Worst customer service. Verizon charges double than sprint

I FING HATE THIS PLACE!!! THESE MOTHERFERS NEVER CANCELED MY SERVICE even though I returned my device!!! And now I am in collections with Verizon for 2 months of service that I haven't paid for even though I don't have the device to access the service! Apparently Cristina who signed me up for my account inputed the wrong address and I never got the bills! The people who work here are ghetto, lazy, incompetent, arrogent, money grubbing, shady, lying, sales people! WOW WTF I am so pissed b/c of their STUPID mistake my credit is going to be impacted negatively!!! And I HAD practically PERFECT CREDIT! AVOID THESE A-HOLES!!!! Do not trust them!!!! read more

This is a long story but I think worth recording because it says a lot about verizon and this particular store: I had a number of odd charges and extra minutes on my bill. I was certain I was being screwed, but after hours on the phone I got no love from reps. One rep on the phone suggested I go down to a verizon store and have them verify the discrepancies between the minutes on my bill and the call log on my phone. I girded up my loins and drove down at 4pm on a Wednesday... Went in expecting the worst. You walk in, 'sign in' at a kiosk, and wait for to be called. I waited only 5 or 10 mins. The store is large and clean. Got a very steely rep named Esther, I think. She listened to my tale of woe, and spent serious time going through my phone, checking the call log against verizons b.s. overcharge log. She noted a few discrepancies, and logged them into the system. Esther then went above and beyond by: 1) logging in that there were a ton of calls on the bill that weren't in my phone at all, even though she insisted this shouldn't matter because the phone doesn't record all calls. 2) Receiving with composure a bit of my peeved misunderstandings of the finer points of Verizon's scheme to bankrupt me, and 3) Ordering me a replacement phone under warranty without first making me go through the usual step of getting my phone's firmware reprogrammed. The whole thing took maybe 35 minutes. Esther was very patient and professional the whole way through. I couldn't believe it, but when I left the store, I called Verizon, and they saw her notes on my account. They then credited me back the 2 months of overcharged bills! I'm so happy I could do the macerena. And, I no longer fear that Verizon has snipers on rooftops trying to kill me. A definite plus. read more

Service staff polite but not helpfull at all. This is on an important business line. Verizon technical problem they said was resolved but wasn't when tried to use. Returned again to fix and they said it will take days for tech support to fix and nothing they can do to help. So you have to out your business on hold for a few days until they can sort it out. 1 week later and it's still not working and they cannot seem to help. Go to AT&T if you want decent service and support. Verizon policy is pathetic. read more

So this location is ALWAYS crowded but your usually checked in at the front when greeted and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes after I have been checked in. An associate usually finds me and helps me out with whatever I'm in for. Once you are seen, it's a fairly quick and painless procedure unlike many trips to your phone carrier's store. Once I am seen, it's about another 10 minutes to resolve whatever I came in for maybe longer depending on the issue. The store is well organized. I am usually greeted by multiple sales associates, even if they are not helping me directly they still stop and greet you and basically acknowledge your existence and let you know someone will help you. Very courteous, so based on the appearance of the store, the customer service and the free parking lot around the corner, this location has 5 stars for me. =) read more

I paid for a phone more than a half an hour after my card has been charged they still haven't activated the phone. They have 3 people working on it and still can't get me out the door with a flip phone and a basic activation. They haven't come over once to update me as to why it's taking so long and when I went over to ask they looked miffed. The lady at the other counter has been charming and has been taking with me passing the time at least - so this one star does not apply to Chloe cause she is very nice. Update: guy who charged my card just came over to tell me how this is very rare and they'll get me out of here soon. How soon I asked - "not sure. Maybe ten more minutes?" I had to make an appointment to see anyone at any Verizon store. I made one for the store I when I got there they didn't have it. I had gotten an email from Verizon saying they would pay off my phone if I upgraded. When I got in the store, the guy first told me that I simply had to pay off the phone. I had to pull out the email to show him but that wasn't true. I don't know what's wrong with these people but I will not deal with them. read more

