After my initial visit, I had a cleaning scheduled for August 2024, but they made me wait an hour past my appointment time... only for them to tell me it will be a longer wait. What a waste of my time! I end up rescheduling to November 2024. I was able to get my regular cleaning done November 2024, but it was recommended that I get a deep cleaning done ASAP. I freaked out and scheduled a deep cleaning for January 2025. January 2025, I came in for my deep cleaning and they tell me they have to do all my x-rays. I end up having a panic attack because Michele, who was doing my x-ray, hit the back of my throat when she put the x-ray inside my mouth and I began to choke and cough. She would leave for 10-15 minutes at a time and left me with the weighted x-ray chest on me which made me feel like I was suffocating. I expressed my extreme teeth sensitivity, but that was disregarded during the cleaning. It turns out they did a regular cleaning, but still tried to charge me a ridiculous amount for deep cleaning. I was shocked... why try and charge me for a service I didn't receive? Michele did the polishing after and it got all over my eyes and forehead. The floss also broke apart and kept getting stuck in my teeth. It was an overall terrible experience. I kept wanting to give this place a chance, but my hopes were too high. I did enjoy my experience with Dr. Day as he made me feel at ease. Jackie, the receptionist was also sweet.

I've had really bad experiences with dentist in the past. One time I broke my front tooth and she came in on her day off to help me. Who does this? That certainly changed my mind about dentistry. One year I changed my dental insurance and she wasn't in my network, it was my fault. I didn't go to the dentist that year. They are opened on Saturdays. They never try to oversell you on work that isn't needed like other places. She's incredibly honest and empathetic to her patients. There is no other dentist I would ever go to.

She made sure that I was completely numb before proceeding with the treatment; As well as checked in with me throughout to make sure that I was still doing well. I can say with certainty that this has been my most positive experience with any Dentist and dental office. I was actually originally going to split the work that I needed into two appointments. The office is brand new and clean. Jimmy took x-rays of me and right from the start, you could tell they were well oiled. He could make anyone seem at ease, and he was fast. Dr Ibrahim was energetic, gentle, and thorough. He came up with a plan for me that would catch me up and also scheduled an in house periodontal consult for me. I have had problems for years and he is the first dentist to suggest a periodontist. On to Lourd, who scaled and cleaned my teeth faster than anyone I've ever had before. I didn't even need numbing. She paused and checked many times to make sure that I was ok. I literally fell asleep in the chair a couple times. I had deep pockets and over a years worth of heavy plaque. So happy I found them. Octavio set up a plan for my next visit and was upfront on what was needed and what was not needed and the price was what I paid pre-covid days. There was no upselling, just great communication and care from everyone. I can't imagine what would make an experience better. They are worth checking out.

I came in for a regular cleaning and based off looking at some Live Photos of my teeth, the dentist said I needed a deep cleaning for $600! No periodontal chart, no examining the xrays! (There was just some stains and some build up). He was asking me a ton of questions like he was trying to find a "gotcha" answer, and use that to justify a deep cleaning. "Do you smoke, do you drink, do you take supplements?" Yadi yadi ya. I have had a deep cleaning before and I was never asked these many questions (Like I was being interrogated). Previous dentist would just look at the xray and pockets to make an objective decisions. He was also acting like he was super concerned about my teeth and that this was devastating for me (I give the acting a 7/10, it was pretty decent). He then said he will see what he can do and drop some services during the deep cleaning and hook me for $160 for the deep cleaning. I walked out and talked to two different dentists/hygienist for a 2nd opinion and they said I definitely did not need a deep cleaning! The other dental office did a regular cleaning, removed the stains and build up and I was good to go. This place is so shady and unethical and needs to be reported to the BBB if you fell victim to one of their upsales. Please do not fall for their trap and seek second opinions.

When my insurance changed about 4 years ago, I switched to my wife's dentist and realized I had never had an EXCELLENT dentist like Dr. Nick and his staff. I've since had a filling and 2 old fallen-out crowns replaced, and the care has been both superb and affordable, with almost no waiting. All of their equipment is state-of-the-art (as far as I can tell), which probably speeds things up considerably, but it also feels like they value your time so the next person you need (hygienist, dentist, receptionist, etc.) is ready to go as soon as it's their turn up at the plate, though they explain everything thoroughly and don't rush you out, either. The entire experience is friendly, cost-conscious but not cheap, and seamless in a way that must take a ton of hard work and coordination behind the scenes. It's all very impressive and feels like a place where people enjoy their work because they do it so well. I've also never been pitched a bunch of products or procedures I didn't need. In fact, several times Dr. Nick or his associates have explained why I didn't need something in particular (like the anti-bacterial UV treatments ex-smokers sometimes need...the bacteria count didn't justify it for me). I don't write many reviews, but I also don't often run into an experience like that provided by Premier Smiles. My wife has perfect, toothpaste-model teeth, and I wish I'd come here a long time ago like she did so I would, too (and she'd stop showing them off all the time to make me jealous). I can't recommend Premier Smiles highly enough; the entire operation is truly remarkable.
