Busy brunch spot. Plenty of free parking in the lot but this place gets busy so we made sure to stop by after 1pm so we could get seated and not wait over 30 minutes in line. We waited 5 minutes on a Saturday around 1:15pm. The staff seemed stressed but were still efficient. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I enjoyed the bar seating they had and the nice decor like the bike on the wall. For food I was sooo excited to try the Almond Crunch French Toast as thats why I had this place bookmarked. Sadly it was a bit disappointing. The French toast was a bit burnt on the bottom and lacked the nutmeg or any sweetness or flavor the menu states it will have. Almonds I know will be a French toast that is on the less sweet side however it tastes so bland like where is the brown sugar or nutmeg? No nutmeg or brown sugar detected. My eggs over medium were made perfectly though and the sausage was good. For the prices being high and the food being standard I and the person I dined with agreed IHop or Dennys would've been cheaper and better or about the same quality food. Family Pancake House Redmond is my preference in Redmond still and the best cafe diner I've been to. This place is alright but nothing special.

classic diner vibes so large portions with basic breakfast items but they do everything really well. go to team lunch spot in redmond and the service has always been good for us as a big group. after trying more of their menu, many of their items start to taste similar to each other but that just means it's all yummy.

Nothing you can complain about - except maybe insane wait times. We waited for 90 minutes for a table of 2. Highly recommend Egg Benedict. 4 star for food because the vegetables omlette probably had no salt at all. You can customise pancakes - really recommend trying simple pancakes with pecan. It was a new experiment and loved it. Our server was really sweet - she made a mistake of getting omlette with bacon but she got us a replacement like within 5 mins. Also gave us $5 off from check.

Superb brunch spot in Redmond! This is a local chain and each restaurant is decorated with a different theme. Lots of families and groups at this spot, creating a lively atmosphere. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I always struggle to choose between sweet vs savory. I went with the Triple Fruit French toast this time, but there were so many other options to try! Service was great even though the restaurant was very busy. Note that they may add auto gratuity for larger groups!

Great little old achool diner place. Extremely friendly staff and good coffee. I love how they have a half omellete version which is nicer than the full omellete option. Veggie omellete was great and the pancakes were not bad! Would highly recommend!

Classic breakfast/brunch/lunch diner a plaza a little bit north of Redmond city center. Typical American diner type of decor. Mid size interior divided into a few sections. Very busy on a Sunday. They have an online waitlist that you can use so you don't have to wait at the restaurant as long. Menu has the usual like pancakes, eggs, burgers, sandwiches etc. I got the classic egg benedict and picked the pancakes for the sides (hash browns being the other choice). You can get a half portion or full portion. Full portion gets you the two muffins with ham and runny poached egg on top, with a healthy slathering of hollandaise sauce. Their sauce was pretty good, and so was the ham. Pretty good egg benedicts overall. Got 3 pieces of buttermilk pancakes which were pretty fluffy. Comes with creamy butter, and syrup which is warm and very watery, but was sweet enough. My friend got a half portion of the corned beef scramble, and it tasted decent and good amount of food for the "half" portion". Overall bill including tips was about $50, which is typical these days in the area.

Gorgeous decor, friendly service and yummy food, a perfect win! This place tends to be packed so make sure to join the waitlist ahead of time. The staff is generally able to accommodate any food swaps/ dietary restrictions which is a huge win! I got the California omelette and swapped the bacon out for broccoli! Omelettes come with a side of either hashbrowns or pancakes. If you're going in a group, I recommend at least one person getting the pancake side to share for the table! Portions for the pancake sides are generous! Also kid-friendly and comes equipped with crayons and coloring sheets!

Best brunch place in town! They can split the day lates in two for sharing. Join in the line through their website to avoid the long wait. The only pancakes are so great! It comes with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Also love the corn hash. Everything is delicious!

The diner whole place is very cozy and traditionally styled. Service was direct and minimal. Not super welcoming for a first-timer, but we can't complain too much. The menu is very nice and has many Mexican breakfast dishes which I love. We went for the classic, diner-type breakfast. The Biscuits with Sausage gravy were a 3/5. The biscuits were dry and the sausage links both in the gravy and on the side were a little bland but good meat quality. Eggs were cooked to request. As for the eggs benedict, we enjoyed it! The sauce was creamy and smooth but we'd have preferred it to be a runnier egg. The avocado and fruits were fresh.

This is hands down my favorite spot in the city of Seattle. It feels like a nice quiet diner. The wait staff was doing their best to handle the rush and I think they did an amazing job. I ordered the monte cristo with a side of fries and it was everything that I could ask for. The food was filling and I loved the strawberry jam sauce. I wish I lived near this place so I could come back all the time.

Super cozy vibe, and food was fine. Wasn't super impressed by the pancakes and my egg Benedict was a big disappointment

Went here for lunch on a Monday holiday and it was really busy. My friend knew it was a popular spot so he put us on the online waitlist so we were seated in about 5 minutes after we got there, he had put us on the waitlist 30 minutes prior. It was a fun diner and the service was very nice and very fast, the food portions were really large and everything was pretty good. I enjoyed it!

Smaller than the Crystal Creek Cafe. Food was good but the size contributed to too much noise. Crystal Creek is still our favorite.

Hey, I was thinking of checking this place out, but I wanted to ask if you have any vegan items on the menu?

Sadly, they do not have vegan options on the menu. You I could probably order black coffee, toast and fruits, but that would be about it. Unfortunately I don't know of any vegan options in the area, but good luck with your search!

Food has always been good, from apps to mains. I don't think I've had a burger here, yet...most recently I had the fried chicken, which had been well marinated and cooked - juicy, flavorful, plentiful. Vibe is always chill, here. Now that the weather's warming up, outdoor seating is available. I usually make a reservation, but my sense is for a couple one could almost always walk in without a rez and get seated quickly. Any percentage they charge will get deducted from tipping and discourage us from coming again. 2. They no longer validate parking in the garage behind it since several years ago.