I wish I had gotten to D'Angelo or any sales associate. I waited for an hour and was told I would have to continue to wait to see a sales associate and all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone and sign another 2-year contract. Also, I spoke to a Verizon rep on the phone after not being able to wait any longer at the Emeryville store, only to be told that the company mailed me a bogus promotion that he couldn't find or honor. If it's possible to give 6 stars I would :-) I recently had an encounter with the Verizon store on Lakeshore that was not very pleasant (please read that review for details of the issue). I called this store asking to speak with the manager and I was directed to Trent Stringfellow. He thoroughly listed to the entire situation and addressed the issue right over the phone. He was very kind and truly went out of his way to keep me pleased through the entire conversation. This type of customer service is very rare hence me sending a shout out to him. I am huge on establishing relationships with businesses to have individuals you can trust be your point of contact. At this point, I truly feel Trent is now that person for me at Verizon and any issues, questions, upgrades, I will go directly to him. It was a simple tedious task that this store had nothing to gain from but I walked out with a 15% discount on my bill and 25% off of my accessories because my employer gets a discount. My phone purchase at Verizon was extremely disappointing. The staff was misinformed of the features with the phone I bought. The manager was unclear how he was willing to resolve the situation. It took three trips and four hours of my time to get a phone. That's ridiculous. I bought a phone that I was told had wireless charging. That first visit took over two hours. The salesman was incorrect. The following day I went back to the store. After waiting an hour the manager said he would bump me up at no cost to the next model but it wasn't in stock. I returned the next day and he said for $89 plus tax I could get the other phone, but he would wave the restocking fee. I ended up just returning the wireless charger and keeping a phone that doesn't have one of the main features I bought it for. That's extremely disappointing that they where not willing to make this right. I would strongly recommend looking at other carriers or at least stay away from the Emeryville Verizon store. Whereas big daddy Verizon itself always seems to be looking for opportunities to take my money and leave me in the dark about the functionality of its devices and the details of its services, two employees at this store did everything they could to help me out when my phone died recently. Nalisha and Aaron were consummate professionals and incredibly helpful when it came to replacing my dead Motorola Droid. My parents were contemplating upgrading their iPhone 4 (unlimited plan) to the iPhone 6 Plus with limited data. James was awesome! He was patient and well informed about all the different options and plans. Since my parents were paying individual data plans on all the phones in the Verizon account he reviewed the data and suggested a shared data plan. My parents after much deliberation and questions decided to make the switch. Not only did he throughly explain the costs but found a way to get them two bluetooth speakers, two iphone 16GB/64GB with shared family data 15GB for the same price they would normally pay on the monthly bill. I am waiting for the bill to see if it matches the bill amount he estimated but I am confident it will. (I will update my review if not.) I went into this store last week to get a new headset and to see if I qualified for a new phone and the salesman was such an idiot. I was interested in one of the headset and all they had on the floor was the pink motorola ones, and I asked him several times if they had any others in the back he said he would check but he never did - just kept playing with his phone. Then I walked around looking at other phones and products and he was following me. He asked me if I wanted a phone - I told him no I was waiting for him to check to see if the headset in another color. "Oh you want me to check?" is all he said - I said yeah that is what you said you would do. He is like okay let me go check... I asked can you stop playing with your phone long enough too? - What was that? he asked - I said never mind I am taking my business elsewhere since you care more about your phone than a customer. read more

Came in looking to get a new phone and service for my girlfriend. Upon entering the door, we see one person being helped while several other people are sitting anxiously. I ask an employee if I can check in, he tells me someone will check me in by the door. He hurries to the back while the other employees are ignoring and avoiding eye contact with everyone else including myself. Then someone who looks like they've been sitting for a while asks the security guard if someone is going to check them in. At this point we'd been standing in the store awkwardly for over fifteen minutes. We left and went to T-Mobile where they helped us immediately. Kristina and her ENTIRE Emeryville team are light years beyond amazing. She helped my wife and I come back to Verizon after being foolishly at sprint for an awful few months. We had an appointment and got there a bit early, no prob, Kristina saw us early. She seamlessly got our phones ported over and took care of what is usually contract nightmare time. Super easy going and helpful. Then, with our data transfers....rock. Star. She got her computer out so that we could transfer info AND downloaded a paid app to help expedite. Seriously, if you want first class, VIP, STAR treatment, go to this Verizon and ask for Kristina and her Team. Brandon, you are too sweet, don't think I forgot about you! Very helpful location. Wasn't busy when I came in and didn't have to wait at all! I needed an upgrade but had to fix a few things on my phone before I could do so and they were very patient with my lack of tech knowledge. Verizon - Verizon hot spot with wifi that you can take anywhere!!! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Emeryville, California

