This is the only store which my husband and I visited for many many years. Do not do business here! I spoke with Kate in November about trading in my Pixel 3XL to upgrade to the Pixel 6 Pro . She indicated that I would receive a $600 trade-in, but that since the phone was back ordered, I would have to wait until January 21 to receive the phone. That was no problem for me. Fast forward to today, I give Kate a call and she indicated that she tried calling me several times a week or so ago, and since she was not able to get a hold of me her manager advised her to sell the phone, but that she could rush order the phone and have it in by the following week, which was not a problem for me. She then asks what was the trade-in deal we had previously spoken about, and I mentioned that I thought the agreement was $600 to which she claim she thought it was $300. Luckily my sister was with me in the store. So after I got off my call with Kate, I call my sister to make sure I wasn't going crazy. I call Kate back to which she then switches up her story and claims that the $600 trade-in was for the holiday and was tied to the phone that they sold since they weren't able to reach me. First of all, I did not receive several calls or voicemails from Kate. But let's say for the sake of this situation that this was the case. Obviously me calling you a day after my phone was supposed to be delivered should indicate to you that I didn't receive your calls so there was some type of error. Second, there was never a mention that the trade-in was tied to the phone ordered and that if I don't pick up the phone, I lose the deal. This was never indicated by Kate and this was not in her initial explanation when I called the first time to ask about the phone. She painted it as if I remembered incorrectly and that the offer was for $300 not one mention of a holiday special. I'm stunned by the lack of customer service. Kate did not try to rectify the situation at all to see what could be done after I told her I would not be moving forward. I have been waiting nearly 2 months for this phone with the expectation for the $600 trade-in as discussed. I'm mad at myself for not getting this in writing, which is a learned lesson for me. Given my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this Verizon retailer something feels off about this whole interaction. I wasted my time and will take my coins else where. read more

"We are closed and I don't have to help you" "Come back tomorrow" after asking for the managers number and asked why I was being treated this way he said "No I don't want to help you!" The store is horrible. The employees misinform you Cynthia does not know how to be in the business of customer service. All she does is take your money sell you a new electronic and does not take out the time to answer your questions about it. They could not care less. About you as a customer even if you're a long existing customer of Verizon do not go there. You will get horrible treatment. Do not go to this location. There are plenty other other Verizon to go to no wonder there's always constant turnover. They will lie to you. They will take your money and send you on your way. They even put a defective protective glass on my iPhone and said that I must've dropped it to have the smallest little crack in it. I literally had it for 24 hours. I went in recently to purchase a new phone for my husband and I and was so please with the service here. I had went to a different Verizon store right before and had a terrible experience with the person that helped me out. When I came in to this store Joe turned my day around. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me the best deal for a trade in. He helped me set up my phone and even made sure I was aware of exactly what I was paying for. I had an issue with an app that was my issue for disabling and so thankful for learning the error of my ways without judgement. In addition, I also had an issue with reception dropping at home. There are two solutions one with cost and one without. I so appreciated starting with the network reset at no cost. This evening I went into this facility to trade-in my perfect condition phone for the current newest iPhone. After spending over an hour in the store waiting, it was finally my turn; I explained to the employee (Kalonni) that I was using my phone as a trade-in credit for $800 off (a Verizon promo). I wiped my phone, Kalonni stated I needed to upgrade my plan (to get the promo), and I confirmed my new bills price. We proceeded with the transaction, I paid the tax, and Kalonni attempted to charge me for more fees (like a "set-up-and-go fee??) on top of Verizon's normal device upgrade fee. It was only when I was home and reviewing my account that my trade-in credit was NEVER applied, my old phone is still listed under my account, and my bill is doubled what I was told it would be. I feel like I was SCAMMED as they were attempting to upsell and not even apply the most basic transaction requests. Now everything is closed, so I will be calling corporate tomorrow to hopefully fix this absolute mess. I DO NOT recommend even trying to give this "boutique dealer" a chance- stick to flagship stores!! Update- I had spent 2 plus hours on the phone with Verizon support. Not only was my phone not activated properly- he swapped my old 4G SIM card for a 5G phone- thus rendering the new features of my phone in-operational. Additionally- I was told by corporate that my trade in did go through though I was not informed in person nor did it reflect on my receipt. Thankfully, I ended up getting the credit. I do want to apologize for that one. It should be listed on the receipt. My phone is now activated properly and is working as it should thanks to Verizon corporate. read more

