bad service, came in and signed up to get help. got a text saying one person ahead of me, then after waiting an hour one employee comes out to say if we ar being helped yet i say no and then he proceeds to place me in the back of the line now it says 7 people ahead of me. when i came in it did not seem busy and when i asked why now there's even people ahead the employee said let me go ask. then comes out and does not say anything to me why the wait. seems like most employees were just chatting. read more

Run from this place. They will hook you and you will regret ever walking in. I worked with manager Eric Tubig. He was good to work with but he played the sales game. Just close the deal type of thing. Switched me from my decision to go with Apple One plan to a business contract. Sold me a lie and I was billed more than I was told. He claimed credits would come next month when I complained and he couldn't deliver what he said. I didn't want to wait I had a 30 day cancellation and I was sure to exercise. The headache didn't begin until I had to port all my lines back to T Mobile (Where I should have stayed) when I finally did after a few days of this with Verizon trying to hold my numbers hostage for cancelling. I was able to get things in order. But wait. Not done yet. When I got to the store to return the phones (I got on the promo he promised that was mostly a wrapped into a contract he didn't explain at all.) I say there for an hour while they figure out how to return phones. The other I never was given a receipt or email for. So it was pretty frustrating. They were lost. In the end I thought it was resolved. Eric told me there'd be no bill. I canceled within 30 days. He said I need anything to give him a call. Fast forward 30 days or so. I've received several emails for a bill. I reach out to ask what's going on. He's blown me off when I reach out to ask why I'm getting a $260 bill and why I still have an active account. Two emails, a call and text. All crickets. This isn't over yet. I'll revisit the store to make a complaint. I wanted to take the time to make sure people know the kind of business this store and this company is operating. read more

Came to my appointment on time. Waited 45 mins to get helped. One of the workers took a walk-in person because they wanted to switch carriers to Verizon (which apparently was more important than those who have booked an appt). 2-3 workers were just talking to each other and ignoring me and 4 other customers. 3 people walked out frustrated. When I was finally helped, the guy was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He also gave me an IPhone 12 screen protector ( I just bought the IPhone 13pro & I told him I'll wait for them to have the correct protector) but he kept promising me with confidence that it's the same. The pick-up process is terrible. The notification let me know that my order would be ready within 2 hours, but my order wasn't even ready within the same day. When trying to contact the store to see what was going on with my order, I was instead connected with their customer service line. This was a complete waste of time since they were unable to connect me with the store. It turned out to be a wild goose chase that ultimately just wasted my time. I went to Verizon on Grand Avenue in Chino to purchase 2 cell phones but they didn't have the 15 pro in stock. I had to wait a week and a half for them to mail them to my home. They didn't tell us that the cell phones had changed connections to charge them and didn't come with any. So I wasn't happy about not being told about the changes from existing cell phone's. Why is it a miscommunication between a salesperson and customer when it's clearly not much communication in the first place. There should have everything on the table when a new item is being purchased. read more

I went to the store Wednesday, 2-21-2023 due to having an issue with my cell phone. As soon as I entered the store was greeted by the manager, Rudy who was very pleasant and professional. I explained to him what was going on with my cell phone and he immediately knew what was the issue. He asked that I be seated and would take care of the issue immediately. Horrible store. Came in to get a phone and wanted to take advantage of trade in deal. The sales guy said it's an online offer only so he couldn't honor the deal in store. I asked him if I order it online can I pick it up and he said it will be few hours so I said that's fine what about trade in. Multiple times he said just process order and they will mail you slip... don't do this option the app allows you to bring it into verizon store to have it turned in there for trade in credit. Lot of sales people at this store but no one seemed like that cared or wanted to help. After the sales guy figured I wasn't buying he pushed me off and didn't care. All the numbers Verizon has, direct you to a calling center that have no clue or info on your order other than what you already see. Went to this store to upgrade my wife's iPhone 8 Plus to a iPhone 13. This part was simple enough, but when I questioned if I could use the same Charger and Cable the sales associate hesitated. Later during the conversation she stated that the use of the iPhone 8 Plus Charger would damage the battery and that she recommended that I purchase a third party charger to obtain a better package price. I told her no, but I would purchase an Apple Charger instead. I then asked her if I were to use a Power Bank or an car cigarette charger if this would damage the battery and she stated no. None of this seemed correct to me so we completed the purchase, went home and finalized the setup of the new telephone with no issues. The next day I went to the Apple Store in Victoria Gardens and discussed the following with an Apple Representative: 1. Will an older iPhone 8 Plus charger damage an iPhone 13 battery or telephone? Response: Absolutely not. 2. Will an older iPhone 8 Plus charger charge an iPhone 13 battery completely? Response: Absolutely. 3. Will the older iPhone 8 Plus charger take longer to charge the iPhone 13 battery? Response: Yes it will because the iPhone 13 takes a 20 volt charger and the iPhone 8 Plus charger is a 5 volt charger, but it will charge in a longer time frame. 4. The Apple Representative stated that they no longer include a charger because most people already have one and to keep the cost down. My conclusion is that the Verizon Store is attempting to use scare tactics to convince you that you must purchase one of their third party chargers because the iPhone 13 does not come with one and that if you use an older one you will damage your new battery. In my opinion this business practice is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be discussing this further with the Verizon store manager and possibly the Verizon Corporate Office. read more

