This review is for the solid transparency and professionalism of the staff. I have a cracked screen on my 2023 Samsung Galaxy. I kept the phone because it wasn't worth turning in when I got a new one, and I figured I could always have it as a back-up. Unfortunately to repair would have been over $300 which is just not worth it for me at the moment. The tech I spoke to took his time to inform me of my options. Apparently the price is because they are Samsung- quality certified which does give peace-of-mind. I came on a week-day and they told me they wouldn not be able to provide same day service because they were so busy, but to come back when they had more staff on the weekend. I appreciated the transparency!! Other things to note: There is plenty of parking and it is free for a short amount of time. They do sell a small selection of phone accessories like screen protectors and cases.

Two weeks ago while using my iPhone I saw a white line form across the center of my screen and the bottom half of the screen was flashing white while the top of the screen turned dark black. I attempted to contact the iFixandRepair store where I had the work done only to find the store closed. I searched in my area for iFixandRepair stores and found one in Allentown, Pa, near where I was doing work for my company. When I brought my iPhone in to have the screen replaced, the man at the counter took the case off my phone, threw it on the counter and did the same with my iPhone, and told me he would not honor the iFixandRepair warranty. His excuse was that he was a franchise and had no obligation to work on my phone. So I was a bit frustrated and contacted other iFixandRepair stores who pretty much told me the same thing, So if you need to have your phone repaired, I would suggest you go somewhere other than an iFixandRepair store!

So, this morning I reluctantly headed over to Yelp to find a place near me where I could take my phone and begrudgingly shell out a cool hundred or more for a new screen. I requested quotes from 9 repair shops within a few minutes, and Robert with TeknoloG Central BY FAR took the cake. Robert was exceedingly polite, got back to me very quickly, and had the best price. The next closest quote was $25 higher than his cost. Moreover, Robert came to MY house on MY schedule and got the job done in about an hour despite the torrential rainpour that started the minute he left to take care of the job.