tldr; if you go to this location go straight to the Solutions Manager Rick Tiongson if you're looking to be met with a baseline of empathy and respect. I visited this location for a trade-in/upgrade on 10/26 and had my trade-in credit applied in a manner that differed from what I'd been told to expect by a Verizon agent online. After a brief vacation and some odd days later, I returned to this location on 11/15 to sit down and sort out the information I'd been given by THREE different Verizon agents online. I made sure to print out the transcripts of these exchanges so that I'd have documentation of the promotions they told me I was eligible for. Sean Goyer was the associate who I initially interacted with on 11/15 and after a relatively short exchange with him (altogether, less than 10 minutes) it was evident that he had zero interest in providing even a basic level of customer service. In short, he told me that all THREE of the Verizon agents online had misinterpreted the promotion they assured me I was eligible for and that there wasn't anything he could do to help me. When I asked what his solution would be regarding the inconsistent information I was given, he simply said, "I don't have a solution for you." Instead, he iterated several times that he could go pull up the promotion and explain why I was ineligible. I assured him repeatedly that I understood the promotion and was disinterested in having him continue to talk down at me about a misunderstanding that occurred at an employee-level. When I suggested he offer to follow up with a manager or a regional office to make them aware of this issue instead of flippantly saying he didn't have a solution for me, he said "So you would prefer I just lie to you? I'm trying to be honest with you." At a customer service level, there were so many missed opportunities for him to offer follow up or empathy to the customer. I had documentation that Verizon had made an error with the information relayed to me--I didn't just walk in the store and request that $X be credited to my account with no frame of reference. In similar situations, I've at least been offered some degree of accommodation to make up for communication gaps that occurred on the company end. Thankfully, Rick Tiongson jumped in to deescalate the situation and close out my visit. Though he didn't give me different or new information, his tone and degree of customer service were markedly better than Sean's. Even when I requested to take a business card from both team members before leaving, Sean mumbled "I just transferred here, I don't have one." Again, an opportunity to meet the customer with a solution instead of a problem--don't have a business card? Write down your name on a store card! Problem solved! No worries cause I just had Rick write down Sean's info on the back of his business card anyway. Get Sean some additional customer service training--it'll make this location a better place for people on both ends. read more

this place is a total joke. I came and the black man who registered me had me wait. THEN, people came in after me who he immediately had other people help. I sat there for 20 minutes while he chit chatted and flirted with some girl. I then asked when I would be helped. He said 2 minutes, then after 5 more minutes of flirting with the girl i walked out. Highly unacceptable service!!! I'm late writing this review but a month ago I came into this store to switch from sprint due to the crappy service I get living in Oakland hills. While looking at the phones I overheard two employees discussing their last transaction when one began to ask the other if they believe that the person was committing fraud one goes ahead to say "yeah that definitely was fraud he doesnt even look like he can afford that" I immediately became heartbroken because I knew they assumed that because of his race. I've gone to other Verizon stores, but will always go out of my way to go to this one. Their staff is certainly among the best --- very warm greeting, very helpful, very conversational. This time around, Melvin Woods helped us as we traded in an iphone4 for a 5. He managed to find discounts that were available that I didn't know about. Generally, I donate the old phones, but Melvin told me that the iphone4 had a trade in value. Happy to know! Although we had to wait a while to get the data transferred from one to the other, we were fully engaged in conversation with Melvin who couldn't be any nicer and helpful. 5 stars for Melvin! I'd give this store 5 stars...but I found it strange that there weren't any benches or chairs -- a la Apple Store --- for people to sit on while they're waiting. Standing for a long time could be very taxing. Melvin to the rescue when he found a chair for me. There was a logical explanation why there weren't any benches....but for pure customer service, they should provide them! read more

Please do not go to this store! The store manager Alexander Esquivel is a con artist. 1- He told us we will transfer all your data to the new phone for free - HE LIE!!!, we got charge $20/phone even though he didn't even transfer any data for my partner! 2- He told us that you will get free accessories with your phone, you just pay now and Verizon will reimburse you: HE LIE!, we ended up paying $254 for some stupid screen protections and car chargers, and we didn't get reimbursed by Verizon 3- In addition to all that, he added $11/month insurance for both of our phones, which in the two months time ended up being $40, and we didn't ask for it at all! 4- He forgot to put my charger in the box so I had to go back to the store 5-My phone kept restarting and getting messages about security risk, he said bring the phone and he'll fix it, so I had to go back again, and I found out later that he just downloaded an app to just shut down security risk notification and I has to pay $1.50. 6- We were in the store for almost 2 hours, because he was helping another lady at the same time. I really hope Alexander Esquivel gets fired ASAP! I will do everything in my power to get this con artist fired. read more

