Veggie Grill is a great restaurant and I love many of their offerings.. Their buffalo chick'n choices are my fav. Buuuuut, their holiday sandwich is a huuuuuge disappointment. It looks like the holiday sandwich you got from Wish. About half the middle ingredients than their advertisement. It is lacking in flavor. It needs about 2x as much of the vegan turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. It should be a messy, gooey sandwich. Instead its dry and lacking any flavor.. Been coming to Veggie Grill for a long time, and was so stoked they finally opened one sort of in my neighborhood. Pretty much always get the same thing. The beyond burger is delicious! The service at this particular branch is impeccable. However the mac & cheese was water and pasta. It was disgusting. Embarrassing. Not cheesy. Not even salty. Just water and noodles. We live in a day and age where mac & cheese can be so many things other than bland and boring and Disgusting. Do better veggie grill, do better. I've been coming here since it opened and its history has been up and down. When it first opened, it was great. Food and service were wonderful. Then there seemed to be a management change, as the portions got much smaller. I wrote a Yelp review about it and received a lovely note from Corporate that they were going to discuss this with the store. The management changed in the store and the portions and service went back to the original great experience. However, they seemed to have gone through another management change, as it is once again not good with regard to either portions or service. I went a week ago and ordered a side of french fries with my meal. The fries came out in a tiny bowl, no more than four ounces, and had about fifteen fries in it. I went again today. There were two of us, one ordered the Protein Caesar Salad and the other a Chicken Caesar wrap along with a side of french fries. The portion was even smaller today, with about 12 fries. A server brought the salad and fries and said the rest of the order would be right out. After waiting for seven minutes, my friend went up to the counter to find out where his wrap was. He told the guy at the counter that the point of going out to eat with someone was to eat together, not have one served and make the other wait for his full meal. The guy was very dismissive, replying merely "Sorry , I do what my manager tells me." Absolutely rude and ridiculous. With Tocaya Vegetable right across the street and Something Vegan down the street, I see no need to come here again while it is still under the same non-caring management. read more

My office was excited to try this restaurant as for two people in my office are vegan. We called in the order for a pick up they took the order and then hung up on us when we try to give our name. When I went to pick up the order they didn't prepare it And I had to re-order it in person and wait for the food. Very unorganized and will not be going back to this restaurant. read more

We visited with my family on a Sunday afternoon. The place was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and the service was exceptional! I love veggie grill in general. However, this specific location got on my nerves. I was looking at the menu deciding whether i should get a salad or a bowl. I asked the employee why she would recommend and she said the taco salad. Therefore, I got the taco salad. I ordered it while pointing at it on the menu and holding eye contact to make sure she got that. I added avocado and the crispy chikn' they offer. It all came to $16 which is pretty good. Afterwards, I payed with ApplePay. I was waiting for my order and since I was in a hurry I forgot to check it. As I got to my destination, I got a cesar salad. Nothing on it. Just lettuce, croutons and a few crispy chicken bites. No other veggies, no lentils, no avocado from what I had actually ordered. ALMOST $20 FOR JUST ICEBERG LETTUCE. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I am vegan and i like trying the vegan foods in my city. It's so interesting seeing everyone's different takes on classics. I didn't know what I would enjoy here and saw that they offered a beyond steak ban mi, tacos, and a Nashville hot chicken sliders. You can get a salad or a harvest bowl anywhere or even a veggie burger isn't particularly interesting. I didn't know what to choose between these three option that I listed and wanted an array to try from so that at least if i picked one thing that sucked at least there would be one thing that I liked. I was ready to order the steak bahn mi bc it seemed hard to fail at and then I asked if it was possible to order one slider. To me if you can order one taco why would T you be able to order one slider and it wasn't the only thing I was planning on ordering my bill came out to almost $40 i just didn't want to have to order a whole order of sliders to go along with my bahn min sandwich and my one taco. My complaint is that they wouldn't offer just one slider. I received my sand which and taco and Belgian chocolate cake and root beer and honestly the only thing i liked was the cake and the root beer. I don't feel like I'm asking that much to have one slider especially when I'm on the hook for at least $30 whether i like the food or not. This place does not offer for a positive experience when it comes to trying the food in their menu. I will not be back if feels like such a waste of money. read more

I like veggie grill, but this visit was not good. First of no spout in the water and I got wet all over. Dining room was to freaking cold. Sitting outside would be colder not heater. Parking sucks too. The buffalo wings was too soggy and the celery was warm. My bulgolgi was too salty. The cauliflower was spicy and smelled spoiled. The music was too loud. I used to frequent this location and never had issues until my last pick up order. I just had a question to ask about redeeming rewards, and was so rudely ignored by the ladies working the register. They were yelling at me for name, and once I did, I noticed they were training someone new. I've been through that before, and had no problem waiting and wasn't trying to rush them. I was attempting to make small talk, when they interrupted me to chuck my order in my face so I would get out of the way, and they just screamed for the next customer in line, as if it was a soup kitchen. I received the worst fries of my life tonight. Like they weren't even kept in a warmer of any sort. Not a hint of warmth to be found. Not enough ketchup in the world to drown out the sorrow of cold ass fries. Way too expensive I be old AF. The kid was friendly, but could really look me in the eyes and tell me to have a good night knowing he was sending me off with that. Lol. I went in the minute it said ready on the app. I will say that I also got the thanksgiving sandwich and I enjoyed that it was at least warm. Cauliflower seemed like it is frozen and lightly reheated. They were overly breaded and doughy, not crispy. The salad had sooo much dressing it was so soggy. Tempeh was hardly cooked. I want to like Veggie Grill. But this is 2021 and your tech needs to work. I tried to order VG via UberEats twice but this store canceled the order both times without any explanation. So next, I try to order on the VG website. That transaction won't go through. No food arrives. But, VG billed me 3 times for that transaction that never went through. VG customer service said the couldn't find the charges. I ended up having to dispute the charges via my credit card company. VG, get it together if you want online orders. read more
