First off the staff and service was lovely, no problems there BUT the food and cleanliness was awful. Came during lunch and expected the food to be a little better than your average golden corral. Boy was I wrong! First off the selection is limited, its not as big as some similar buffets like the four seasons. Everything tasted old and extremely low quality. The meat I got from the Mongolian barbecue area tasted like it was a few hours away from being spoiled. The orange chicken was tasteless, rubbery and covered in a soggy gelatin sauce, literally the worst orange chicken I'd ever had. The "brazillian" bbq was awful, the sausage was super salty, the chicken was bland and dried out, the lamb was all gristle. Salad bar was sad and lacking in the toppings. The cheese pasta was slimy and didn't taste like there was any cheese at all. My favorite dish was... the mash potatoes, which were definitely just a box mix, the bar was pretty low. My partner got most of the seafood dishes and said the best dish was the shrimp and it was just ok, all other seafood tasted frozen or old. Dessert is all cheap premade items. The chocolate in the fountain was so watery it barely coated the fruit, and was grainy. To top it off at one point I looked up and saw that every air vent along the ceiling had what looked to be mold around it. There's about 20 of these around the restaurant, make of that what you will. Also there was a dirty plate with someone's leftovers sitting on one of the buffet counters for the entirety of the nearly 2 hours we were there. So... we won't be back. read more

They have a pretty good selection and seems to always fresh, I have been coming here for years and have not left hungry, they don't serve crab for lunch but dinner is always more than enough. On a Saturday for two people it was $91 dollars which includes the 10% tax and 10% surcharge so support the staff members. Surprisingly we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated despite the buffet being packed. Quality is absolutely low, no good at all. We got in at 3 and were asked if we wanted to eat lunch price or upgrade to dinner. They said if we went with lunch we can eat until 4:30 so decided on lunch price and at 4 one of the staff would CONSTANTLY follow us around to make sure we're not eating the dinner menu. Literally came next to us as we were just looking at the dinner options and told us that's only for dinner and we can upgrade if we want. Such a turn off and made us feel very uncomfortable. Had a large reservation of over 100 people this past Saturday for a funeral reception and food/service was great. As soon as anybody in the party sat down there was a server asking what we'd like to drink. Empty plates were taken away quickly to make room and drinks were refilled right away as well. It was also nice they let some of the party sit down earlier than the reserved time. My favorite items were the crawfish (it was semi-spicy), salmon sashimi (wonderfully fresh), baked oysters, seafood pasta (sauce was tasty and had plenty of seafood in it), mini crème brûlée cups (wish they had flamed the top more so the whole thing was hard), and goji jello dessert (never had this before and now I'm obsessed!). Besides my favorite items above, there was-- cold food section: raw oysters, kimchi, fruits, pastas, sushi/sashimis desserts: tiramisu (too much dark chocolate powder on top made this one a little dry), different flavor mousse (green tea, strawberry, tiramisu), cream puff, green tea cake, strawberry cake, cookies and crème cake, mochi, crispy cookies, Oreos, and a separate ice cream section. I'm pretty sure there was more desserts but I can't remember the rest of them.. hot foods: lots of meats/veggies they'll grill for you Mongolian bbq style, crab legs, corn, bread, baked shrimps, soups, rice, pastas, coconut walnut shrimp, deep fried crab halves/legs (kind of hard to eat), beef and broccoli, dumplings, taro buns (not as tasty as I'm used to), and more I can't recall.. All in all we had a good experience and even though the restaurant is huge it was packed the whole time with other parties besides ours. The buffet is located in the Glendale market place. The market place has their own parking structure with 90 minutes free and you can get your parking ticket validated for more free time. There's other stores and restaurants nearby + the Americana across the street you can walk around after. Food is average to borderline almost below average at least for lunch(maybe dinner options are better). A lot of the food was lacking in flavor and some of the sushi tasted as if they've been left out for days with the rice being stale. Desert was fine, I enjoyed their ice cream. GREAT BUFFET!! Vegas Seafood Buffet is great and open late. They have tons of food options. The highlights: the ice cream, the chocolate fountain, the sushi is VERY GOOD. It tasted very fresh. They have sashimi, rolls, and can make hand rolls on request. Their hot and sour soup is also great. I liked their clams a lot. You can put pineapple & fruit into the chocolate fountain too! I would definitely look to get hot foods rather than room temperature or cold foods. The Sushi rolls or the majority of the sushi were bland and bad. Large sushi section with daily specials(limited 2 per person, per visit). They also have a teppan grill to make your own noodle mixture. About $45 per person for dinner, after tax and an automatic 10% gratuity change. Drinks are separate. Must pay before you are seated. Parking validation is offered. Service is a little subpar. You have to flag down a server or go up to talk to them if you need a refill but other than a that everything is self service. As for the the restroom, it had a heavy bleach smell and 3 out of 5 of the stalls in the women's bathroom looked dirty and inoperable. read more

Buffets in LA are rarely a hit, let's be honest. For the price however, I would recommend eating here. This is located in a plaza across the street from the Glendale Americana and Galleria. The food is mediocre and honestly, It really depends on the day that you come. The rule of thumb with buffets is that if there are more people, the food is fresher. With that said your best bet for eating here is on the weekend. My recommendations: Clams in oyster sauce - I get about three plate fulls of this with white rice. I really go here for the clams. Fried jumbo salt and pepper shrimp - so flavorful and crispy. I love how big the shrimps are. Tri-tip - hit or a miss, but If you come here on a weekend dinner time it's pretty good.
