Not a good experience, customer service pretty much non existent. Waited over 1-1/2 hour before leaving.

The representative here told me, "Verizon charges you $199 for upgrading a phone plus the taxes on the phone, but we give you a free charger, case and phone screen to offset the cost." No you liar, Verizon doesn't charge that. You're an authorized retailer that probably illegally has Verizon's signage up as if you are actually a Verizon store. That's like Best Buy calling themselves Apple because they sell apple products. It doesn't work. Avoid this place. They will rip you off. read more

Since this is not a real Verizon store they can not do what a real Verizon store can do. They are a privately owned Verizon store for this reason a corporate store can not fix the mistakes they have made. This store is mainly all about making money and will waste your time. I would have given this location a zero if that was an option. I purchased a tablet and hot spot with the guarantee that if it didn't work for what I needed they would let me return it and wave the restocking fees if I did so before the 14 days. Well the manager got replaced and the new manager Frank, tells me he can't wave the restocking fee because it isn't allowed. The employee who sold the product, Alfredo, he just stood there and said nothing because all he was worried about was getting his commission. So despite the fact that a representative of their company made a promise, they won't honor it because he shouldn't have made the guarantee in the first place. No concern whatsoever for taking care if a long time customer. Do yourself a favor and only visit a corporate verizon location and never an authorized dealer. read more

Went in hoping that they would assist me with my iPhone 5s charger that i just bought last week but they were of no help to me at all. Person there just sent me away and told me I had to go to an Apple Store to get it replaced. I asked what i would need to take and she said nothing. Didn't even try to help me. Don't come here if you want good service. I then called another Verizon and they said that they would be able to do a diagnostic test on my phone charger but not send me away to an Apple store like this Verizon. read more

Spoke to a "manager" who didn't do his proper job. Tacked on additional fees for services we never asked for. Had to call Verizon and get it figured out through them. Being a manager means doing an even better job than just your regular employee. Told us we couldn't get a receipt because the toner was out-- so we couldn't see the additional fees he added. This store is the worst phone store I have ever been to. They lie to your face about the insurance plans. As well as they lie about phones in production. They claimed my LG G4 was no longer in production when I went in to replace it. But I know for a fact that LG is still producing it as well they still had it on display in store to purchase. I recently upgraded my phone at this store. They were seemly great and on top of thier game. HOWEVER, i stressed repeatedly that I'm on a fixed income and couldn't afford my monthly payments to go up. No problem. We're looking out for you. But you have to have this premium insurance for 2 weeks, after that you can cancel it. My bill went from 65 to 110. I went to the store and asked them to rectify this. Sure, well send an email off and get this straigjtened out. Nothing happened. I contacted verizon and and its now straigjtened out. Will never do business at this mission grove store again. I went in today (6/8/19) to add my mom to my account and get her a new phone and I had such great experience. After we decided on which phone to get my moms, we were informed that they didn't have the color option in stock at this location. Sergio offered to drive down to the Tyler mall location to pick up the phone for us as they had it in stock over there. We kindly accepted his offer and asked that they give us a call once the phone was ready for us. When I went back, Bryan and Janahi helped me finish up the process and they helped me upgrade my own phone as it was long overdue. Went shopping for a Christmas gift for my dad today. Despite the small wait, Alejandra did acknowledge us as we walked in, which is great because other places I've been too did not. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of giving us a deal on the current devices. She really helped with not only getting one phone but two without having monthly payments go up. Double dealing prevaricators, Overcharged for device more than Verizon list and lied about price increase. Put on an unnecessary two year plan on a kids gizmo that was bought outright, just make more money. Claimed that there is on line rebate of $35 and there was not, Refused to return unless $35 restocking was paid for the $40 overcharge. Basically was told that i was stupid if i did not read the fine print before i left the store which they never gave me but packed in the bag with the new device, Never Ever go to this store again. My husband had been losing patience and decided to look into the options for us and went to our Verizon Store and Anthony was able to give my husband solutions that overcame all my "difficulties" and addressed hubby's well deserved upgrades. We ended up with abundant admiration for Anthony because he accomplished so much with us and for us with a smile and a skill set that should see him rise in this ambition. Terrible customer service. Lied to us about what we were actually paying for. When we called them to resolve issue, the rep, Jordan, didn't even remember us...and it was only like 1 week later. Had to jump through so many hoops to get issue resolved. Got different answers from different people on the same question. I would give this store no stars if I could. Alfredo was the rep who serviced us and lied to us. We told him repeatedly that we wanted a 2 year contract and NOT a month to month edge plan. He said that was perfectly ok. Except now that I got my bill I am finding out that Alfredo signed us up for the edge plan. Now when I called to talk to the manager he refused to let her know I was on the line. I tried to have Verizon's customer service help me, but it is a huge run around. Sorry I didn't read yelp before I went to this store to get a replacement phone. I was told there was a special going on and plus I had an upgrade. I went ahead and purchased the phone. When it was time to get a receipt I was told the printer was not working but they would email me the receipt. Big mistake. What I got billed for was not what I was told. Instead I am being charged for a monthly payment plan for a phone and the free tablet came with a monthly fee. This place is so dishonest. read more

