A sign said they would be back in an hour because of a lunch break, at four in the afternoon! With no details either.

Don't waste your time at this location specifically. This location's staff has quite the, "matter…read moreof fact," additude. Our first visit, we thought the customer representative was trying to help us by letting us purchase products instead of paying an activation fee when adding a new line. Until we were 5 choices in and he finally told us to just buy a specific charger so the system will allow this exchange. He charged us for the phone and the "activation" separately without explanation even when requested. The second visit, T mobile sent me a message specifically stating where my replacement phone was meant to be picked up - this store. I was told the phone wasn't avaliable to me. I had explained to the manager I understood that usually replacement phones are shipped to residences. However, this is a special circumstance; Assurant thinks my phone battery has a warranty issue - T-mobile 611 had concerns weather my battery issues are from water damage or if it really was warranty related. For some reason, that means I have to get my phone from the store in person. The second I mentioned the discrepancy the manager said, "it can't have water damange I won't take it." He just kept repeating it I felt gas lit as it didn't have water damage & that's T-mobiles problem to investigate. Another back and forth with customer service literally on the phone with the store manager & I still found myself having to go to an entirely different store..

Today, I stopped by to sell an old MacBook back for store credit and also to ask a general question about a new MacBook I just purchased recently. I appreciated the service and resolution. When my wife and I entered the Apple Store, we quickly saw an Apple associate (identified by their colored shirt). We were asked what we needed and quickly checked in and brought over to a set of display tables where we waited for an associate to wrap up with two other customer before she asked how she could help us. The associate (Michelle) quickly exchanged our old MacBook for an Apple gift card and asked us what other questions we had. Michelle referred us to the Apple Support team to answer questions about transferring music from one MacBook to another. She then introduced us to UNiDAYS and demonstrated how that would work to save us money on a MacBook, iPad, or Apple Watch. We appreciated Michelle for answering all of our questions in a short amount of time. The store is laid out well with tables with items on display with other items on the side of room. There was also a classroom at the back of the store for sessions offered throughout the day. You can learn more about the Scottsdale Quarter location at https://www.apple.com/retail/scottsdalequarter. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM except for Sunday when it is open from 10 AM to 6 PM. At this specific location, they offer many different sessions including a demonstration of Apple Vision Pro. They also have their Genius Bar (for technical support) and you can shop by drop-in, order a pickup in store, or make a reservation in advance for repair. With Apple being a huge product nowadays, having a store where you could do pretty much anything you want to do regarding Apple or its devices is a must have. I certainly recommend visiting any Apple Store, but definitely the Scottsdale Quarter location.

Let me just say... my computer was there. And it needed a transfer / transplant of all my data for years. And then I took it to UBreakiFix. Now, I expected a repair. Maybe a polite "we'll do our best." What I got instead was Incredible IT service and more like a full-scale neurological intervention--minus the operating room and the dramatic music. If a neurosurgeon restores the human brain, then UBreakiFix restored the soul of my computer. They fix it--they revived it, optimized it, and sent it home functioning better than it had in years.

What I got instead was a cold dismissal and an attempt to charge me directly--despite the fact that my phone was still under insurance. It genuinely felt like they were trying to double dip: make me pay out-of-pocket while also billing Verizon. But what really shocked me was the attitude. They stood firmly behind a multi-billion dollar corporation instead of helping a real person who just spent good money on a brand-new phone. No empathy, no effort, no customer service. Just a shrug and a bill. Thankfully, I found the 7th Street location in Phoenix, and they were everything this place wasn't--kind, helpful, and got my phone fixed through insurance in just a few hours. Bottom line: if you want to be treated like a human being, skip this location. They've clearly forgotten who keeps the lights on.
