This place is amazing!!!! Went here with in-laws, niece, wife, and 10 month old baby boy. The owners were amazing with the kids and kept making sure we were all set. By far, some of the best itallian food all of us have ever had! I have a feeling we will be comming back every time we travel to North Conway. Prices are very reasonable too. I would give 3.5 if I could but 4 would be over-stating it a bit. I ordered take-out. Pizza was average. Too much crust. See photos on Yelp. Seriously, like half the pizza is crust. They also only put on pepperoni instead of pepperoni and mushroom like I had ordered. My wife and I split a greek chicken wrap and got a steak and cheese calzone for our kids to split. The wrap was probably the best out of everything. If I was to go back I would probably skip the pizza and just try a few different subs or wraps. read more

Cannot comment on the food because we never got any!!! Arrived in Conway over President's Day weekend and ordered some food to be delivered to our hotel. We called several times and kept getting sent to a voicemail that said it was closed that day, JANUARY 4th, and would reopen JANUARY 5th. Knowing we were well into February, and just saw their delivery man in our lobby, we knew this wasn't true and kept trying. We finally got through and was placed on a 9 minute hold. Our hotel told us to place an order online. We did so and the online order said we would receive our food in exactly 67 minutes. Impressed with the accuracy, we waited. Come 87 minutes we started calling (again- went straight to voice mail). By the time 107 minutes went past, and non-stop calling, we were able to get someone on the phone. She said the online order never went through and that we had nothing coming to us. We had already been charged so we asked for a refund. They asked if they could send us the food in @ 30 minutes. By this time it was after 9 PM and we were not about to wait any longer, so we said No and requested a refund. The woman went on and on and we said we simply wanted the refund and she gave us a "FINE" and hung up on us. We waited for over an hour but we finally got confirmation our refund. Would have liked to try the food, but cannot believe how unprofessional they were and our MAJOR disappointment with this place. read more

Pretty standard pizzeria menu selections, along with a few middle eastern choices such as falafel and shawarma. Our Caesar salad was fine, nothing spectacular. The pizza was very good -- soft and doughy crust that isn't greasy on the bottom. Toppings were hearty and plentiful (we got the Meat Lovers). The owners are warm and friendly. Yes the falafel is excellent, but I always feel hungry after ordering the falafel plate. I'm probably the only person who does this, but I always order extra falafel and nix the grapeleaf in the order. They say a normal order is 4 falafel balls, and extra totals 6 falafel balls. I'm sorry, but that just doesn't fill me up at all. Its kind of disheartening to just get 6 and not feel satisfied. They should offer on the menu an item for people who love just falafel, and offer a generous portion. 6 falafel balls just cant encourage me to order it ever again..and that's a shame. Heck, I can only imagine what I was charged for those 2 extra falafel balls....not happy! read more

Disappointed. Ordered two orders online. One order had two meals and one had three meals. Went to pick up the order and both orders had an issue. One order had a pizza with chicken but no chicken was on the pizza. The receipt at the restaurant did not reflect the chicken. Not sure if this is an issue with chow chow or the restaurant but the order confirmation email clearly had chicken on it. Same issue in the other order but we didn't realize until we got it home. Calzone was ordered with pepperoni and sausage. Receipt said pepperoni and steak and of course it was made with steak. They tried to "fix" the pizza by adding chicken to it but imagine an already cooked pizza with cubes chicken added to top. Our food was cold when we got it home (which is when we noticed the issue with the calzone). Disappointed. Owner was more distracted with the computer than taking care of our dissatisfaction. read more

Don't do it! The owner was very rude from the minute we walked in (lunchtime) (we were the only people in the place). We ordered burgers cooked medium. We waited over 30 minutes for our food! After we were sitting for 10 minutes a family of 4 walked in & they were apparently friends of the owner. They ordered chicken parm subs & fries. After 20 mins they were served their food while the owner chit chatted for a few minutes before he went & took our burgers off the grill. Our burgers were burned black, dry & rubbery from sitting on the grill for so long! And build a burger is generally one price, we were charged overpriced prices for cheese on our burgers? I stop here every year when I go to NH! I love the pizza and it is a definite winner, hands down! However, the hummus is the best I have ever tasted! It is smooth and creamy and served with homemade, warm, delicious pita bread. I always buy extra to bring home with me! read more

If it is a weekend, a 1 hr delivery may turn into a 2 hr. delivery. No phone calls to alert you and when you call them to check on your order, they may hang up on you and never call back. If you order by phone, I recommend to pay when they deliver and not before and be ready to go out if needed. read more

Was not pleased with the restaurant at all let me explain why. Me and my girlfriend are not from the area we were up on vacation and we wanted to get delivery. We ordered a cheese calzone and a buffalo chicken pizza. We got the order it was the wrong pizza I called back and said that I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza which is one of my favorite pizzas but instead we got a BBQ, the lady on the phone said that they made a mistake and that they were sorry and they would send the right pizza out right away. This had to be one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. It had absolutely no taste. If I had to compare it to something I would have to say cardboard. My children wouldn't even eat it and they will eat just about anything. I think I spent over 15.00 dollars for the large which was as light as a feather, nothing to it. In my town, you can get great pizza. A large beefy pizza for under 11.00 that would blow this pizza away. I would never go there again. We wound up throwing most of it away. read more

We should have walked out when the waitress told us the atmosphere was terrible but the food was great. Stay away from this place!! My husband and I stayed in North Conway this past weekend. We went to Via Roma hoping to get good pizza but instead received a dirty table, flies buzzing around our heads, garbage they called pizza and a manager or owner with a bad attitude. And to top it all off I was over charged on my order. Thankfully I took the time to question the bill but the fool had already run my card through the reader and had to refund me in cash. This place is a dive with nasty food and attitude to match. On a positive note the waitress was friendly even though she did a horrible job at cleaning our table. I moved from Boston mass not to long ago, that being said when I get a craving for pizza and appetizers for take out I have a certain authentic " like home flavor" I'm looking for. This place hits as close to the mark as your going to get from this area. I've tried various menu items .. Pizza, falafel, mozzarella sticks, French fries, onion rings, buffalo chicken calzone (not all at once) to name a few . everything was what I had expected in flavor and quality. I dined in once and the service was good and now that they remodeled it's really cute. My wait has never been overly long not more than you would expect anyway. If your from a city please do yourself a favor and don't go to any other pizza shop ( see first sentence) and save yourself a headache. If your from this area please take this advise to as the other pizza shops in the area suck in comparison (I'll be writing those reviews next "gag"). This place deserves more than 3 stars. read more
