    Mac & cheese.
    Barb H.

I'd eaten there before and loved the food but not this time. Everything was disappointing - the service as well as the food. The service was slow to non-existent. They were slow to take our order as well as bring out the food and take care of us. My son asked for more water and finally just got up and went inside and got it himself. I tried 3 different dishes: the kale nachos were inedibly salty. The mac & cheese was white, watery thin and the "cheese" sauce has curdled/split. Maybe they forgot to add the cheese. Check out the photo. We didn't finish it. The beets in "The Beet goes on" salad were inedibly vinegary. the recipe did say balsamic-roasted (which sounded good) but these were awful. They tasted more vinegary than pickled beets. Even though I was starving, I couldn't finish the beets. Also, they added in a 2% "Kitchen Appreciation Fee"! Really?! That's a new one!

Excellent food and service, nice dog friendly outdoor patio. Wife ordered the Asian chopped salad and I had the Korean wings. Both were delicious and the portions were big enough for two meals. Really a nice find thanks to Yelp.

First time at the new location. So, what has changed: First and foremost, Vinaigrette has ended the tipless policy where wait staff appreciation was simply included in the price. What replaced that is a new Kitchen Appreciation Fee (2%). Second, the location has less convenient parking. Third, there seems to be fewer waitstaff than at the previous location. Not sure why, perhaps someone was out on a Saturday lunchtime. Or the owner wants to reduce staff expenses. OK, so what is the same? Food is as good as I recall from the old location. We enjoyed our meals. Ambiance inside is as interesting as the old place and the outdoor seating is much larger. Recommended.

Salads, soups, sandwiches, sides, cocktails, mocktails... Vinaigrette is a solid lunch spot for some healthy options. The menu has their salads organized by sweet, savory, "bright and zingy" and "in balance" salads; you also have the option of adding meat, seafood, and other extras (like panko-crusted goat cheese). I opted for the cobb salad (sans bacon) with the "beet drink." I didn't expect to finish my salad - but I sho' enough did! There's indoor and patio dining, and there's also a new pickleball court. They also have other locations in Santa Fe and in Austin, Texas.

Cute spot on Route 66 with delicious salads and other tasty offerings with friendly staff in a vibrant colorful relatively quiet atmosphere. There are so many salads and they are a lot more unique than most restaurant offerings and do a great job balancing flavors and textures to complement the meal and make it very enjoyable. They do have other food and beverages that are pretty good, but their salads are outstanding.

We had an amazing experience at Vinaigrette today. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared -- the kind of meal that feels both satisfying and light. The Caesar Salad was a full main course, and it delivered exactly what you want from a great Caesar: crisp greens, balanced dressing, and clean flavors. Simple, fresh, and really well executed. The Reuben, though, completely stole the show. It was so good we ended up ordering a second one. The flavors were bold without being heavy, and the balance of tangy, savory, and crunchy made it one of the best Reubens we've ever had. The Beet Goes On was another highlight -- colorful, creative, and layered with flavor. It's one of those dishes that reminds you why Vinaigrette has such a loyal following. Vinaigrette nails that rare mix of modern creativity, fresh ingredients, and food that leaves you feeling great afterward. We walked out already talking about what we want to try next.

Such a delicious salad place! I believe this is the only dedicated salad shop in Albuquerque and man it's pretty delicious! They give you a bunch of focaccia for $2 and a huge serving of salad. Yeah, the price is steep but it's super worth it! They have wine beer and some cocktails as well. They even have a new pickleball court out front! Service was prompt and kind. Super clean and bright inside!

I don't know what it is, but vinaigrette truly is the only place that I have ever craved a salad. It's just usually not something that I find myself craving, however there's something magical they do to that lettuce to make it delightful. Let's be real, it's not a cheap place but the food is genuinely good. From the salads to the sandwiches, there's something for everyone on the menu. I personally really like the turkey sandwich but this time I wanted to try a few different apps. I ended up not being able to get the wings that I wanted to try because they were out and said that was the last day of their seasonal menu, but I tried the duck tacos and the kale nachos. The duck tacos do not look like tacos at first, but they are very flavorful. The nachos came with about six chips with black beans, kale, and an avocado cream sauce. I really enjoyed both and that was what I counted as my dinner. I also want to note that they did move, they are now just a little bit further up central, and the new set up is nice. I think the restaurant overall is a little small on the inside now, but the patio is great and kind of closed off central.

