It's all about the food. The meats are far superior to the big Brazilian-style steakhouses you will find in Dallas and Fort Worth. The buffet isn't nearly as extensive, so if you're going only for the buffet, the other places are more extensive - and expensive. Cannot beat the quality, the taste, the exact cooking of the meats. And, honestly, what do you come to a Brazilian- style steakhouse for? The service was spectacular. The only criticism I have is not the fault of the restaurant. Food was decent nothing special. The service and hospitality is average to what's expected. They only serve cheap meats. No rib-eye no filet mignon or ny strips. Just basic round bottom steak and picaña. Which is good but for a dinner not really worth it. They don't bring you fresh bread to your table. You have to get it at the buffet and you get them all hard and old. Honestly you're better off going to Fogo de chao for better meats, sides, and variety. Side were either too cold too old or not good. Except for the potato salad. That's the only thing I could eat. The pineapple was good at first. Then they had an old sour pineapple that was not cooked fully with the cinnamon which was honestly hard to chew. It hard to call a restaurant a Brazilian steakhouse when there's literally two types of steak cuts that they serve. Will not go again. Same great service and food! The only difference is the salad bar which is to be expected. Only one person allowed at the salad bar at a time accompanied by a server wearing a mask and gloves. You tell them what you would like and they will put it on your plate and hand it to you when you are done selecting your choices. The servers also walked around and asked us if we would like anything else from the salad bar and brought it to us. The meat still comes to your table and they are still delicious. The grilled pineapple is a must as always. There are no cards/indicators to signal if you want more meat, but they were always attentive and kept it constantly moving around. There are less tables to promote social distancing. The interior has been remodeled and it is more bright and roomy than before. I only wish they serve fresh cheese bread and fried bananas to your table instead of sitting out on the buffet. Still a place I enjoy coming to. The guys that serve the meats are friendly and accommodating. I couldn't have my usual Easter lunch here due to the pandemic, but I left today happy and fulllll! read more

I've been here three times, and the first two times I came it was wonderful. (The owner of this business use to also own another Brazilian steakhouse in another part of Irving, but split with his partner and opened up this new place). The third time I came here, my family came for my brother's 18th birthday (it was a Saturday night). Their choices of meats are not as extensive as other Brazilian steakhouses we have been to, they have around 6-7 selections that were all good. My favorite part of this restaurant is that they have flan that is part of their buffet. It is very delicious and who doesn't like unlimited flan! The cheese bread is okay, but it's kinda hard, and I've definitely had better. The reason why I gave this restaurant 3 stars is because of the slow and selective service. They have around 20 tables and that night about half of the tables were filled, in other words, they were pretty busy. The meat slicers were slow to come to the table, and often did not get to every table fairly. By the time our meal was over and we were waiting for the roasted pineapple, the meat slicer brought the pineapple to another table after we waved him down and asked him for some slices, he then avoided us then served another table before us. Petty as it may seem it definitely affected our dinner atmosphere considering it was my brother's birthday. Basically, I think this restaurant could benefit from hiring some more meat slicers and a hostess, although they only have a hand full of tables, the two meat slicers were slow to serve, selective with who they serve and the fact that they also have to prepare the meat slows them down. The reason I mention a hostess, is because when you enter the restaurant you're confronted with tables and basically are a little confused until one of he waiters comes to get you. Probs won't come here again unless I'm desperate for Brazilian food, but don't want to pay too much (it was about $70 not including tip, for three adult dinners and two drinks). The food was super salty, but had a good amount of fat on the meats making them quite delicious. Flan was absolutely the best I've ever had! Service was great- attentive. But that's where they get you. They offer drinks and other items as if it's part of the fixed buffet price. When we got our bill it was astronomical for the pineapple juices and espresso.
