    Chicken tikka, Quesa Birria Duo
    Alex W.

A classic Texas chain with some interesting taco fillings.. I was surprised that the chicken tikka masala taco had rice in it; it's like eating the entree but with your hands. Surprisingly good but carb-heavy. Quesa birria is 5-star quality; so juicy much like most birria. The fish taco tasted like any other. Taking a star off because it's on the pricier end ($5-6 per taco), and while the tacos were good, they didn't wow me. But it definitely fits the bill of a fast casual restaurant in the Heights!

Delicious tacos. Tandoori one was very nice flavor. Chicken and brisket was tasty. Ingredients fresh. Messy eating and dropping some key items on floor and table is only issue.

One of the best tacos I tried here but bit expensive for what you get. But they so creative w the tastes and flavors

Spicy tikka chicken taco and Quesa birria duo

I like that you can get different flavors. They fuse different cuisines with tacos like Indian spices. But, in my opinion, you can get better tacos for cheaper and better taste in Houston. I think if you want a reliable choice for a chain and with different flavors you can go here. However, I prefer a classic taco. I overall think the tacos were super heavy and fusion didn't do either of the cuisines justice. You can have indoor or outdoor seating - there's around 20 people's worth of seating inside and outside. There is a lot located around that can fit around 20 cars. Interior was modern with wooden design. It's meow of a casual sit down place with metal tables and chairs. Service was fast. You order at the counter. You also self serve the drinks and utensils at the side.

I hear that this place is a classic, which makes sense to me - the menu is so fun! This type of stuff is my jam. I love creative fusion concepts done well and this fits the bill for me :) i got a nashville hot tofu and chicken tikka taco after much deliberation and they were each so yummy and sumptuous. pretty big tacos too. Definitely a mess to eat but when you do, it's the type of meal that makes you want to lick your fingers.

So hot. Left to right: chicken & waffles, fish & chips, Chimichurri steak, a beef one I can't remember, & tofu Nashville hot

They're not open as absurdly late as they used to be, but they consistently sling creative, tasty, and filling tacos, and they do so quickly. My consistent favorites are fish & chips, Buffalo chicken, tikka masala, & Nashville hot tofu. The tater tots are sent from the heavens. They can be stingy with condiments, I definitely recommend ordering a side or 10 of avocado crema with literally everything. Their online ordering tool is meh and doesn't allow for notes. Their margaritas are surprisingly good! I typically like them on the rocks but their frozen is really well balanced. The sangria swirl and Grand Marnier floater is where it's at.

I stopped in for tacos here after a night out. The line was moving kind of slow because they only had one cashier at the time. The tacos are always good and location had enough sitting. Definitely a great spot for tacos and vibes.

What a menu! There is something for everyone. The flavors are explosive! I tried the mexi-cali shrimp, the spicy Tikka, and the salmon. Each taco cooked to perfection. It's like I traveled the world in just a few bites. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick! There's plenty of seating. If you're like me, you like to pair a great margarita with a great taco! Trust me, try the margarita ! If you like sweets, the red velvet cake with caramel sauce!!

There's even a security guard on site, which only adds to the impression that this place is fire. So when I happened to drive by on a 100-degree afternoon and found no line, I took it as a sign to finally give it a try. The small parking lot adjacent to the truck was nearly empty, except for a few other patrons who probably had the same idea. Ordering was simple and to the point. The menu keeps things straightforward: a selection of meats served as tacos or plates with a handful of sides. I ordered two barbacoa tacos with salsa verde. Less than two minutes after placing my order, they were in my hands. Fast service on a scorching day is always appreciated. With no seating available, I retreated to the comfort of my car to eat. Based on the amount of grease packed into these tacos, I would recommend doing the same. Eating them while standing could end with your shirt becoming an unintended side dish. One thing to note: don't count on a generous napkin supply. I realized after returning to my car that none were included. Consider keeping a few emergency fast-food napkins in your glove compartment. Those leftover Taco Bell napkins may finally fulfill their destiny. The barbacoa was flavorful, the salsa verde complemented it well, and overall, the tacos were overall tasty. That said, I left somewhat underwhelmed considering the crowds I routinely see gathered here during lunch and dinner hours. Perhaps I'm missing the standout item that keeps customers lining up daily. Even so, if you happen to have cash in your pocket and find yourself craving authentic tacos, this truck is certainly worth a stop.
