We were greeted by "Whiskey" the cat and as we were told apparently he was a stray and greets everyone as they arrive which was cute. They have misters which helped a lot with the heat.

Hillary started us off with '22 Chardonnay Paso Robles AVA that was perfect! For the reds we chose a '20 Estate Tannat, the '22 Montepulciano, the '21 Merlot, and two bottles of the 10 year French Oak Barrels Indulge. We chose to share the tasting (full disclosure, I did much of the tasting) and we went down their list of white and reds. I'm a white lover generally , but these reds were SO good that we chose five of them along with the white. Teri, the owner, is an incredible host and made the wine tasting experience very satisfying and relaxing. Take Hwy 78 towards Julian and you'll find it on the left! Cheers!

There's a small, but comfortable area inside by a stone fireplace, as well as a nice deck in front offering the wonderful views of the vineyards and surrounding hills. They even have a cave, however it's not open to the public (at least as of our last visit). WINES: Andy (owner/winemaker) poured for us and provides good service and nice insight on his wines and vineyard. One tasting fee is waived with one bottle purchase, as Andy's motto is "We want to sell wines, not tastings". Chuparosa offers mostly Italian, French, and some Spanish varietals (Albariño, Grenache Gris, Mourvèdre/Grenache Rosè, Sangiovese, Cab Franc, and Zinfandel) and in my opinion they're all well-made, elegant wines, some of the best in the region. Chuparosa is a "must visit" winery when in the Ramona wine country.

Milagro Farm is just that, a working farm with many aspects, including the winery. The tasting room, patio, and barrel room facilities have a rustic vibe, but are very nice. They have a large selection of varietals, including a Sparkling, Sauv Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Barbera, Cab Sauv, Petite Sirah, and some blends. The wines are okay, not necessarily matching my palate, but others seem to really enjoy them. I always say that with wine, what I like/dislike may differ from your palate, so I suggest that you try them out yourselves. Overall, a relaxing, enjoyable time and location.
