All of the other staff seemed to be working hard and hustling around clearing tables and plates and serving guests. Hot and cold side food bars were continually checked on and filled with fresh products. I liked the ambiance. Decor was appropriate and the high ceilings helped with any restaurant noise. The shift lead/floor manager always having eyes on all aspects of the flow in the restaurant. Overall a really great evening. Someone dumped way too much salt in, it was dreadful. The tomato salad was not salted, and had no dressing, a lackluster item. The plantains were not crisp as they should be.