D'Angelo and Trent were great! Very patient with me and spoon feb me on how to use my new and first iPhone. I am a dinosaur! When I began my rant about not wanting to spend tons of money of accessories, they both were so graceful about - no pressure or embarrassing me to buy what I couldn't, and kept giving me discounts on what I did want. As important, D'Angelo and Trent could tell this was a big deal to me and they showed it by letting me ask any silly question (there were lots) and patiently answering them with warmth and friendliness. I went to the store so I could specifically talk to a person about switching to the new verizon plan (12GB plus 2GB/line/month promotion). I went so I could avoid any confusion and lose any bonus data by making a mistake. SOOOO disappointed with the obviously wrong information I got. I wanted to avoid waiting for the phone because he told me it would take a long time if I purchased it through Verizon and asked if I purchased it somewhere else and then switch if that would affect anything with the promotional data and the rep told me "no, you won't have any problems" so I went ahead and bought the phone somewhere else. WRONG!!! I called Verizon when I saw that I wasn't getting the bonus data after I switched plans and phones, and they told me the rep was wrong and this is how it works: 1) switch to an 8GB or larger plan AND 2) upgrade your phone through the VERIZON device payment plan then you will get the bonus 2GB. He made me understand that as long as I was upgrading to a new phone (no matter where I got it), or adding new lines then things would be okay. What he failed to make sure I would understand was that I had to go through 1) verizon and 2) it must be on a device payment plan with verizon when upgrading or adding a new line. Adding a line with an owned phone voids the promotional data. Bringing your own new phone to a current line also voids the promotional data. Now I have to reverse everything I did, return the phone to the other retailer and then order the phone through verizon. How hard was it to explain I must have a Verizon device payment plan to obtain the bonus data. The rep I talked to was Theo so I would go to someone else or just call Verizon. read more

I signed up for yelp just to write this review I went in to this store yesterday with my wife to look at Palm phones we had seen on the internet, which would have been free with my 'New Every 2' deal... Right away we get hooked by this creeper looking fat guy with red rimmed eyes, whom can't keep his eyes of my WIFE'S chest... This 'gentleman' was not knowledgable about the website. My wife had asked about possibly the iPhone coming to Verizon, which she had heard. He simply sneered and exclaimed "We've been hearing that forever". Nice. We are customers, not 3 year olds... Next, the store did not have a large selection at all, mostly the higher end Droids, the crappy throw-away phones, and Blackberrys up to their ears. He had mentioned something about an insurance plan or extended warrenty.I mentioned my dissatisfaction with all of my previous 5 verizon phones which would break right before 2 years (funny, huh?) and how everytime i would bring them into the store it was either "50 dollars please" or "That's 3rd party, we don't handle that", to which he brushed off and said "Well, third parties, we don't deal with them...." and hid back in his tablet computer.... great dude. Went to have contacts transferred from my old phone to a new Samsung S6. Garfield, an employee, tells me the contacts will transfer automatically. I tell him they do not since I did not link my phone with my email account and I did not have my contacts stored in the Verizon Cloud. He insisted that I could not have done so and that the phone would do so automatically. So I proceeded to do as he directed and exactly 4/278 contacts synced to my new phone. When I showed him how wrong he was, he couldn't have been more disinterested. He tried to upload all my contacts to the Verizon cloud so in order to redownload them before walking off to put batteries in a wireless speaker and then ignore me. After about 15 minutes, another clerk came to check out the progress. Since there was none, she got another tech to connect the phones and transfer the contacts in the back of the store, which is what I had originally asked for. The process took about 10 minutes, which is pretty standard, but when I got the phone back, my list of contacts had more than tripled to over 900 contacts. Every single one of my contacts had a redundant entry and some had more than 3. Such an amateur job. And Garfield I have to say was a real jerk. Either he believed I was lying to him or he thought I was an idiot but I have to say I was ticked he called me out on his mistaken belief that the contacts would sync automatically. And when I showed him just how wrong he was he basically ran off and ignored me even though the store is tiny and I could see him doing nothing for 10 minutes. What a wonderful, painless experience! My old Moto was acting up, and I decided to switch back over to the iPhone, specifically the 8, and was worried about data transfer since I was changing platforms. JaVon Brewer, who was the solutions specialist who helped me, made the entire process quick and seamless, and also accepted my phone as a trade-in. I only needed to pay taxes, and added insurance onto my plan as anything glass needs extra protection. I was in and out within 20 minutes. read more

