I accepted all of this. A young man took my order. Efficient. Unmoved by the universe. He said fifteen minutes. It was ten. A small victory for truth. Under promise, over deliver. It was fresh and it was right, and it provided an Instagram worthy cheese pull if only I were into such things. The bread held its dignity. Toasted properly. No collapse, no tragedy. It was a slightly thinner base and crust as compared to more doughy and thicker counterparts in the area. The chicken parm sandwich was similarly above average with decent ingredients. Everything was satisfying and on par for a good central NJ pizza experience. I'd rate my overall experience a solid 3.5/5, but happy to round up since the person working the counter was kind and thanked me when I went to pick up.