I started my upgrade and new line at the Mission Hills mall Verizon store and I gotta say, don't go there if certain individuals are working. Nice staff but really just not knowledgeable. Wasted 2 trips and countless hours. Luckily Ashley was temporarily assigned to that store on my 3rd visit and was amazing. Was turned away because no iPhone 13 Pros in stock. I would have been happy to wait for a shipment but was not given the option.

I would give negative if I could. 2 times out of my 3 visits here, I received terrible attitudes. Today around 11:30am, I came in to get a help on my router device. Without even checking on it, the service person told me that I used up my 6 GB data allowance. I explained that it had only been 2days since activated and I had never been able to get on the WiFi, but he didn't admit there was a trouble until I called my husband to have him come into the store. He questioned me why I had to have my husband with me so I told because he was not giving me a service. Finally he checked on my account on his screen and found that my data was not used at all and the device had a problem. ----------- I used to go to Verizon on Michelson in Irvine. They are usually busy but take a waiting list and always friendly. I was very shocked and frustrated with how this Verizon Authorized Shop Victra serves in contrary. When they are busy, they ignore you. And even when they are with you, they don't seem to willing working with you. Hands down the worst experience I've had, and I thought that Verizon could do no wrong. Consequences due to brand loyalty and high expectations I suppose. I stumbled into this location on Black Friday, only to inquire about their deals, of course, but didn't expect to make a purchase. Well, immediately after walking into the store, the air (room) felt odd. However, I didn't dwell on the atmosphere as the mission was to collect intel on an iPhone and go about my day. A young lady approached me and either she weren't to familiar with the phones I was interested in or she didn't want to help me, uncertain. Well, to shorten this review, I would like to jump to my experience with the store manager (big loop earrings) who appeared to be extremely moody, arrogant, short tempered, and with a chip on this shoulder for unknown reason(s). The interaction was extremely uncomfortable that I wanted to just walk out the door but I wanted the phone. Every time the store manager would offer or try to up-sale me on an accessory or anything I'd decline, one would think I slaughtered a small town of children based on his facial expressions or lack of. Very creepy and uncomfortable. After being in this weird and uncomfortable environment for longer than I want to admit, I am told that their POS system is down and or extremely sluggish. So, I spent a lifetime in this store, applying for a phone, not walking away with a phone of my choice. He (store manager) was placing an order for the phone before asking me, moments later I was informed that an order was placed for me. I left the weird, addams family store. Overall a horrible experience so much, I ended up visiting another location, which happens to be a stand-alone store (none authorized dealer). NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE!!!! I called to cancel the order as I knew I wanted a product I could walk away with. When I called I spoken to a young lady who said she would take care of it. But I ended up at another location and they started that a phone couldn't be sold to me as an order exist already for me. I replied that I requested that the order be terminated. So I called the strange store again and a young lady informed me that I have to call myself to have the order canceled. Not great or half-decent customer service if you ask me. Yesterday I had a pleasant experience picking my new Google Pixel 4a 5G. It was my choice not to go with the 5 because I didn't see any benefit for me. Marcela helped me throughout this week actually by saving my phone when I got sick. She showed human concern for me and that I told her made me feel so much better I didn't worry. Sometimes the unexpected happens but I really like their service people there and the managers. Everyone is in their top game, Anyway the reason for the delay of the review was because I had to create a new account for Yelp...my other email there is something that happened to Yelp but I would never miss complimenting the staff at Victra. By the way as I mentioned my husband recently went to get his new phone there and Marcela was so patient and helpful he told me. Terrible service. I explain that I am more often than not getting all of my calls and text messages daily which is impacting my work. The troubleshooting the woman provided was calling my phone telling me its fine and if I want to do a warranty claim I have to go somewhere else where I would then have to wait for them to send me a phone. Her solution to my issue took her 30 seconds to diagnose and zero in house help.