Sam is a lying sack of _______! I went in the get a Galaxy S6 and he lied to me - saying Verizon has a program that provides free accessories and will refund my bill each month. I ended up spending over $250 on accessories that I don't use. I called Verizon and the customer service rep said that was a lie - I ended up paying extra money for crappy accessories I could have gotten on ebay for only a few dollars! Do no trust this store! You can call Verizon's 800 number and order phones with no shady sales people and get the phone sent to you by FedEx. read more

If I could give negative stars for this place I would. Never ever go here. My boyfriend and I came in here because we were both due for an upgrade plus his phone completely died that day and he needed a new one immediately for work. When we walked in they weren't even busy but the girl at the counter told us she would put our name on the wait list and we could walk around and look at everything in the meantime. We waited 45 minutes and during that time lots of other customers were coming in and getting assisted. There were plenty of employees doing absolutely nothing except standing in the corners playing on their phones. We couldn't understand why we were the only ones on the wait list who weren't being helped. We felt very discriminated against. Finally the girl said she was pulling someone off their lunch break to come help us. This girl comes out who had this pissed off look on her face and acted like we were bothering her. We explained our situation to her and she didn't even look anything up in the computer, just said that it would be $40 per each of us to upgrade, plus the sales tax on the phones at original cost ($55) plus the cost of the phones, and these were just iphone 5's we were trying to upgrade to. She quoted us $480. I was outraged. I asked if there were any incentives or promotions and she said no. My boyfriend said to just go ahead and do it and I said "Hell no, they are raping us on upgrading our phones. I've been a customer too long to have to put up with this crap!" The girl looked shocked that I said that and she started to back up against the wall. I guess I was a little intimidating but I'd been there for 45 minutes, got major attitude from her and then was being ripped off!!! I don't think so! So she said 'Well, you can try Best Buy or Target, they don't have upgrade fees there." So we walked out. We went across the street to Target where they were having an awesome sale and the guy helping us was AWESOME. We got two brand new iPhone 6's for one penny each. All we had to pay for was the sales tax on the phones which was about $61 per phone. PLUS when you sign up for the Verizon Edge program through them they give you a $50 Target gift card, so we got $100 in gift cards. There was no waiting, we got even better phones than we would have at the Verizon store, Target gift cards and the sales guy helped us set up our new phones and transfer everything no problem. He took the time to listen to us, show us the different phones and plans, what type of insurance is out there, everything. I had absolutely no questions when we left and his customer service was outstanding. Save yourself $500 and go to Target for an upgrade/new phone. This Verizon store is ripping people off and they have absolutely zero class when it comes to customer service and employees. They all look like high school teenagers or adults who live in their parents' basements here. I was absolutely disgusted by the lack of integrity these people had. Shame shame shame!!!! Not worthy of even carrying the Verizon brand name. This place should be shut down. read more

