I was told that they didn't know how to do a simple upgrade for some reason & then after them being on the phone with AT&T customer service (in the office which was shady) they told me that AT&T will call me & for me to LIE & say I didn't have to get a new number. Like why am I lying on behalf of your mistakes? It led me to having to call customer service who told me that they were able to upgrade it all along but the store just finessed me into getting a new line. But while I told her I wanted to cancel the line that was associated with my 12 pro that I no longer used, she was trying to convince me to keep the line & get an ipad? Focusing on themselves & not on the customers needs. I understand people have to make money but why would the average person need 3 different phone numbers? A complete joke & terrible experience.

I went to different store the same day, they said my account was already active, but they were not able to provide me with a phone, because Dairius did not delete the installments. On requesting to delete the device info, he said that he did do it, and that said that my line was not active, so my request was unreasonable. Also, Dairius was taking a personal call, while asking me the account details. All my personal and financial information was maybe sold to someone. They are very unprofessional.
