I went yesterday and wanted seafood. They did not disappoint. What a nice little place. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. I also had clam chowder, which was perfect and tasted incredible. Definitely recommend. I've gotten pizza and subs from them before and they were also fantastic.

We got a chicken and mushroom pizza, and I was happy to see that they use fresh mushrooms and they put a ton of toppings on. We were at Mohegan Sun & wanted some sustenance to take us through the evening of gaming. We were just going to get the Original Tomato Pie until hubby saw the table tent showcasing the winter special The Calabrese so we asked if we could do halves & our delightful server said yes. The Original Tomato Pie is just crushed Italian tomatoes, grated pecorino romano & olive oil. I think it is cute that they always ask if you know there is no mozzarella on it. Yes, yes, I do. Simple & perfect. It gives me summer-on-a-pizza vibes! The Calabrese is crushed Italian tomatoes, mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, imported hot Calabrian chilies & grated pecorino romano. It was delicious! Good amount of meat, the chilies were kickin' & it was oozy & crusty in all the best ways. The medium was enough to feed us for both dinner & late night snack! NOM NOM NOM #YUM

Saw that they had online ordering do I went to the computer to try and order. We wanted one to be half and half but couldn't figure out his to do that, if that was even possible on the website as it was confusing. Decided to just call and place the order. Was able to have a half and half pizza order. Given a time of 20 minutes. Showed up and saw they had curbside pickup but wanted to go inside. Signs were clear where it was at. Picked up our order and went home. Pizza was pretty good, mites thin crust style but that's hotter I like it. Oh one other thing, it's one size pizza. No small or large choices. I've think they are 18 inches maybe.

They offer online ordering via ToastTab with the full menu , but in order to use the coupon, you need to show up at V's and order in person to redeem the coupon, dine-in or takeout. I decided to check it out and entered the Supercharged complex and headed to the left towards the pizza takeout counter. They honored the BOGO offer and I ordered 2 gourmet pizzas, (normally $18.95 plus tax each) and paid $20.34 for two 16" pizzas, a great deal! There is also ample seating nearby in the pub area which has a full bar and there are 11 flatscreen TVs too. I watched my pizzas being made and placed into the brick oven. My pizzas The Spud-tacular and The Big V were hot & ready and boxed in about 20 minutes. The Spud-tacular Pie had a mashed potato base with cheddar jack & mozzarella cheese topped with crumbled bacon, scallions, and sour cream drizzle on top of a thin chewy pizza crust, semi thick chewy and crunchy edges. This mashed potato pie is similar to the version at OTTO pizza. The Big V had a zesty red sauce base with ricotta, mozzarella, & provolone cheese topped with sausage, red peppers, onions & mushrooms, crushed red pepper volcano oil drizzle on top of a thin chewy pizza crust, semi thick and crunchy edges. I enjoyed some of the tasty and filling pizzas before my concert at nearby Mohegan Sun and I had plenty of leftover pizza too.

There were a lot of intriguing options to choose from. I had the chilaquiles ($15) and a Cacio Pepe doughnut ($4). The chilaquiles had corn tortilla chips, salsa Verde, salsa Macha, cotija, white onion, cilantro, and a fried egg. The chips appeared to be homemade, and they were tremendous along with the salsa Verde and Macha. There was a nice kick to the salsas and a perfect crunch from the chips. However, it just felt like the dish was mostly chips. I felt like more toppings could be added or an additional egg. The fried egg was also a little overcooked, guess when ordering, we could have specified how we wanted it to be cooked. The doughnut was okay. The sourdough base was very solid, but essentially just a lot of cheese on top. I was not sure what to expect regarding this type of doughnut, but this was the least optimal choice. Will I go back? I would.
