A regular spot for us to try unique vintage wines. Their selections are incredible! Food, service, and ambiance is a 10 out of 10!! Zaitouna always helps us and is extremely informative and just awesome but Regardless of who helps you, you won't be disappointed. Love this hidden gem!

Last night I met up with a friend to catch up, and she recommended Augustine Wine Bar. I'd seen it in passing but this was the first time I had been inside. I loved the intimate and relaxed feel, and everyone was incredibly attentive. Although their menu is limited, my friend and I found some pretty good dinner options. My friend had the Loch Duart Scottish Salmon while I had the Squid Ink Bucatini and a glass of Chenin Blanc. The bucatini was a little too al dente and a touch salty, but overall it had good flavor. I would highly recommend Augustine Wine Bar for small friend gatherings or a nice date night. Lovely wine bar, looking forward to going back.

We came here after trying Mirabelle Wine Bar (which we loved) and we loved this spot as well. Jake was a pleasure and he was so well informed, I hope to see him there next time! We sampled a few and went with one of the vintage reds and a white from their whites list. They were both so good. The place is also very cozy and I loved the vibes it's a great date spot. We only got the tator tots for food but those were really good. I can't wait to come back and try other wines.

Augustine pours for the discerning palate, with none of the pretense. A romantic date spot, cozy catch-up with friends, and fun solo at the bar too. I usually give a few notes on what I'm in the mood for, and the hosts take care of the rest. The food is pretty good too. It's an interesting mix of options, but there's something for everyone. The standout for me was, surprisingly, the tater tots--not so much the tots themselves, but the scallion emulsion. That dip took them to the next level and made it feel like a gourmet experience. Parking is tricky if you don't opt for valet. There are only a few street spots out front, but I've had luck around the corner in the residential area.

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars! Zaitouna, Jake and Isaiah are excellent hosts! They know all about every wine and are fun people!! Every wine we had was amazing! I love the vintage selection by the glass! The food was so fresh and tasty!! Quite the gem in sherman oaks! I highly recommend it!!

So glad to have finally made it back after they were shutdown due to the fire! I enjoyed a lovely glass of red wine and ordered the squid ink bucatini. I think the pasta would have been better with a lot less salt. Otherwise, the staff were super nice and attentive. Look forward to more trips back!

    Immaculate vibes.

What a sweet place. Loved the decor, the food, and the wine. Vibes are outstanding. Will be back.

The staff is amazing the ambience puts me in a classy almost New Orleans vibe. But more modern. The wine is amazing and the cheese plate sets off the flavors of the wines. They explain everything to you if you like. The inception red wine was amazing one of my fav, the other ones I loved I forgot. The wine made me forget . Next time I'll write it all down I'll defiantly go back with besties Quick reviews just for you

Cozy spot in Sherman Oaks that has both amazing wine and food. Cute spot for a date night or a get together with friends! Augustine dooesn't take reservations, we got there pretty early and were able to snag a spot for our party of six in a handful of cozy chairs by the window. As it got later in the evening the place was packed -- so suggest if you can, to get there earlier or be prepared to wait for a seat. To order drinks or food there is a designated spot to order at the bar and then the food is delivered directly to your table. Since we were a party of 6 - we were able to sample a lot of the food. Round one consisted of a cheese and meat platter - very yummy! We ordered the White Bean Hummus toast- the flavors of this were outstanding we loved it so much that for round two we ordered it again! Also in round two we got the grilled seeded bread which came with Vermont butter, the crispy maitake mushroom which included white polenta - can we take a moment of appreciation for this dish, it was so delicious, honestly didn't taste like mushroom the polenta was creamy and all the flavors made it spectacular - and the the short rib pappardelle with charred mushroom ragu - I will dream of this dish, and will be back to just eat this one alone! Couldn't end the fun there, so we shared a couple orders of the salted caramel pot de creme! While they only have one dessert item when were there, it was a 10/10! Don't skip on this dessert. We all had various wines/beers throughout the night. The selection is big and the staff was very helpful in guiding choices, i wanted to enjoy a merlot and had selected a glass that i thought i would enjoy, the bartender asked if i wanted to try another merlot that he thought was more align to what i would like - now you may be thinking this glass was probably more expensive, but it was not! I love that he just really wanted me to have the best merlot while enjoying our bites. Great service, great atmopshere, perfect local spot, so glad they are back open! Valet is available for $12 along with street parking!

