for business. Good customer service goes a long way. read more

We had such a horrible experience with Russell Westbrook. My husband and I were ready to buy a new car, desperate really since his car was on its last leg. Money was not an issue here. One of the salesmen here who shall remain nameless was working with us and found the car we wanted at another lot. We waited a few days for it to arrive and lo and behold at the 11th hour, we get a call that oops the car won't be arriving after all and that the other dealership decided to keep it. Ok fine, things happen. We then don't hear from our salesman again. We are calling and texting him. Wtf, you would think he'd want to make a sale, we were ready to BUY. Finally he calls us back and we start all over and once again he has located another car for us. We rush over on a weeknight and spend over an hour there while they try to actually find the car on their lot. You'd think they would have done this before we arrived. I eventually left but my husband stayed since he thought he'd be driving off with a new car. After another hour they still can't find the car on the lot so my husband had to uber home. And once again, we don't hear from our salesman again for days. We have now gone elsewhere and given our business to someone who wants it and have had such a smooth and seamless experience. I have never seen such a poorly run opeation with horrible customer service. read more

First I'd like to say I purchased my vehicle here originally before new ownership and was very pleased with the level of customer service. This was about 6 months ago. I took my grand Cherokee in for routine maintenance along with correcting a recall. I didn't expect to leave my car but Terry the service department representative said they were backed up. They didn't have any rentals so they set me up with enterprise rental, so far so good. I was given expectations to be without my car for two days with ended up turning into 4. The real frustration started when I went back. There was no sense of direction in this place. Once again I dealt with Terry and although he seems to be on top of things he has no personality and forced to go through long periods of awkward silence. Next I was asked to check in with the cashier girl who was busy flirting with one of the employees. This was completely un professional and I litterarly stood there as she twirled her hair talking to her co worker. I'm giving 3 stars because the work was indeed dome and paid whay I was explained. I deducted two stars for the lack of chdtomer service and professionalism. I left my car for four days and it wasn't even washed out of courtesy. Came back extremely dusty like it wasn't worked on. I did not add this as a basis to my rating but I do think it is important to note. I have a brand new Jeep grand Cherokee and was set up with a cheap crossover that smelled like cigarettes. It is important to be aware who your partnered with and what their level of customer service is. If you want me to buy another car maybe set me up in a rental I can potentially buy. read more

