This establishment sits in a very busy space of Studio City, but on this day it was perfectly located next to a massage parlor I had just visited. I dropped by with a few coworkers and needless to say the ambiance was perfect post massage. It was very relaxing and very intimate. We ordered quite a few items such as the Gnocchi, their special grilled cheese of the day which came with Mozzarella sticks in it , the Vintage Burger, and the Red Wine Braised Beef. We also enjoyed a few different glasses of wine, personally I'm partial to Cabernet Sauvignon and it all blended together extremely well. Lovely patio order at the register spot. They bring your food and drinks to the table and the staff remain very attentive. The burger was delicious. I cannot recommend Vintage highly enough. I hosted an event here and was absolutely blown away by Erinn. She was incredible and so helpful. She made me feel like family. We came in to try the food before the event and it was delicious. The staff is all so kind. The room is larger than you'd expect with plenty of outdoor & indoor tables, cute booths, and a bar. The ambiance is wonderful. The bottles and glasses of wine are varied and delicious. Happy hour is quite a deal and the HH wines are constantly changing. On Wednesdays they do a grilled cheese night and I ordered grilled cheese (along with a few other delicious items) for my event and I have heard about the grilled cheese from many guests, multiple times since then. I love coming to Vintage ! The owner and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. The interior is beautifully decorated. They have a nice variety of wines- they even have orange wines which I love. Cutest little place in Studio City. My friends and I came by for happy hour during the holiday season and it was so nice. "Now this is a vibe" my lovely wife tells me as we walk in. Dimly lit, upbeat but music but not too loud to overpower conversation. We came in just for a glass of wine but plenty of folks were here eating dinner as well. Super friendly staff. My wife ordered the Chardonnay and was immediately poured a sample while being given more information about the wine (it wasn't a traditionally buttery Chardonnay but she loved it nonetheless). We took a look at the menu and it seems like they have different theme nights that all seem worthy of repeat visits. Lastly, I simply LOVED these little 2-person booths they have along the far wall. Decided to check out Vintage Wine + Eats for a spur of the moment date night in Studio City. Street parking wasn't bad and we noticed how cute this place is, so we opted to try it out! Great selection of many California and central coast wines. They offer a limited menu with many interesting apps, salads and creative dishes. It looks like they have good happy hour specials. We ordered the curried cauliflower, mac & cheese and the artisan chopped salad. The good: the curried cauliflower was good. The sauce made it a bit soggy, but the flavor was great. The mac & cheese was well done and provided a nice kick of smoked paprika. The best dish for sure. A small portion for the price, but very good. The not so good: the artisan chopped salad was not good. It stated there was grilled chicken in the salad, but it was more like boiled flavorless chopped chicken you would get in a grab in go salad. The hearts of palm were a strange addition and pretty off putting. The dressing was the best part. Overall very strange. The service was good and the environment has a nice laid back Cali vibe. When I entered, the decor and smell made me think I'd stepped into a cafe in Europe. It's lively and reminiscent of a French wine bar. They have a large menu of by the glass wines in addition to bottles. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. He was eager to suggest and let us try a couple different wines before we decided on our preferred beverage. My husband got a stray and I got a Chardonnay, both of which were delicious.
