I came in for a gel x removal and called prior day to get an appointment, and I appreciated to be seated immediately. However, as the removal goes on, the nail tech continued to go super harsh with the electric nail drill even after I've stopped her a few times because my nails were hurting. She successfully removed my gel x but left my nails paper thin, bending easily and hurting whenever it faces any force. She also left harsh dips and lines on my nails that will take months to heal. I tipped 30% bc I'm not confrontational in person and my nail tech was a bit struggling with gel x removal so I felt bad. Can't speak for other services, but for gel x removal, I wouldn't recommend this business unless you want your nails to be paper thin.
