Cindie's work with animals is incredibly effective - I've heard of dozens of success stories from…read moreher and her clients. I refer my patients to her services and hear great things in response! One in particular sticks out: A sweet dog was getting eye surgery and I recommended Cindie work with him. And when he came back for his post-surgical check up, the vet was astounded that the inflammation was totally clear - something the vet had never seen before! So if you're wondering whether it's worth it to have your pet receive some energy healing when you're already spending so much for their health - the answer is YES! It can make the recovery process easier and less drawn out for your pet (that means less costly too). If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, take a class with Cindie Ambar. I don't have pets now, but I love connecting with animals. I took my pregnant wife to a workshop at the pregnant mare rescue on how to bond with animals and we had the most magical time. The baby horses came right up to us and loved us up after we meditated with them. I can't think of a better gift to give another person than a magical experience like that! And if you want to build your skills as an animal healer yourself - take her Reiki classes! Cindie is the real deal - give her a call and step into her world. She's got brilliant talents and resources.

Charly has been a blessing. Words simply don't do justice…read more In the past couple of years (since my last review), I have scheduled multiple sessions with Charly (animal energy healing and human). She's super organized and virtual sessions work great. For animal energy healing sessions, she always deeply listens to concerns, issues. Her care is magical, I have seen so much improvement in my cat's health esp when she's going through rough times. For human reiki sessions, she starts with Tarot cards, and the scalar waves and more. I always feel relaxed post session. The animal reiki sessions have also helped me and deepened my relationship with my pet. I have been also fortunate to take her energy healing class and I have learned so much. i have used the techniques with my cat and I can see the difference it makes. I would highly recommend her! Thank you, Charly.

She stopped eating and we took her into the emergency vet. We had to put her down and it felt so sudden. It was a real shock. I cancelled my appointment with Charly, but then changed my mind and rescheduled it. During our session, she told me that the moment she received my request, Charlotte came through to her and said she was ready to go. This was a great comfort to me. She said many other things that deeply comforted me and confirmed that Charlotte's spirit will never leave me. I am still very sad, but this session helped tremendously. I also had a healing done for myself, which was so very helpful. I felt lighter and less devastated. I also felt Charlotte's spirit all around me. I highly recommend Charly for pet communication and healing for your fur baby or yourself. She is a very sweet and empathetic soul and I feel she is the real deal. I know there are skeptics and naysayers, but I don't care. This experience made a huge difference for me in my grieving process and connection to Charlotte.

Ruby had her first TPLO surgery in August 2025 and the second in October 2025. It was expensive but we're thrilled... we got our Ruby back! She's walking, running, having fun at the beach - all pain free. Our family is once again making memories with our girl. I highly recommend Sage and the TPLO procedure.

I took my senior dog to SAGE Emergency Vet around 10:40 pm for a painful ear infection. I was…read morewilling to pay the $255 emergency fee so she wouldn't suffer overnight. After all, it was just an ear infection and everyone knows its not a huge deal and just requires drops. The first red flag was the phone call. The receptionist was laughing hysterically at some background joke and could barely give me directions, yet couldn't bother to put me on hold and compose herself. I had to tell her I couldn't understand her. It was really unprofessional. When I arrived, the clinic was nearly empty. Another client who came in after me was seen first, while I was still sitting there waiting with my dog in the back. That person came and went yet I was till there. The vet eventually confirmed the ear infection and said they'd clean it and send me home with ear drops, as I figured. For some reason, I continued to wait almost another full hour with no explanation (total visit 2 hours). I was still sitting there waiting after paying the bill until I finally had to insist they return my dog to me because I had work in the morning and i wouldn't get home till 1am. The bill was absolutely outrageous for basic care, even at an emergency vet: Around $600 total..... for a simple ear infection! Breakdown: * $255 emergency fee (no issue here, I understand the premium for the emergency visit) However.... * $83 to irrigate the ear * $154 to look in a microscope * $100 for the ear drops. These exact same ear drops (Baytril Otic 15ml) sell for $25 on Chewy. A 400% mark up over retail??? Worse still, the overpriced drops were not the correct meds and didn't even work. A week later I had to go to my regular vet and spend even more to actually clear the infection which SAGE failed to do, though thankfully, my regular vet didn't rip me off like SAGE did. This was price gouging combined with poor service. I will never return and strongly recommend others go elsewhere for emergencies. Read the other 1-3 star reviews for similar experiences.

I rarely post reviews. But I feel this is a must…read more I was recommended to them by a friend. My pup was sick and I gave them a call told them my situation. Both Jose and Don was so patient with me and my questions. I wanted to try some of their products, but was concerned about finding parking and they suggested that I could purchase the items online, and they would run it out to me when I arrived. I ordered online and when I got their called the store, and Don literally ran out of the store to hand my items to me! But that's not the amazing part.... When I got home and examined the items (bone broth and digestive probiotics) I noticed the probiotics were in pill form when I ordered the powdered version. I thought to myself, oh no biggie I suppose I can just crush it up and mix it with the food. However, there's no instructions on how much/many to give to my dog according to weight. So I called again and asked and told them I originally purchased the powdered form of probiotics, but I got the pill.. They looked over my order and apologized for the mix up. And Uber delivered my correct order for me the same day!!.... I WILL BE GOING BACK TO JEFFREY'S when I can. Pup is on the mend. The delivery took forever cuz I think my Uber driver got lost or something... Not Jeffrey's fault LOL!

Even though we lived over 30 minutes away, we always returned to them because their compassion and attentiveness far surpassed other clinics. In his final years, Poko was treated for cardiac valve disease. Dr. Rosen's expertise and kindness gave us comfort and clarity during that difficult time. She helped us understand his condition and the treatments that gave us more time together. Veterinary care is one of the hardest jobs, and Dr. Rosen does it with grace, empathy, and deep knowledge. And to their credit, all the staff are kind and welcoming to the pets they treat. I'll never forget the love and care they showed to Poko--and to us.

I used to bring my dog to Village Square Vets and also to Adobe in Los Altos…read more Yesterday, I brought my dog to Adobe for his dental care appointment after avoiding it for three years due to a very very bad experience at Village Square Vets three years ago with Dr. St Lawrence. It was a simple cleaning, no teeth extractions or complications. Dr St Lawrence administered a cocktail of anesthesia which did not suit my dog at all and he did not monitor him. Apparently, he left the room to see another patient. My dog had bradycardia during the procedure and this wasn't noticed by whomever was cleaning his teeth. When I picked him up, my dog could barely stagger to the car. In fact , he stumbled around for several days more, not eating or drinking . At that point, I was panic stricken and called ST Lawrence. He admitted to me that he had left the room to attend to another patient and that my dog was overseen by an assistant, with no anesthesiologist present to monitor. My dog had suffered bradycardia while St Lawrence was gone and the assistant did not know. He was apologetic, but hey this was borderline malpractice IMHO. Three years later, just yesterday ,I brought my dog to Adobe for a dental cleaning and 3 teeth were extracted. He was almost completely normal that same afternoon. I realize now just how poor the procedure was at Village Square. Awful and the cost for a simple cleaning was very high, more than at Adobe . Adobe Los Altos is far more reasonable by comparison and one can be certain that the care is outstanding, the facilities without equal, and the vets extremely capable as they have vets who specialize in doing dental procedures.
