I would have given this place 5 starts but the service was sooooooooooo bad I absolutely cannot. They ended up sending us a bottle of wine, but honestly we were on a schedule and it was just wild. We made a reservation, and every step after arrival was mind numbing. I'd just say go here if you're not on schedule. It's downstairs at the four seasons which you can enter through Mandalay Bay. Food was good but nothing to write home about in a place like LAS.

It gets so much quieter, the ambiance is more upscale, and it's just an overall better experience walking from the Mandalay Bay lobby down to the Four Seasons lobby and into Veranda. We enjoyed the strawberry and tequila cocktail ($22), along with a glass of their Chardonnay ($25). Started with the crab cake and the beef carpaccio. Crab cake had sliced apples, a little salad on top and some remoulade on the bottom. We enjoyed the carpaccio a tad bit more with the crispy capers, flavorful aioli, and the frisée salad on top. We then shared a Land and Sea Salad, complete with a well-cooked and pretty large salmon, along with cubes of feta, tomatoes, artichoke, red onions and cucumber spears. Finally, our lovely wait staff, Prince, threw in a white chocolate cake with a berry center that was a welcome surprise for us to celebrate our anniversary lunch. Overall a great experience and would love to join them for their Sunday brunch that starts at 8am. Friendly and prompt service and water always topped off. Everything you'd expect from a Four Seasons property and restaurant.

Stopped by for a quick and light late afternoon lunch, lovely restaurant with a solid food menu of offerings. We started with the beef carpaccio which was definitely a standout. It was quite delicious. Then we split the farm and sea salad which has a sizable piece of salmon on it. Service was attentive and since it was later lunch, it was quite empty but a lovely space.

"Las Vegas is the only place I know where money really talks: it says goodbye." ― Frank Sinatra I prefer to use my money for food in Las Vegas. At Veranda, the food and drinks are solid. The two of us shared steak frites, housemate mushroom ravioli, citrus crème brǔlée, and espresso martinis. The steak was cooked perfectly. The housemade mushroom ravioli was a dream. There really was no bad bite had but I don't think they really have anything standout worthy. There are plenty of good steak and pasta spots on The Las Vegas Strip. Veranda is a solid place to have brunch if you're on that side of The Strip but don't make this a destination. They're currently under renovations so they're situated at Bourbon Steak next door.

    Huevos Rancheros. Absolutely delicious!

It was absolutely delicious. The service was impressive as we had an assistant waiter and a head waiter. It is light and airy inside and has umbrellas outside. It is definitely worth the price!

Love the new look, miss the old brunch. The Veranda recently remodeled and the new look is amazing. With this change, they completely changed their weekend brunch buffet set up. It seems to have most of the same offerings but also seems smaller. The old brunch had two types of bacon, the new brunch has one. The old brunch had mini bagels (which makes sense at buffet), the new brunch only has regular bagels. And overall, the bread/pastry items were reduced significantly. I almost thought they got rid of the mini donut station, which would have been a tragedy, but it was outside on the patio. Someone said they almost did away with it but so many people asked about it, they brought it back. The price also went up, which is disappointing given they also reduced the offerings. I have so many wonderful memories of brunch with friends over the years at the Veranda lunch. It's sad to see the old one go, being replaced by a new, shinier version, but not necessarily a better version.

Verdana: Currently under renovations but still being served at Bourbon Steak next door. We came here for lunch and it was great. I had the Espresso martini and Steak Frites. The lady, also an espresso martini and Housemade Mushroom Ravioli. For dessert, we shared a Citrus Crème Brûlée. All that said the Steak, a perfectly cooked medium rare New York strip was seasoned and beefy. The accompanying Steak sauce isn't even needed. That's how delicious it was. The Housemade Mushroom Ravioli was delicious as well. Mushroom Duxelles, cheese fondue, and ricotta... are you biting your fist? I would understand if you were. Five stars! Color me verdan...a! Or you know, Color me impressed. Whichever.

Came for brunch buffet on a Sunday, was very pleasantly surprised. It's small but all seemed high quality. Made to order omelet was excellent, well seasoned. House made smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail. Cinnamon pecan bun was excellent. Also enjoyed the blinses, bacon and sausage, fried chicken with Nashville hot sauce that had a great crunch. For $57 (plus $45 for bottomless which was always topped off) it's pricey but at least the quality and service was there.

Came here for breakfast with my coworker for a coffee/ breakfast business meeting. We were seated pretty quickly without a reservation. I ordered the avocado toast and tea. The avocado toast is one slice, and it was very good. All the items on the menu were pretty pricey. The service was very good.

A peaceful morning at Four Season, and decided to stop by Veranda for some good breakfast before we checked out. It wasn't too busy at 10:00 am, a couple guests here and there. We got the Bay omelet, Thick-Cut Brioche French Toast, and Steak + eggs. The Bay omelet came out piping hot, and came with slices of avocado on top of the egg. In my opinion, the omelet was a bit on the blander side. There was a lot of crab and bacon though! Though from photos this dish may look very small or barely enough, trust me, one omelet is very filling, especially with protein inside too. So, never mind the size of this dish, cause it's totally enough for a good breakfast. The Thick-Cut Brioche French Toast was my favorite! The french toast was so good and melty, and paired perfectly with the tart strawberry compote. The compote was so good! I love the huge strawberry chunks. The syrup on the side isn't much needed, cause the strawberry compote is enough to sweeten the french toast. I didn't even use the syrup at all, hahah! Did I mention the presentation!? So adorbs, perfect for the gram! The steak + eggs were okay. The steak was way too well done though. The hash, peppers, and eggs were mediocre.. just tasting ordinary. We waited a long time: around 25-30 minutes for our food, which was unexpected since there weren't a lot of people. Before I left, I forgot my camera at the table. When I realized I was too late; I was already up at the hotel room. Luckily, when I went down to try to find it, the staff already has it safely kept in their front desk, which was a relief. And, they were even able to find which guest left it at the table, so it was like they were expecting me! In addition, when I approached the front desk, they even remembered me, and asked me if it was my camera. Immaculate customer service. Now that I know of this, I don't have to worry about anything even when I forget something! Thank you, Veranda!

    House-smoked verlasso salmon

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast here while staying at The Four Seasons. The house-smoked verlasso salmon was perfection followed by a slice of the thick-cut brioche French toast. Our waiter was so attentive and friendly. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we went. The whole ambiance was relaxing, and we felt like we could slowly enjoy our meal and lattes.

Bacon and scrambled eggs with sourdough toast and hash browns.

I enjoyed a good late breakfast here at the end of November. Compliments to the staff dealing with a water pipe break in the outdoor seating area that spilled into some of the restaurant inside as well. Staff stayed relatively calm and addressed the issue and put their heads down and stayed on task tending to the remaining seated customers. My breakfast was delicious. I had scrambled eggs with bacon, hash brown potatoes, and sourdough toast. The toast quality could have been better. My waiter and busboy provided good service.

My husband and I came here on our last day of vacation and it was amazing! I enjoyed the crab Benedict, while he had the mushroom omelette. Both meals were delicious! Service was amazing, all the staff was friendly and created a very welcoming environment. We were celebrating having just gotten married and they continued our celebrations with a complimentary dessert which was absolutely amazing! Be sure to schedule a reservation in advance as it is very busy especially on the weekends.