The sales woman and the manager at this store seemed determined to be of no help. I bought a phone brand new and without upgrades from the lakeshore store about two years ago, Galaxy 4. It had a wierd glitch that a tech guy slipped and told me was connected to a google play services update. Evwn though tech knew this Verizon kept sending me the phone with the same glitch. Three times I got this thing with the same problem. Finally they just stopped taking the phone back. The call room sent me to the store and the store sent me to the phone room. Over and over back and forth. While this Warantee run around is going on there is a separate situation related to my gender identity taking place. PEople in the phone room refuse to stop using my former name and refuse to stop calling me sir. After speaking with someone in the executive response team she added the preferred name to my account along with my old name. So I go to Verizon Emeryville and they cant help me because my ID doesnt match the preferred name although the old name is still on my account. Do you know they REFUSED to help me although they were clearly looking at "(Nasheeda) OLD first name OLD last name." Written just like that! The change was done by VERIZON. l refused to leave until they reviewed the account back to when change was made. The Manager's stupid decision was that she would look and if it appeared that I did not request the change she would change it back and help me. Old name just as clear as day on the account solely until about a month ago and listed alongside the preferred name now! Just stupid. So then they said they couldn't process a warantee because I owed a back payment! But the phone was fully paid for in CASH!!!! Why should money owed on the service affect the exchange of a fully paid off phone? Even if I owed all the money in the world I'm entitled to a functional product for the money I'd already paid! The outstanding balance was a fraction of what I paid for a phone that I was not able to use on the plan that owed less than a hundred dollars on! I left Verizon because of the ridiculous service. When I spoke to tech support that day they said they would exchange the phone but after six monthhs of a phone that could not make use of the 15 gigs of data I'd paid for I wanted a refund if the store wanted to deadlock my account for a few outstanding dollars. Verizon, as a company, is one of the worst of the worst. There is never a time I am glad to go to the Verizon store, or talk to one of their representatives, or interact in any way with them. Any time I go, there is never enough employees and they nearly always just connect you over a phone to someone to actually do something. Clearly, Verizon is just trying to find ways to automate service and cut employee hours.This store is just an example of how terrible the company is. Keep in mind, my ire is directed at Verizon as a company, not the employees themselves because they have little power to make change at the store and do their best in a terrible situation. I went today to activate my boyfriends old Iphone for my line because my crappy android finally gave out and he was eligible for an upgrade. We had the phone in hand and after a 45 minute wait to be seen the person who was giving everyone appointments dialed the number we needed to talk to to switch lines. She activated the phone in like 5 minutes. Why we had to wait 45 minutes for this is beyond me. We were never assigned someone to exclusively help us and she just did this in between scheduling people and juggling other customers. We talked to someone over the phone to add me to my boyfriends plan and after a ten minute conversation with her, we had what we needed. Now all I had to do was set up my Iphone and transfer my data. I erase the phone and move to set it up, but wait! This store has NO WIFI available to customers (or employees, they have to use their own phones for internet) and I can't set up my phone. So not only did I wait an hour, did not receive any individual customer service, and had to keep hunting down the appointment person for questions, but I have to return home to set-up my phone (or use a ton of my own data) then return to the Verizon store to get my numbers transferred! This is the everyday crap customers have to deal and Verizon could care less. I'd love to give this feedback directly, but there's no option that I could easily find to e-mail Verizon corporate and I don't want to be stuck on their customer service phone line forever. Walked in Verizon today to get the hell away from sprint and it wasn't packed. Thank God! A rep by the name of Janelle helped me. She was Awesome! I knew I wanted an iPhone but she definitely helped me buy the one best for my needs. She was very knowledgeable and I literally bought the store up after hanging with her for a bit lol. But everything I got was needed (phone case, screen protector, portable charger and HUM) Hum is incredible. Never knew about it! It's basically a $30 vehicle diagnostic app with Bluetooth. I have a 2001 cougar I'm keeping forever and it told me that I need a new alternator and how much it should cost to get fixed. It also can get you a discount with your insurance carrier and offers discounts for food joints etc. Anyways I just wanted to let everyone know to ASK FOR JANELLE when you come thru. If you are planning to switch to Verizon I highly recommend Nesha at the Hollis St. Store. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I switched from years with Sprint and upgraded phones too. She didn't try to up sell me and made the experience a good one! read more

Had called weeks ahead to make an appointment to get the Blackberry Storm. I prefer an iPhone, but not AT&T's poor coverage. My rep even called 2 days before my appt to confirm the day and time. I get up an hour early on a Friday just to go ver and be there for my 8:00 AM appointment and when my guy greets me, he said he couldn;t hold my phone and that he already gave it away. The whole F'ing purpose of making the appointment (his words) was to reserve the phone. This store is pathetic and Verizon's customer service is a joke. Usually service just gets poor after the sale, but I guess I found out this was the case BEFORE the sale so now they won't get a sale :) Good luck! read more

This place, like all Verizon stores, is a nightmare. I went in to exchange a defective phone and it took two hours, partly because they have a hundred people trained to do sales and no one working st the service desk. So, you get in line for service while bored sales people mill about the sales floor and send texts on their hiptops. Ridiculous. read more

As far as cellular service goes, I will definitely come back... in an industry that's about as annoying as possible, these people really sprang to life to help me with a device problem that wasn't going to bring much profit. When the system wouldn't allow them to solve my problem, they kept working at it after I left and then called me back a couple hours later to let me know I could come in. Courteous, smart, friendly... This is a good place to shop wireless. read more