I have rarely written reviews for car dealers but the exceptional service by Hovannes Avagian compelled me to do so. He was kind and laid back during the sale portion of the process. The finance department was also fast and personable. What was most unique, however, was when a small piece of the rubber surrounding the window was discolored. Hovannes and his manager arranged for me to have a rental car and comped me tinting for my trouble. Hovannes came in on his day off to handle the repair and tinting. I love the Russel Westbrook service department. Terry Cordova got my distress call last Saturday afternoon when my 2008 Dodge Caravan had a major issue. Alarms went off and I was stuck in Action not sure if I could drive the car to a service station -- or what to do. Terry helped me navigate getting the car towed from Acton to the dealership in Van Nuys. Once we made it to the dealership the tech team had the diagnosis within a couple of hours and Terry called me with the solution-- and the price. I came here to look at a jeep they would not let me test drive it I offered them a Rolex and a black diamond ring as good faith they said they do not want to put more miles on the car and this is for serious buyers. After talking to all of the managers that simply would not let me drive the car, they asked me if I had the money for it. I then turned around and left. With a black AMEX in my wallet and a check for $80,000 that my fiancé had in her wallet as a surprise gift for me. I just bought the new Porsche Cayenne sticker price of 120k instead of the $70,000 dollar jeep........ I was in the market to buy the Jeep of my childhood dreams. After an exhaustive search, I found the perfect used Jeep online at Van Nuys Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I contacted Jimmy, a salesman there, by telephone. I explained to him that I lived 3 and a half hours away and didn't want to waste anyone's time, including my own, and that I was very interested in the used Jeep in their inventory. Jimmy sent me the Carfax and their pre sale, multi-point inspection checklist. I was happy with what I saw and called back to talk about price. Did the usual haggling back and forth, but it wasn't bad, and agreed on a fair price out the door. I also spoke with Eric, the customer retention manager. He was great too and we worked out the specifics of paying for and getting the Jeep. Met the GM, Eric, at the dealership. He spoke briefly with me and my family and was a stand up guy. I called in regards to an ad online for a truck, and I was told by Gollum that they have them available at the dealership and to come on down. When I got there, I was approached by someone else who told me that he was going to help me instead and then I let him know exactly which truck I was there for, when he told me that they have none of those kinds on the lot at all. Instead, he showed me a fully loaded truck that I was definitely on the market for. To top it off, I asked to see the truck in person before proceeding any further and I was told that I first had to agree to buy it in order for them to bring it and show it to me... that makes zero sense. How am I supposed to make an investment into a car prior to seeing it?! Very unprofessional and not how I would conduct my business. Very big bait and switch and when you show them your calculations, they make up numbers and tell you you're wrong. Went in excited to lease a new car, left with a horrible experience. Just had a terrible experience. We're new to the state, and or lease us up in about a year, however, we need another vehicle NOW. We asked to view inventory and were given the cold shoulder. We were told that since we weren't buying anything that they couldn't show us inventory because it was Memorial Day. The salesman was very short and didn't seem to care. What they didn't know was, that we actually came to buy a vehicle in CASH. Like any other intelligent and knowledgeable consumer, we did not show our hand. We wanted to feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them and wanted to be treated with genuine care and respect. That didn't happen. What they don't know is, that my fiancé is a internet sales manager from the biggest Ford dealership back home, that I do business with the Galpin's outside the auto industry, and have a great relationship with the family. I know how a dealership should be ran. That I am a VERY wealthy individual who owns businesses, we have flawless credit/auto credit(which doesn't matter), and that we would've purchased one in cash today and leased another at the end of this lease. Kevin O... your staff's communication and ethics are very poor. These reviews reflect it. Won't replay to your emails, will get your voicemails and ignore them! No one knows what they are talking about or maybe they are all just thieves! After going back and force for a month seeing 4 agencies calling 10 people The general manager gave me the money back with 2 min call which should have been done a month ago ! Honestly, I know absolutely nothing about cars and to have to go to a car dealership on a Monday afternoon was not ideal. Before I showed up to the dealership, I called the customer service line and was transferred to Rob Pane, a service advisor. We talked through the problems my jeep was having and different options before I made the journey to the dealership. Right off the bat, I knew I would like this guy.Rob Pane will now be my go to guy. Once I got to the dealership, he was very attentive. He went above and beyond for me as a customer and a person. His customer service was beyond my expectations compared to any car dealership I have been to in the past. He asked about my day, my weekend, and even about my family. Rob made me feel at ease about my not understanding car terminology and made me feel like my safety was a huge priority. He explained every step along the way and why he recommended certain parts or services. On top of his customer service, his effort to fix my Jeep, and making sure I felt comfortable... HE continued to thank ME for being patient with him. Yes, the diagnosis was pricy, but I was happy to know why he recommended every change as well as putting my safety first. Today I had my electric brake system serviced, upon getting my car back, I noticed a couple dollars in change missing. I'm not pressed for $2.00 but its the principle. I just spent $270 to have a sensor fixed and you steal from me. I've also purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from this dealership and have taken my car's here multiple times. It's an insult to think you can purchase a $30,000 car and have both your jeeps serviced here and someone steals from you. #RussellWestbrook you are my wife and I's favorite player, but your dealership has some bad apples which you need to remove. Before this dealership changed hands and became Russell Westbrook, it was fantastic. Since the transition there has been a noticeable decline. The service department is terrible. The few times I have been there for simple servicing, there have been problems One time I drove away after a servicing and felt a rattling in my Jeep. I immediately turned around and went back only to discover the technician had not put the wheel back on properly. The customer service reps don't listen or seem to care about anything. When my lease is up I'm going to a different dealership. read more