Terrible customer service. If this store does not make commission off of you they have no intention to help you. It clearly states Verizon wireless on building but what you can't see is the piss poor customer service fine print at the bottom. If you have not made a purchase at this location they will kindly turn you away informing you they cannot help you, as you have not made the purchase through them. I had a question about my new upgrade to the iPhone 7, and the representative immediately asked if the purchase was through their location. Went through the process of purchasing a new phone for my wife and I. We were helped by Boston who appeared to be the only person there who knew what they were doing since he was helping out so many of the customers while the associates just stood there. We had to make few visits to the store and each time took way longer than it should have. I would not recommending going to this Verizon store and although this store is a few minutes from home I will be driving to a different one from now on. read more

Terrible...Terrible...Terrible. I have never taken the time to write a bad review for a store. Unfortunately this had to be my first. Went to buy a phone and have my old phone changed over to a different number for my father in law. First the clerk was sick (kept coughing in his hands, blowing his nose and then touching everything that he handed to me.) He talked me into a "free" tablet (actual cost $20 at that time). But he assured me that if I went to this new plan that I wouldn't pay anymore than I was paying per month. All of this took over two hours. Then he proceeded to transfer all my data to my new phone - another two hours. When he handed me my new phone, none of the data had transferred. The store was closing, so basically spent over 4 hours in the store and none of the data was transferred to my new phone (#1 Problem). Before I left the store I asked the clerk if he had transferred my father in law's number to my new phone so that he could receive calls. He assured me this had happened. When we went to give my father in law the phone, we tested it, and he hadn't transferred the number over (#2 Problem). So I went to a DIFFERENT store to get that cleared up (another hour). Then about two weeks later I get TWO bills in the mail. My normal one for my phones, and then a $70+ bill for this "Free" tablet that wasn't going to cost any more than my normal bill. So I called the Verizon Customer Service Main Number and the extremely helpful woman on the phone told me that he hadn't put the tablet on my account (#3 Problem), hadn't signed me up for this new plan (#4 Problem) and had signed me up for a weird insurance program that I never agreed to (#5 Problem). After about 45 minutes with her on the phone we were able to clear up some of the issues, but she apologized profusely and said that unfortunately, I would need to go back to the store in order to get the tablet switched over to my account. She also said that there was one charge that she couldn't remover for me (#6 Problem). So I go back to the store...remember, the one I spent 4 hours in plus another 2 remedying the problems caused by the store. I walk in, have to wait. The manager (who had been in the store the first time I was in) walks up to me and says we will be right with you (note: she was only slightly more professionally dressed than the first time I was in the store). I said "no, I had already waited in the store for four hours and needed to speak to her now." I am usually not quite this rude - but I had had it at this point. I told her the problem needed to be fixed. I left her my information and told her to call me when it was taken care of. I hadn't heard anything by 8:45 that night, so I called. "I am working on it." - So I said, "so I will hear from you tomorrow." next day - no call, so I called again. Still working on it. So I asked them to call when they had completed the process. That was a week ago - and still no call (#7 Problem). If I my mother-in-law hadn't also had a bad experience here, I would chalk it up to me.... but I can't say that on this one. Stay away from this store. The one on Tyler near Lowes has always been extremely professional and helpful and QUICK. read more
