I highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone! Upon arrival I asked to use the restroom and was very happy to find it was well stocked, and clean. Ben, the sales representative who helped me, was exceptional! He was happy to help even with their store closing in 10 minutes and ended up staying at least a half hour after close to set up my account and help me pick out a new phone. When all was said and done, I left feeling such a relief! Several days later Ben reached out to me to see how my new phone was working out. What a guy! read more

What great customer service! My husband and I had an appointment with the store manager, Trish, this morning to purchase and set up 2 new iPhones (an XR and an XSmax). Trish was ready for us with our new equipment and cheerfully and expertly got everything set up and all of our information transferred to the new phones. She was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions, helped us review and set up things, and assured us that she would be there for us if we needed any additional help as we get used to the new phones. We will be back for any and all of our phone needs and will recommend this store and Trish in particular to our friends. read more

I had such an awesome experience with all three employees I worked with at Go Wireless! My old Galaxy S3 had been gradually dying, but I wasn't ready to upgrade to the latest $700 phone. And that's what I told them at multiple other Verizon stores: I wanted to diagnose the problem with my phone and hear the options for upgrading to older models, if necessary. Each of the other Verizon stores gave me a different diagnosis - all vague - and recommended the latest phone, saying that my phone was probably irreparable and that getting an older model would come with its own list of problems and I should just bite the bullet. And then I would get the spiel about $20/month-no-contract. I was frustrated, but beginning to think that was my only option.... UNTIL...I walked into THIS Verizon store, and I finally felt like I was talking to real people who had other solutions besides buy our newest phone! They sent me to Mobi cell phone repair down the street (I'm leaving a separate STELLAR review for them), who were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my phone, that it WAS reparable, but that it would cost about the same as a new Galaxy S3 ($60). I asked for their advice about subsequent models and we determined that an S4 is probably all I needed to get me the functionality I wanted. And they told me where to buy one. I walked back into Go Wireless with my shiny new S4 and they helped transfer all my data, contacts, apps, etc. there in the store. After all was said and done, no one asked me for money!! But the next time I need to buy something, I will go back to these two awesome places because they are such nice, helpful, rational people. read more

I've been a Verizon customer for a few years, and I only go to this location. Everyone there is super friendly, knowledgeable in the product and they always help my not-so-technology-savvy self with patience and a smile. The other day my phone was giving me trouble so I went in to see what I could do. Jorge was working and not only did he help trade my old phone for a new one, but he helped me get a killer deal AND he even stayed an hour after closing time to help me. He was super awesome, like all the people I've met there, and I feel grateful that I live so close to this location as a Verizon customer. read more

Stay away from this Verizon dealer. When I added a new line in May 2019, the sale rep told me that it was the last day of Mother's Day promotion that gave another iPhone for free. Because my favorite color was not in stock, I had to return to the store a few days later. However, I found later that the order was created with the later date, and because of that, the promotion was disqualified. I went to the store and asked them to fix it. And, further I found the data plan was supposed to be "unlimited" to receive the promotion. That was something the rep never told me in the first place. I decided to change my plan to unlimited to get the promotion. The manager promised me to activate the promotion. But, the credit didn't appear on the next bill. I had to return to the store again to complain it. But, the manager kept saying he was doing his part, it was up to Verizon the promotion was accepted. I bought my problems to Verizon customer service after all, they fixed my issues in 15 min (while this store took weeks and never resolved it) I strongly recommend going to a direct Verizon store, not this unprofessional and irresponsible one. read more

Long read but please learn from my mistake and save yourself the same frustration, wasted time and money. First of all there is no reason to use this store in my opinion. Zero. None. This is not a Verizon store which I mistook it for given the big Verizon logo above it. There is simply no benefit and in fact it's a detriment since if an issue comes up it's mostly out of Verizon's hands. Came here asking about an upgrade to the S9. Claimed they had no idea when it'll be out and led to believe it may be months. Came back the next day, showed them an article for the 16th of March which they dismissed as speculation. Steered towards a worse performing phone than my old one and promptly replaced it. Bottom line is I ended up taking them at their word and paid for 2 phones (family plan) that are a year old and essentially lock me in for two years (and will also lose out on the trade in after that time is up as well) when I could simply have waited 3 days or so for an even better promotion on the newest phone. They claimed they had no knowledge of a phone that was on imminent release. Come to find out they were taking preorders within less than a handful of days from when I signed and the phone launched even earlier. Verizon customer service confirmed they WOULD have known. Wasted several hours of my time going back and forth between Verizon and this store. They chose to try and upsell me an even worse deal and trying to make it seem like they were doing me a favor. Sales rep Juan ignorant about their products. No mention of a $40 charge until after I was billed (2 phones which they screwed up anyway) for transferring data which would be free at any Verizon store. Another sales rep, Kodi (?) after giving my name responding with "oh you're that guy, the one trying to exchange his phone...". Store manager Khalid thinking he'd be slick by trying to get even more out of a bad situation instead of actually trying to fix it. Needless to say I feel so cheated. Just waiting less than a handful of days would have saved me so much frustration, time and especially money. Such sleazy sales tactics may have made them a couple hundred bucks but they lost a customer for good. I am upset enough to just pay out the contract and go with a different carrier. Despite the huge loss I'll be breaking about even just selling the phone off given other offers. There's an ongoing promotion until the end of the month with a competitor. Despite losing about the cost of 1 phone's retail value with this whole ordeal, I'll still be breaking about even going with the competitor. That's how raw a deal this is. I understand stuff happens but it's how you fix things that matters and no serious attempt to remedy the problem. Well this has cost Verizon a customer that's been with them over 4 years. read more