The Omega salad with Herb Chicken breast, the Cobb salad with steak and Ginger Turmeric Tonic!

Healthiest and most delicious meal we've had in Albuquerque! Must try the Omega salad with herb chicken breast and the Cobb salad with steak. Both were very hearty meals, but S healthy. The Ginger Turmeric Tonic was out of this world! The service was excellent. Our very kind server gave a complimentary chopped hard-boiled egg for the Omega salad, although the salad didn't come with it. The interior was colorful, cozy, and filled with beautiful artwork created by the owner's mother. It was like eating in a very hip, comfy art museum.

I met Erin in 2008 at her family's home in Nambe, NM when Vinaigrette was a dream. She showed me where she was going to grow the vegetables and how she was going to care for them. Since then, I think she name that land, the farm. Her dream came true starting with opening Vinaigrette in Santa Fe. Then in Albuquerque, then Austin. She also opened Modern, another boutique restaurant. Special. I rely on being served fresh and clean foods. Clean meaning no pesticides. The Albuquerque location has moved to where Modern was, up the road in Central and the food is still great. The paintings by and memories of her Aunt Judy are still hanging on the walls to add color to an already colorful space. I just love it there and will continue to support Erin and her staff.

Mushroom soup and lemon garlic mashies
    Ashley A.

Food is always fresh and delicious. My go-to is the La pepita salad. Kale, black beans, chicken and a zesty vinaigrette dressing there's also seeds (not sure what type of seed) The mushroom soup is always a favorite. Today was the first time I tried their lemon garlic mashed potatoes. Reasoning for the three stars is because of the service. Waitress was very nice but she would walk by our table (sitting outside in 87 degree weather) and see that we had no water and she failed to offer or fill our waters up multiple times. I requested additional dressing & had to ask multiple times. I eat there often and this same issue happens every time. I think the wait staff would do good with additional training. They have outdoor and indoor seating.

The apartments were thoroughly cleaned weekly. When necessary, immunization clinics were brought to each resident and if you wanted to participate, they made it easy. Eventually that passed and life got back to normal but it's hard not to recognize the professional handling of that difficult time. The building was renovated and mad lovely for us. If anything needed to be updated, it was life moved along smoothly and I must admit, to my surprise. There were many staff changes but amazingly, the staff remained warm and caring. Deep down, I can forget that they are dealing with many different personalities and sometimes elderly people can be a tad grumpy. The loving staff simply overlooks the bad days. Food is always an issue but the menu is large with choices for everyone. If that isn't enough, there's a really great Bistro you don't want to mis. The activities are numerous and year round. Extremely disappointing experience at Sixty Six Acres…read more We walked in and were seated immediately on the patio. I had read so many positive reviews and was genuinely excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, we walked out without ever being served. While we sat there, multiple staff members walked past our table without acknowledging us. No greeting. No water. No "someone will be right with you." Nothing. Then another couple arrived after us and was seated in the same small patio area. They were promptly greeted, given water, and attended to by a waiter who seemed more than happy to serve them. Meanwhile, we were still sitting there trying to figure out whether anyone planned to acknowledge our table. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was looking around and realizing there were no other Black or Brown patrons in the establishment at the time. I cannot definitively say race played a role in how we were treated, but given the stark difference in service between our table and the couple seated after us, I would be dishonest if I said the thought didn't cross my mind. We eventually got up and left. Good food reviews mean very little if certain guests can sit at a table while staff repeatedly walk past them as though they aren't there. Whether this was discrimination, poor training, or simply terrible service, the experience was unacceptable and left us feeling completely unwelcome. We came prepared to spend our money and enjoy dinner. Instead, Sixty Six Acres made it very easy for us to take our business elsewhere.