Just left Verizon with my new iPhone 14 Pro! Serena was extremely helpful, easy-going, patient, honest, kind and to top it off funny. She made the process of upgrading my phone incredibly easy. What I loved most was that she was more focused on providing me with what I needed rather than just selling product to me which is rare to see in retail nowadays. I've replaced my screen protection many times at location in the past 2 to 3 years I've had my phone. Lol but the person assisting me said Verizon hasn't done a screen replacement in store over 5 years. Lol hahaha red flag! Liar! This review is for Verizon Corporate as I see nowhere to provide feedback for Verizon Corporate, just a corporate store. I have been to this store and the wait can be quite long. 30 minutes at least. However, the biggest issue I have is that ANYTIME you call Verizon for ANY help, you are on hold for over an hour! WHY? I left T-Mobile for this? I never waited for more than five minutes on the phone with T-Mobile in the 7.5 years I was with them. I just do not get the lousy service as this is why I came back, I remembered the service being excellent and the promotion was very good. Speaking of promotions, OMG, what a hassle! I turned in 4 iPhone 12 pro max and got the 13 Promax and I was issued a 1K credit for each phone. I did not like this as it was not immediate, it was waiting for something in the mail. I have been waiting and there has been nothing. I then get an email saying that all four lines are having issues, (which I told the person at this store would happen) and the rebates have not gone through. So now I have a bill from T-Mobile that was supposed to be paid off by Verizon and I'm left holding the bag as nothing has occurred. I have now been on the phone for one hour and went minutes waiting to talk to someone! Verizon's service has turned into the DMV of the consumer world, the worst service! Why did I leave? read more

Walked in this store today to try and fix an issue with my daughter's iPhone. Currently, her phone can only share her location to me but not with the other lines in my account. Rep approached me and asked how he can help. After explaining what I would like to be done. He simply informed me to have my wife's line to use the "find my" app and this should resolve my issue. He recommended to YouTube it as to how to get it activated. Or I can have my wife come back to this store and they would be happy to install it. This process will incur a $30 SERVICE CHARGE for them to do it. Now being a Verizon Wireless for 15+ years and having 5 lines, I have NEVER EVER been told by any Verizon corporate store that a service fee will be imposed for something I have an issue with my wireless service or an IT issue. Mind you, this rep didn't bother to open up my account in his iPad to try and resolve my issue. I turned around and left the store. Called your 611 and after speaking to your IT support rep - Ace. He was able to troubleshoot my situation and ultimately resolve my situation. This is a very competitive market and I just may consider switching to ATT or T-Mobile. I can for sure lower my monthly service fee which I am paying a premium. Since the customer rep at the store didn't bother to check my account, I do have 5 lines and just activated your home internet service. I wished I have gotten the service reps name. read more

