I am not one to give bad reviews! But I'm going through a very frustrating experience with them right now, and just don't want more ppl to have to go through a similar experience. Back in December I went to the store looking for a memory chip, I talked to Jason (the mananager) first, and then he brought Peter to help me, he then proceeded to offered me a BOGO deal on the iPhone 8. I explained to him I did not need another phone at this time, and he then went on and on about why I should take advantage of this offer. Long story short, I took the deal, he explained it would take a couple bill cycles for me to see it, but till this month I was still being charged for both phones. I called Verizon a couple times, and it wasn't until this week someone from the store told me that deal was only for opening a new line, They had offered me a deal I did not qualify for, but never mentioned I needed to open a new line. I have been back and forth with Verizon and trying to get a hold of the Jason the manager, but no luck. Thankfully Verizon corporate was able to fix that for me, however still trying to figure out what happened w my traded phone credit. It is just very disappointing the way they try to take advantage of their costumers. I remember clearly asking all of my concerns while I was at the store, and he had a good answer for all, but now they are not honoring any of that. She went over multiple payment options and gave us all the promotions to make sure we got the lowest price possible. Ok Jan 31 I upgraded I thought I got the best service ever and was very happy leaving this store. Bow a month later I'm realizing I was lied to and deceived. I told the employee helping me (sergio o) that I could not afford for my bill going up he promised me it would not he told me that I was getting a free tablet. Now looking at my bill I have a table payment and a new line added to my account that i was not informed of. It made my bill jump up 90 dollars witch i cant afford. I'm sitting in the store as we speak trying to get things fixed with no luck because its past their 14 day return. But sadly I didn't look at my bill until recently I didn't think I had a need to when I was reinsurer that my bill would be the same. I have contacted customer support with no help at all they are saying it's up to the store to take it back. I have been a loyal customer for years now. And now I get this service. In short, I was billed $19.99, $30.00, $13.33, $20.00, and $20.00 and only refunded $19.99. Jorge Villanueva, Luis Venegas, and Veronica Rodriguez were unwilling/unable/unqualified to assist me. I have since closed all Verizon accounts and terminated all services. I recommend the same. By the way, I am a Veteran and switched to T-Mobile and pay $95 for the same plan and even added a line. PS...I don't work for T-Mobile either. Details of what happened follow... I took a jet pack in and got a plan for unlimited data. Jorge Villanueva informed me that the device would not drop to throttled data speeds. It dropped the next day. I called and was informed that he accidentally set me up on the wrong plan. That was yesterday. He said he would call back today at 4:00. It's now 6:00. So I called in and asked for assistance. I was informed that no manager was on duty and no employee can help me except Jorge, who will be back Wednesday. Jorge was unable to assist and asked me to call back after the billing cycle ended to fix the problem. I called. He then asked me to call back when the data cycle ended. I did. That didn't work either, so I escalated my concern to Luis Venegas. He informed me that Jorge was new and was not aware that the data plan he suggested was not available. So I asked for a refund. They charged me $19.99 and $20.00 monthly for line access...but that was just at the store...then I was charged an additional $30 fee and $13.33 prorated line access as well as another $40.00 for the line that didn't work. So since this has all happened, Veronica Rodriguez has assisted in getting my $19.99 and claims that I was refunded the $30, but that never posted either. I was calling and emailing back and forth to rectify the situation for about 5 weeks. Nobody at Verizon or Victra in Tyler Mall was of assistance except for when Veronica got me my $19.99 back. Woo hoo. Still owe me $83.33. So I'm following-up now with my attorney to see what I can do to recover my money. It's not much money, but you should never dishonor a Veteran. I had an awesome experience at this store. Peter bent over backward to set up my new phone and to discuss and implement a plan I could live with. He even spoke to a colleague at another store to bring over the color phone I wanted. In all, Peter spent well in excess of an hour taking care of everything AND said I could come in anytime to have HUM installed in my car. I showed up several days later and Jason installed HUM and made sure I was familiar and comfortable with it. These people are so nice, so patient, and just really cheerful and kind. I purchased what was only the second smartphone I have owned in spring. I took the advice of the salesperson, Johnny, and purchased a Google Pixel 6. It has been a good phone for me. It was a bad time for my old phone to tank with a lot of travel and responsibilities at the time. But it was also a bad time health-wise, so I didn't really want to be in a phone store. I ordered the Pixel. In fact, Verizon didn't have the phone I selected after waiting some weeks, but the message from Verizon did not make clear what my options were. So, I went back. Johnny patiently walked through the process of cancelling the order, which was not easy, and getting me a different color that was more readily available and a case that made the phone easier to find. Besides Johnny, two other employees were also supportive when I came back. I liked that the phone was discussed from a technical point of view so I could pick what worked best for job, friends, and family. read more

If I could give zero stars I would , made me wait 2 and half hour for nothing , shittiest service , scammers , made me pay off my old phone in order to get new one , to find out they about to jump the protection plan from 45$ to 129$ for no reason , and I'm only upgrading not adding a new line or anything. After all that wait comes to find out I'm not getting a new phone wasted 50$ to pay off my old phone after them saying we can't take card because our Computer is SLOW , and you have to pay cash which Is a lie , waited long time after saying will be done in 20 minutes , didn't get the phone at the end , and when I asked them to get my 50$ back cuz I'm not getting the new phone anymore, they said we can't give you the money back . If you start something at a real Verizon don't finish your business here. It's not a real Verizon store and they will gauge you any fees they can to make a dollar. I was waiting for my phone to be shipped and when it did I went to victra to finish the transfer between my phones. I paid in advance the activation fee and victra told me they were going to charge me another activation fee because my phone was not purchased from them. Really? I wouldn't recommend this Verizon retailer to ANYONE . I had purchased an iPhone a week ago and it started to have some complications within the same week . So I was adviser by a level 2 Technician from Verizon Corporate to return the iPhone at this location before danger could occur since the device was getting outrageously hot to touch . I couldn't hold the phone to my face or even in my hand and it would send me warnings that the phone was over heating and power down . since she could view my address and for convince and safety to return it to this location. Well Justin the manger at this location had other plans he gave me the hardest time returning the practically new phone . He would not accept it so I spoke with Corporate again and they told me that this location is authorized to take the phone back because if something were to happen while the phone was in my possession I would have a million dollar lawsuit over a $1,000 phone . Justin made sure I went out of my convenience . So I did go ahead and filed a complaint with him through verizon corporation . I usually avoid doing these things in person because the reps are constantly harassing​ you with their all their other promotional propaganda but I never felt pressured, just informed of the options at hand. I was made aware of the upgrade fee, that was no surprise, and I knew what I was going to be paying on my next bill, and the months to follow. She explained in simple detail the return policy​, the restocking fee, and the product warranties. Since​ the phone swap and the activation process for the new phone is what can take the longest, Jasmine was so professional and trustworthy I was able to give her my iCloud account information and passwords and she transferred​ and activated​ everything on the ​new phone while I grabbed​d a bite to eat. I left the store with all my stuff transferred, and the phone was in the new case and a screen protector that Jasmine installed as well. I would of for sure messed that up at home had I done it on myself. read more
