Looks like I'm not the only one that had a problem with the incredibly poor customer service here. I'm not going back. I've been with Verizon since 1991. I went in with an actual check from my Chase account, wanting to switch payment records to this institution. There was literally nobody else in the store other than 2 associates on either side of the suite. Both were looking at their phones. I went up to the male CSR (the closest to the door) and immediately felt his lack of desire to interact. He could surely tell that the reason I was there would not attain him any commission, and he verbally and physically dismissed my needs within 1/10th of a second. He smugly directed me to use the App and reiterated that there was literally nothing he could do to help me. I asked him to assist with the App which yielded an eye roll the likes of which I seldom experience when dealing with someone in customer service. With that, as I was accessing the Verizon App with him expecting further assistance, his personal phone rang. "Yo Adam! Wassup?" was the next thing out of his mouth. His buddy calling was surely priority over a 33 year customer who wanted a hand doing something that they should be able to assist with. I just turned and walked out. He didn't bother to offer further assistance, apologize, thank me for coming in, tell me to have a nice day or anything else that he's being paid to do. This arrogant little prick should be fired. If it was my store, he'd be gone. Seriously... You've got a customer that you are in the midst of dialogue with and without saying "excuse me" or "can you give me a moment?" he just grabs that phone in front of a valued client and rattles off "Yo Adam!!! Wassup?". Get rid of this kid. read more

We did a hand-me-down/transfer of iPhones from me to my son at the Apple Store, however when we were done with Apple, my son's phone number never switched over to his "new" phone. We went the TCC Verizon store at the Pavilions at Talking Stick for help. Adam was able to get the issue resolved in the store in short order. He explained what happened and what he was doing each step. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Moving forward, when we need new phones we will definitely be coming to this reseller moving forward. read more

Horrible customer service at this store. The Old Woman with gray:dark hair and glasses couldn't even answer anything nor did she want to answer my simple question. I applaud all the other reviewers that this store has VERY POOR customer service. She even told me to go back to the store - I asked her why? When she just told me to do everything online. Very poor customer service I bought the liquid screen protector from here and was told by my salesman that they would cover up to 250 for a new screen if it broke .. came in with my receipt and a blonde saleswoman was very rude and unhelpful claiming now they won't honor that.. wouldn't recommend this place read more

The two ladies working this morning were great. I came in with a camera glitch and the back side of my phone shattered. They helped me submit an insurance claim. They saw me earlier than my appointment. I was in and out of the building in under 30 mins! read more

I called to ask questions about my phone and Becka was extremely rude and did not want to give me the time of day. Word for word said "You are holding things up over the phone what do you need?" Will not be shopping at this store. Sounds like a mean girl. read more

Bad customer service, no brand loyalty. They recommend you cancel your phone of 18 years with Verizon and change number to create a new account to honor the ad for the iPhones. The guy doesn't know any of the deals and constantly has to ask questions. He has no idea what is going on. I cannot believe how incompetent this store is. read more

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! My boyfriend and I decided to switch from iPhones to Google pixels after having iphones for several years so we had a million (not exaggerating) questions and he answered every one with ease. He even took a call from us after we got home and helped again. We were legitimately 100% clueless about the google phones but he was patient and understanding. At no point did we feel like we were being an inconvenience to him. We didn't feel pressured or swindled like we had been at other locations. He helped me get the best deal to trade in my iPhone and made sure I walked out of the store with everything I needed. I work in sales, and can honestly say he is a rockstar salesman. I appreciated the substantial amount of time he spent assisting me with transferring everything from my iPhone to my new google pixel 2! He even downloaded an app on my old iPhone to get all my notes transferred. Exceptional customer service. I will be referring friends and family to him! read more

Zaid has now helped us twice with AMAZING customer service. The first time, we were having troubles understanding texting. He made it very easy by showing us how to use Siri to do all the texting for us. Today, we went in just to find out when the end of the contract was so we would know when to upgrade. We told him we were waiting to go next door to the phone repair shop because the I phone was dead. He asked to see the phone. Plugged it in, and showed us that the power was just dead on the phone. He charged it up for us, and helped us select a new charger. He also explained chargers do go bad in time, which is something we had never even thought about. He managed to explain all of the above to us, with out either of us feeling stupid, and with total respect for our older age. read more

Customer service does not seem to be in the vocabulary of this store. My wife had an issue with a phone over two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the manager to call me back. I lecture on customer service and now will make sure that I use them as an example of how poor, and stupid a business can be. This is really the second time we have had an issue with this company and store. I will certainly make sure I tell all my friends. I will admit the rep we saw did try to help but his manager did not seem to care. I called corporate office as well and that was three days ago and was told they would look into it and call the manager and get back to me. No call.