The worst store. This isn't even a store as per the managers words. She said it's better to just buy it on your phone at home and have it delivered to you or pick it up there. Had to wait 2 nights in the cold for an hour each time just to go inside. They wouldn't let my wife and I both go in, I had to stay outside in the cold while she looked at phones and then I was called in only to pay. Ridiculous... Also the salesman (Asian male) I don't remember his name lied and said items were on sale when they weren't. He was very rude, pushy, and lied all for his sales. Didn't Mark anything off the receipt and we ended up paying full price. We didn't realize because they don't give you receipts. He went on our phone without us saying it's okay and started pushing things. Management is a joke. The male manager wouldn't help us. Started laughing making it a joke when it wasn't a laughing matter then felt bad about it and helped us. This review is solely based on my experience with the services given and provided by the sales representatives by the name of Candice, Sai, and Ana. My first visit to this store was around 2 months ago when my husband and I decided to finally make the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. We've heard so many good reviews about Verizon's network because we both use our phones a lot for work and T-Mobile's network was okay but we wanted more. So we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by Candice. She was very friendly and kind, knowledgeable and most definitely patient because we ran into some trouble with porting in our current numbers into Verizon's network and it legitimately took 4 hours to get everything done and processed but Candice really did her best and provided us with great customer service & even went above and beyond to hook us up with a deal on a free iphone SE for my son. The only bad part was the 4 hour wait. Today, we came in to upgrade our iPhone 8 plus for the new iPhone 12. This time, Sai helped us out and he was good with explaining to us the differences, pros/cons between the new iPhone models. He was quick to help us on upgrading our lines and we were there for about 1 hour or so. The only complaint I have was that he forgot to activate my line & so I had to come back to the store and get that taken care of. He also helped with putting on a screen protector which I was not satisfied with because of the scratches and air bubbles left on it so I came back to get a refund. Fortunately, Ana was able to activate my line right away and offered a better case & screen protector for an extra $20 and another gentleman helped put on the sp very nicely. So would I come back? Most likely. I just hope they will continue to improve in providing the full customers satisfaction experience from the moment we walk into the store until we walk out. read more

I made the mistake of signing up and believe a rep at the store, and after over a dozen calls with Verizon customer service over the last 5 months, every call last 1-4 hours, my promised offers were never delivered. I got reversal of credits that were inaccurately described and applied. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Home service is terrible, so if you're thinking of making the switch because of the "great deal," DON'T. They don't explain everything well and at the end of the day they are in it for the sales not your best interest. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. This store has a full staff all just lounging around and when I came in for help they were quick to dismiss me. Didn't even bother looking up my phone number to see what my options were, nothing. The person that assisted me needed to ask someone else my question only to mostly make up and assume what I wanted. There's an employee here and we can't be any happier with his treatment and knowledge of the products and always always answering our texts and making himself available for our needs. We have 6 lines now with Verizon and Malay has been instrumental on getting all lined up and running over the last 10 years, and we just added another one today. I understand social distancing during the pandemic, but I waited 30min in the cold while only 2 customers were inside with 2 employees talking thru a plexi glass (I was happy to see this) and 3 employees and a security guard were outside basically telling everyone to book an appointment and the soonest available appointment was Monday lol and any questions I had they said to look and purchase it thru the my verizon app. I felt like I was dealing with the customer service line in real life. I visited this Verizon store earlier this week and had a great experience. I was helped by Veronica, Kheli, and Gary who were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They were able to put me on a better plan for my needs and did so in a timely fashion. Good customer service can really be hard to come by these days, especially with larger corporations, but these three representatives did a fantastic job helping me out and I will return to this store again the next time I want to make a purchase. My wife and I have been long time customers of this location because of their Sales associate Candice who has always went above and beyond for us and everyone she helps. Just putting that on the table. Last Friday I placed an order for a new device over the phone the LG V60 Thinq and I placed it for pick up at that location huge mistake. We arrived at the location 10 minutes after they closed or claim to have closed. And I was in contact with them and their so called sad excuse of a manager named "Anna" refused to walk out my order to me "sorry we are closed" Mind you I'm parked out front and I can see them all still walking around "working" or pretending to work, but Anna refused to bring out my order even though I'm a long time customer who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them she did not care! Very sorry way to treat a long time GOOD customer! So I left the location empty handed thanks to Anna and her lack of customer service skills and I cancelled the order. I went to a AT&T store and the only thing that kept me from signing up with them is AT&T did not carry the device I wanted. I went home placed the order again as I canceled the original and I picked it up at a happier store the following day. ANNA, you should take some lessons from Candice she knows how to treat a customer. Clearly you do NOT! With you as one of the managers ANNA, no wonder your store only has 2 and a half stars on here.