The shrimp was big and well marinated, oh what fun this one was! It was a crime this didn't have more bread to soak it in. I'm not just leaving money on the table, I'm leaving bliss. These were great to share. Paella Mariscos - 4.5/5 - After everything we had this was a fairly good portion for 3 people even though it says it serves 2 (I still stand by the 2 serving if you don't have much tapas). With that said I think this was a little more on the simpler side when it came to flavor. You could tell it wasn't trying to do too much while still letting you know she's the star of the show. You have to dig a little spicy, which I do...but the vodka cream sauce is the real highlight of this dish. For deserts we got the apple cobbler, the creme brulee and sticky toffee cake. All three were fantastic. But I preferred the cobbler and the toffee cake the most. We didn't get the Le Petit Gateau, their chocolate cake...but we decided to get one to go! HA...it's unbelievably rich and pretty tall and big. It's topped with candied wild cheries...it's two days later and we're still eating this yummy treat. All in all...I would recommend this for any occasion...wether you're looking for just a night out with solid service and great food, to a romantic evening. We got there around 6...but later on there was live music with these two gentlemen on guitars that really played perfect atmosphere music. You can't go wrong with a night out at Firefly!

Yes, please :) Everyone hanging out at the bar was super fun and friendly. And the super cool staff here is extra thoughtful. The have a very unique selection of red, white, rose and sparkling, including some skin contact (Orange wine), seltzers and other beverage gems in their multi-door fridge/cold box near the front end of Haley's. Incredible places to sit and lounge throughout. Feels like a slice of home, but everyone is invited and there's wine! Think I need a work day here or several. Perfect place for a day or night time sip, thoughtful snacks on their menu and to enjoy with a friend or two. Lots of vegan friendly finds and as an also Wine Specialist for 15 years I know my way around wine and love discovering new labels as well as ones from all over the world. Local, Hungarian, Argentinian, French, Italian, Haley's has a little of it all. Haley also supports the community in a big way with a cool bulletin area and display showcasing lots of services, business cards and local happenings. Easy stroll from North Hollywood station, LA Metro services and parking garages. Street parking is around, side streets and further up can be your friend, but if you know this part of North Hollywood in the NoHo Arts District, you know parking can be a journey. Rideshare is fairly easy here. And when having a glass a two, drinking responsibly is also good for you. Restroom available for customers. Wine Shop neon sign is something I need to see more in my life. Not to mention all the great artwork for sale on their walls. Open Wednesday through Sunday as early as 2PM during weekdays and as early as Noon on weekends. Closing hour vary on special nights and pop ups, such as Trivia Thursdays (open until 9pm), or that cool Dumpling Pop up that was happening the day I popped in. Good vibes, upright piano and perfect lighting that's waiting for you. Haley's Wines is top tier fun, classes, special events and then some, so raise a glass and cheers to this gem waiting for you!

There's wine, beer, sake, small bites (tin fish and crackers) without being pretentious. Everything is affordable and Hayley's good at recommendations if you're up front about what you usually like. The owner is always up to something busy but stays chill and available for all her customers. One time, I dropped by and someone was covering for her and this person was just meh - idk if they were just having a rough day or they didn't like me, but I didn't feel like hanging around to figure out. Folks who are regulars here seem like really nice down to earth folks you wanna be friends with. That's really nice to have a staple watering hole.

I do remember seeing that it's a coffee shop as there were people working on their laptops every time I've walked by. Well what caught our eyes, they were offering 2 for 1 wine during the art walk. Well, that was a no given that we needed to stop by to check it out. The place is quite cute. Dim lighting in the lounge area. Tables with a candle light and lightly dim throughout the whole place. Seating right when you walk in as well as and some table outside. The second room or back area is where you order. There's a glass displays with all the pastries. Not only a coffee shop, but a wine bar. I honestly didn't know that they offered this. There was a good selections of the reds available for the 2 for 1. Pricewise, it range from 16.00-18.00 a glass. As it was the art walk, it was quite busy. You order, which the gentlemen that was taking orders was quite friendly. All the staff member were friendly. After ordering, you just wait till your drinks were brought out and names were called. Also seat yourself. The concept with wine and coffee is quite smart as it brings everyone in. Obviously as it was the art walk, it was quite busy. I can't believe whenever I walked by so many times and never walked in. Knowing now that it's wine and coffee it's a must next time.
