Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. It was a week before labor day weekend and I really wanted the doors installed before the weekend holiday and he was able to get them installed for me! Another note, after getting the doors installed my kids somehow locked my dogs outside for some time and they scratched our front door pretty bad ... My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. The windows they installed are not soundproof as advertised, and worse, they caused water leaks that led to additional damage in my home. I had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes just to prevent further damage. In the end, I spent even more money repairing issues caused by their poor workmanship and materials. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but have not received any response. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality work and reliability.