This place is an absolute joke. So bad that I'm not even going to write what happened. Everything all along the 3 week process to get an iPhone was pitiful. Mistakes, lies, going back to the store on 4 occasions, tracking down district management, and having to call Verizon myself to fix their issues. The people that work in there are ridiculously slow because they are either bad at, don't care about there jobs or simply uneducated by management on how to get things done. It's not because of a lot of customers being in there. Just go online with Verizon to get your phone. Whatever you do, do not go here unless you enjoy absolutely shitty customer service, problems with activation, or billing problems... read more

Staff working 11/5/2016 at 6 pm were very friendly. We weren't looking for a new phone but just replace a battery in my grandmas phone and they even were nice enough to call a battery store to make sure they had a certain model in stock. Didn't have to wait at all and very happy with the service provided! Go here for good fast service and no long lines like at Verizon stores at the mall! read more

I had a pretty bad experience here, these people are not an actual Verizon store and do some shady things. I went to this location to upgrade and get a Galaxy s7 and Chris seemed super helpful while I was there. I told him the phone I wanted and he went to the back to get it and came back with the phone and a galaxy tablet and told me the tablet was included with the phone for only$7 extra dollars. I thought, cool I hit them during a really good promotion. He failed to mention to me that it's only included IF you sign up for a 2 year data plan for the tablet. He took the liberty of signing me up for that without saying a word about it. Imagine my surprise when I got home and pulled up my Verizon account and saw that there was a whole new data line on my account attached to the tablet. I immediately went back to the store to complain and return the tablet, but it was towards the end of the day and apparently he had just gone home and there was no manager there. The person who helped me return the tablet said the manager would be in the next morning and I could call the store then if I wanted to complain about the situation to him. Could never get through to the store so I finally got in touch with someone at corporate who couldn't get a hold of them either after trying 4 times, emailed the manager for me and told me he is supposed to return my call within 24 hours. Well it's 3 days later and big surprise he never called me. In hindsight I should have questioned the tablet more because of course there would be strings attached to that, but I was much more focused on the phone and it didn't cross my mind at the time someone would do something as shady and what Chris did. I felt taken advantage of and pretty angry and no one from the store has gotten back to me about it. They clearly don't care about about ethical customer service, just go downtown to the real Verizon store!!! read more

I needed my contacts ported from an old to a new phone and I didn't know how to do it using Blue Tooth, which was how it had to be done. So, I went to Verizon and asked them to help. I left my phone with Ben and Chris and came back a few hours later to find that the porting was complete but due to some problems with my old phone they had to--one by one--port each contact from one phone to the other. That took a lot of time and when I returned they handed over the phones with a smile. Thanks, guys! Good work. read more

I suggested to a my boyfriend to stop in at the Admiral Verizon in West Seattle so they could assist him in fixing his Verizon Phone. A customer service representative showed him how to fix the problem, then told him he could have a 'free' tablet, they had extras, so my guy accepted the gift and mentioned he would give it to his girlfriend; unbeknownst to him I already had one. So the next day he returns to Admiral Verizon telling them his girlfriend already has one and is returning the tablet. The customer rep told my guy that there will be a $70 dollar restocking fee, to which he replied, "the rep that gave me this phone never mentioned a restocking fee if I returned it". The current rep told him he would need to call customer service about his complaint. I am giving this Admiral Verizon Store a 1 Star due to there negligence in not informing this customer of the return policy rules and for misrepresenting their product. Do the customer rep employees work on commission? Are they told by their management NOT to disclose return policies to customers? This store practices something like 'bait and switch' tactics. I've been scammed! That's how I feel after my experience at the Admiral Junction Verizon store. I am currently on hold with a Verizon customer service rep who is trying to straighten out my bill which is waaaay more expensive than the plan I thought I had signed up for. Turns out I was NOT getting the straight scoop from the sales clerk at the store. I asked multiple times if I was signing up for a specific plan and she (the salesperson) assured me I was but my bill says otherwise. When I explained this to the customer service person via the phone she explained that this happens all the time. She said that the sales people in verizon stores work on commission and often mislead customers into signing up for more than they need or want. The customer service rep said she spends a good amount of her time trying to rectify things that happen in the stores. I was wondering why I had that uncomfortable, what just happened (?!), feeling after I left the verizon store with my new phone. I am also finding out from the service rep that the transaction I had in the store was botched in general. Nice job Admiral Verizon. Lesson learned. read more
