We scheduled to meet up the next morning (Father's Day) and he took less than 30 minutes to get the huge size dent back to its original shape. Ricky told me that he was able to only restore it back to about 80% and I was satisfied with it because I really couldn't tell. There were clear discrepancies between what was agreed upon and the condition of the vehicle after the service. I have photo documentation to support this. After raising the issue, he committed to returning on March 11, 2026 to complete the work. On that date, he did not show up. Multiple follow-up messages were sent and received no response. I also have documentation of this communication. This review reflects a gap between initial communication and follow-through. Prospective customers may want to clarify scope of work, completion standards, and contingency plans in writing before proceeding.
