    Don't waste your time at this location specifically. This location's staff has quite the, "matter…read moreof fact," additude. Our first visit, we thought the customer representative was trying to help us by letting us purchase products instead of paying an activation fee when adding a new line. Until we were 5 choices in and he finally told us to just buy a specific charger so the system will allow this exchange. He charged us for the phone and the "activation" separately without explanation even when requested. The second visit, T mobile sent me a message specifically stating where my replacement phone was meant to be picked up - this store. I was told the phone wasn't avaliable to me. I had explained to the manager I understood that usually replacement phones are shipped to residences. However, this is a special circumstance; Assurant thinks my phone battery has a warranty issue - T-mobile 611 had concerns weather my battery issues are from water damage or if it really was warranty related. For some reason, that means I have to get my phone from the store in person. The second I mentioned the discrepancy the manager said, "it can't have water damange I won't take it." He just kept repeating it I felt gas lit as it didn't have water damage & that's T-mobiles problem to investigate. Another back and forth with customer service literally on the phone with the store manager & I still found myself having to go to an entirely different store..

I called a few numbers and initially waited over 30 mins and had to call back later today. I called the same 800 number only to spend another 45 mins with an AT&T customer service rep who was unable to help me create an account. I called for the third time and received a different answer from the customer service rep. Holy cow! Why is it so difficult to create a new online account so I can update my payment method? When my contract ends on February 8, 2027, I WON'T be using AT&T!! You lost a customer.

    Have had ATT for many years. I went in to the store to upgrade two of my phones 6 months ago. Found…read moreout they had Next Up so I could have upgraded 18 months sooner, but I didn't know because I didn't want them on it. Paid for it the whole time. 3 of my 5 phones. Anyway, after upgrading, my max account stopped working AND another line was added to my account without my permission. Took several attempts to chat with online support to get Max working again. Turned out they changed my plan without my permission and that has now been fixed. However, now I have call tomorrow to talk to the Cancellation team. Apparently they can add a line without my permission but cancelling that sale line requires more work on my side to be able to cancel it. That and I paid for up next on 3 of my lines for 18 months and that's just my problem. Needless to say I have zero confidence in their customer service now. Update: they're still charging me for the extra line. I talked to their fraud dept. Guess what their determination was? They claimed that they found that I am responsible for this.
