Parking in this area is always a challenge. This is a very cute place. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with avocado and French ham. It also came with roasted potatoes and arugula salad. I tasted my friend's massive chicken and waffles which also had roasted potatoes and applewood smoked bacon and it was fantastic. The dishes were both attractive and tasty. Service was friendly. I did also enjoy the crispy mushrooms! It was a great appetizer for the table to share. The sauce was tasty and the lemon juice was a nice touch. Parking is a little tricky because it's straight a residential area.. I was able to find a spot in the residential area. When we arrive, we were greeted and it wasn't too crowded so we were able to get a seat. At first glance, I really enjoyed the coziness. Once we got in, we looked over the menu. I mentioned to the server that this is our first time and so she walked me through some of the selections that were most popular.. I must say it was a lot of options to choose. I narrowed it down to the bites, which I guess are appetizers but the portions were very large enough for the three of us to share and food left over to take home. The salmon was generously served on top of the sourdough and it's just simple pairing with cream cheese and capers but I enjoyed it. The boiled egg also came at the precise doneness level I fancied. My friend's Breakfast Sandwich equally nailed it with beautiful trio of folded egg, cheese, and thick cut bacon. The idea of serving it with french toast certainly elevated this meal. Amazing food spot! The food is super generous and very tasty. The bistro burger had me at "pastrami marmalade". It gave the burger a nice contrast from other burgers I've had and in a good way! I was also pleasantly surprised by the lightness and crispiness of the mushrooms. The only reason why it's 4 star is that parking is pretty rough.
