Extremely disappointed with the service. It took over an hour and a half to get a regular gel x manicure. Lady that helped me had a terrible attitude. When I asked her to please be gentle she just giggled and continued to be rough. I asked if she was mad or if she needed to get another tech to do my nails. Since there was no one else available, I just sucked it up until the service was done. When the service was done, it looked terrible. There was cotton stuck in the nails, nail polish was all over my fingers, nails were missing polish. It was a mess. Who I think may have been the owner did offer to make it right but I had already wasted almost two hours there, and I had things to do. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT go here. My nails turned out a completely different color than advertised. I couldn't stop them in advance because dip nail doesn't show its real color until the end. I always assume it'll be a shade or two off but not two totally different colors. They would not give me a refund or let me change out the color without being charge. UPDATE: I wrote this while waiting to get my nails redone... AFTER they argued with me multiple times that it wasn't there fault and that I had to pay for a new set or leave. They also said that the color I saw on their display nail had faded and hadn't been updated in 5 years... how is that my fault?? Update your display and this wouldn't be an issue...They were willing to let me leave with my nails like that... and didn't change their mind about me paying for it until I was at the checkout counter. I wanted to like this place. They were kind enough to take me and my cousin as walk ins on Mother's Day for a fill and pedi for myself and a polish change and nail fix for her. We arrived around 1:45-2pm or so. We were told that it would be about a 30 minute wait. We agreed. We waited patiently for what seemed like more than 30 minutes. It was actually an hour. No one checked in to say they were running later than expected. We assumed they were still ok to take us. From this moment, I can only speak on my experience. When it was finally our turn to sit in the chair, the gentleman who did my nails repeatedly implied (nicely) that we should have called before coming and that it's better to make an appointment and on and on. His comments made me feel uncomfortable, only because they agreed to take us on a walk in basis. If it was an imposition to accommodate us, it would have been ok to say they could not take walk ins at the moment. I would have happily made an appointment or gone elsewhere at another time. Anyway, The manicurist basically rushed me through. My nails looked thick and lumpy, the polish was not cleaned up around my cuticles. When I pointed out the imperfections, he tried to correct a couple of them but left the others as they were. He just kept repeating that we should have made an appointment, he needed to get home and that they closed soon (it was about 3:45-4:00pm at this time). I was then informed that time did not permit for the pedicure they agreed to see me for. I didn't make a fuss--clearly they were understaffed (something they already knew when they agreed to see us). Sadly, I will not visit this salon again. I'll post pics below (excuse my dry hands at the time of the pics ). Good luck to anyone who visits this salon. I will say that the staff was friendly if nothing else. Just disorganized. Hopefully, you'll have a better experience than I. read more

Kathy is amazing! And so is Mike! Unfortunately I went another time and had an issue with my nails (see pictures). Kathy and Mike were on vacation and when they found out her and Mike redid my nails for free! The girl who wrecked my nails seemed to be new and cut them so short my fingers bled! On top of that when she applied polish, it bubbled and peeled right off before even exiting the salon. She said it looked beautiful and I knew it didn't there was nothing amazing about them. The girl next to her was in such shock seeing my fingers the look on her face was priceless! Not only were my nails messed up they told me I would have to come back the following day to fix them. I wore gloves the rest of the evening I was truly embarrassed to be seen. Kathy and Mike came back and redid my entire set of nails with such an amazing job. Where they don't lack is customer service and this is why I gave 4 Stars. At the end of the day the owners customer service is quality, their manicurists just need more training. read more

This Place is a total joke... On April 5, I went to get SNS nails and wanted to get silver color because it was my birthday the next day and I was going to wear a silver dress. I called in advance and asked to get an appointment at 5:30. I was in a rush and had another appointment right after. The technician started working on my nails at 6:35. I showed the woman which color I wanted. She lost the color I showed her and wasted another 10 minutes finding the color. She did not clean my cuticular and when I asked she said that it is going to be "$5 more" I said it ok. Note: Cutículas should always be cleaned. When cleaning she cut me and I started bleeding. The manager/ owner was unprofessional and extremely rude. The job was not done correctly. I asked the technician if she was licensed and she and the boss started yelling at me telling me to pay at that moment. Without finishing the job. It was my worst experience. I feel a little skeeved out after my visit. This was the first time I'd ever been here. The manicure was nice enough, but the issue came when I went to pay. I left a tip on the credit card receipt, but then was told by the nail tech that their credit card system could not adjust the total with the tip. She said "The owner doesn't pay for that feature with their system." And she asked if I could tip in cash instead, so I obliged. I tipped in cash and then wouldn't you know it....several days later I see the adjusted charge on my credit card account showing they they added the tip. So they lied? They took a tip from me twice. But this was the second time in a row I come with her and both times we experienced horrible service. Both times we waited 2.5 hours until they finally finished with her nails. This last time she came in for a simple manicure. She came with a photo she found online and she wanted that color or something similar. They didn't even try and match anything and instead they gave us over 150 colors to choose from. When we walked in they didn't even greet us and we sat over 30 min waiting. Over the course of 2.5 hours over 6 customers came in and were taken care of even before us. They employees didn't even say anything to us, they didn't tell us who was next or anything. We then chose a color and they made a mistake and used a drastically different one. They blamed us and even called us liars. Finally after they finished they charged us 45 dollars! I think it was a combination of my cuticles being cut too short and the not properly sterilized instruments. :-(. I was put on a week of antibiotics by my doctor due to the visible pus that was growing under my nail. I am now in risk of losing my thumb nail. Came here on a Thursday afternoon and Mike did my nails. It was my first time trying SNS so I don't know much about that department other than I was told by my cousin that it's a healthier route when getting your nails done so I yelped a lot of nail shops in the Hollywood koreatown area that offered SNS. Vina nails was the one who offered the most color options for SNS so I made an appointment. So far, I really liked my first experience and it helped that Mike was so friendly. he worked fast while being very precise. I would recommend getting an appointment with him if you can!
