Great selection of food! Went on a Saturday around 5 so we got there right before the dinner rush. Our server/busser was attentive and made sure our drinks were full and plates were always cleared. That being said, one thing I do want to bring attention to is the automatic surcharge of 10% under 10 people and 12% for 10 people and over. The selections weren't terrible, as I picked out octopus, squid, freshwater eel, scallop, smelt eggs, and salmon roe nigiri. They also had several other rolls, but I only went for the California Rolls. In the sashimi section, they had salmon and tuna cubes. Other seafood selections included fried shrimp, crab, crawfish, crab legs, and clams. There was a long line for a bowl similar to Mongolian BBQ, cooked using the flatiron grill. However, the line discouraged me from attempting that dish. If there is one item to SKIP, do not get the PRIME RIB, as it was dry and tasteless. One positive aspect that I noticed was the cleanliness of the restaurant. They had staff constantly cleaning tables and the buffet line. The bathrooms are stinky with the slight smell of stale urine. Definitely need to keep on top of the hygiene. But at least there is plenty of soap and paper towel. Stay away from the sashimi, though. I didn't get any food poisoning from it but the quality is a huge dip from other sashimi places. The fruit was bland. The second time I went, it was for lunch and there were no crab legs (which sucked because that's what we went there for). They did have a section where you can grab your own meat and they cook it for you. The peeled shrimp they cooked for us in that section was delicious. However, there was a gristly piece of meat that seemed very old and off. I didn't swallow it. The one friend who did chew and swallow a piece of it got food poisoning the next day and that was the only thing she ate that the other three of us did not. There are better places to spend money. Until you leave the table and are done eating, always ensure they're keeping your table clean by always taking away your empty plates and refilling your beverage. BBQ guys are also very friendly when you give them your plate to cook it for you. The atmosphere is always clean as well and a comfortable seating. If you're alone or with a big group of family or friends. They'll always find a good spot for you. Even Tho it is Glendale near the galleria, Parking is not really a problem at all. There's a parking lot near it as you go in. And, After you're done. You can always validate your ticket so you're not paying for parking. Price is honestly bit more expensive than all the other buffets I've been to.But hey, Given the quality of the food, The atmosphere, The service and the different variations of food. Picked up a few item. Pan fried shrimps and crabs, sautéed shrimp, siomai and pot stickers. Shrimp and crabs seasoned ok but missed the mark of my taste buds. I prefer a bit more saltier. Came here Saturday evening w my cousin around 8:30pm and the place was not super busy. Not that many selections but I couldn't possibly fill my stomach to try all the food that they have. I avoid raw food at all cost since I'm afraid of getting food poisoning so opted for softcrab shells, fried plantains , fried rice and baked oyster. They also have a hibachi area where I had my steak cooked in the grill. I like all the food I got except for the oyster. It felt like it was undercooked. Our server was very accommodating and the place looks decent. Bathroom was horrible though. I guess they don't check regularly on refilling toilet papers and paper towels. The trash was overflowing and it was pretty nasty. I paid $48 with a soda and apparently already charged me with 10% tip. Overall it was ok and I left the place with a full stomach! First off, there's not much street parking, so you'll have to use one of the parking structures. Lucky the restaurant validates for free parking for 2 hrs. It's more or less an Asian themed buffet, though it sates Brazilian on the sign. Don't get excited, there no real Brazilian BBQ here with big sticks of beef steaks served ..... no there's just a few sticks with sausage and some chicken.... no big deal. The inside is quite big and there's a lot of food. Not super Chineasy like some buffets that cater more to the Asian crowd, serving weird tide pool animals and other organ meats. It's not all just plain Jane American Chinese either, they have a big selection of sushi, seafood like crab, big prawns with the head still attached and even a grill for Mongolian stuff. Service is the usual Asian buffet service, just basically there to clear the plates and fill the water glass. I guess that's why they just get a 10% tip. The food was of decent quality. I really liked the big prawns and the ribs. The price of $35 for dinner plus tax and tip makes it not a cheap dinner out, so you better eat a lot of the good stuff to get your moneys worth. The crab was either overcooked or not fresh so it was very hard to open with the crab leg cracker and the crab meat kept sticking to the shells. Hoping it is a one off experience but definitely didn't help my experience. The surprising star of the seafood was the crawfish for me. They were thick and easy to peel, but were seasoned with a bit of sichuan peppers so not for everyone. Luckily I like sichuan peppers. The sushi and sashimi bar were better than I expected! Love that you can get hand rolls and caviar and that they have daily specials. The tempura crunch was a bonus! The ikura was salty as expected and honestly one of the uni looked questionably but I didn't get any stomachs so that's a plus~ There's also a teppanyaki grill area in the back corner where you can get kbbq style galbi grilled fresh to order. My favorite is the steam crab legs, shrimp cocktail, sushi, and fruits. Salmon sashimi and shrimp cocktail were fresh, crab legs had a lot of meat in it, and fruits were sweet. Other food was decent, but not great. For example, the roast beef was dry and has no flavor, the dim sum was dry, and I had a bad cooked oyster.
