This place is fire if you want a quick charbroiled burger place, reason I found this spot was its about 8 minutes away from work and I was craving fried zucchini and a cheese burger and not many options. They have a website when I called in because typically for lunch we don't have time to go out for lunch so we have another employee to grab lunch for our team members and we can pay using there online website so we wouldn't have to give another person our credit card information and pickup our food. Hash browns are one of the simplest things to cook. You don't even have to shred the potatoes - they come in big bags already shredded. All you have to do is to sufficiently heat the potatoes on a grill till they are no longer raw. You shuffle them a little during the "cooking" process. You don't want them over-cooked on the outside and raw in the middle. How hard could that be? Not hard at all if you take just a LITTLE bit of care. But if you stand at the grill on automatic pilot, and don't use a little bit of care, you screw it up. Basic laziness will probably explain it. When you were specially asked to cook the HB evenly, and not singe the outside and leave the inside raw, is it so hard to do? Apparently it is for Victory Diner. The eggs were cold also and the coffee was super weak. When food gets sent back as falling below minimal standards, that is your cue to take a LITTLE more care on the redo. When you then overcook the outside even more, and leave the inside raw again, that is just ridiculous and makes an unhappy customer who asks for his money back and walks out. This spot is one of Orange County's finest when it comes to a local burger joint! What you'll immediately notice upon entering is the unique airplane theme it has going on with recreational planes hanging on the ceilings, photos of such aircraft painted in the windows, and license plates of air force bases. A lovely detail is that it's also involved in the menu as well with burgers named the "B-25 Pineapple Xpress" and "B-52 Go West" (great burgers to choose from by the way!) OK, will start with the restaurant being very clean and welcoming. Tables are bust in a very timely manner. We ordered our food and it was brought out to us very quickly. My turkey burger was excellent perfectly seasoned and with all the fixings that a burger should have. The taquitos were crunchy and delicious along with the guacamole. The salsa didn't have much flavor, but it did have a little kick to it. Lastly, the egg sausage muffin combo was also very good and we were happy that decaf coffee was available overall a great visit and the food was very reasonably priced, highly recommend for a quick burger stop. read more

I had the Bacon Avocado omelet which was overcooked as the eggs were brown and dry. I probably should have had the burger, but it was 9 AM. The place was clean and the service was very good. Basing my review on the spicy chicken sandwich. My husband and I both got one and it was bad. Like for the price and quality you're better off going to McDonald's for a McChicken. Only handed me my receipt and no charge when I asked her for change she was like a dear in headlights! Food is typically pretty good when I finally received it, my fries were cold and burnt (??).
