So I checked this place out, located near Arundel Mills, I thought why not! Thanks to Christian for mentioning this place to me, I went in and got a facial. When you walk in it is very clean, which is good! They greeted me and gave me a bottle water, nice touch. I got there early and they took me back straight away. The room was cold, but I didn't say anything. They waxed me first, which was quick and painless, I liked that. Then the person doing my facial came in with blankets and I was cozy and warm and ready for my facial. The facialist was a bit talkative, but in a way it was good, she was letting my know what she was doing and all I had to do was relax. Overall my experience was great. My facial was 30 minutes, it felt like longer, I had a hard time staying awake. They were courteous and professional, I am coming back for a mani and pedi. Also they pressed me to use cashapp, Venmo, or cash even though i they take card and i wanted to use my card. Overall very rushed (and we're not busy),messy results, painful, will not be back. I walked into the location and was immediately impressed, the decor portrays the spa-like feel. Beautiful salon! Receptionist was a doll. Hubby and I walked in (no appointment) and waited about 5 minutes before getting started. We were offered water, tea, and wine while I picked out my nail color! That was really nice. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish done by Patrick. He was fabulous. He was really nice, listened to my request for super-square nails, took his time, and did a fabulous job. I even received a hand massage, lotion application, and hot towel once the service was finished. The salon is IMMACULATE and everyone was friendly and professional. I've gotten my nails done here 2 times, but after the second time. NEVER AGAIN. They did great on my acrylic nails with a design. BEAUTIFUL and durable. I don't know WHAT happened with the mood change gel manicure I got. Then I got a pedicure and together the Mani/pedi (pedi was NOT gel) was $76!! Wtf why so overpriced?! Horrible job on my gel nails. They started chipping within 4 days, AND! The skin around my nails all started to peel and hurt afterwards. Very very different result from my acrylic experience. Maybe it was the difference in technicians. Tina did my acrylic, crystal did my gel. Before this fiasco, I got eyelash extentions and I was very very disappointed. $125 for eyelashes! They started falling out the next day!! Every morning i woke up eyelashes were coming off. They only lasted like a week! I came here with my mother-in-law on a Saturday the women at the front desk were very friendly and helped us pick what we want d since it was our first time here. My mother-in-law got a gel pedicure and I got gel manicure. I had Lisa and she did a wonderful job and made sure I approved of how they looked after each coat (I got 3 coats). After she was done she even put lotion and massaged my hands a bit. Only complaint I have was that Lisa would check her phone and reply periodically. She chatted a little bit but then let me just relax. Eyebrow wax went by so quickly and painless. She was very good and did not overly thin my eyebrows. I asked for a natural look with clean up and she got it right. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very impressive. Happy about the pricing as well. Facility was extremely clean. They do NOT double dip wax either. I'm very happy with the service I received. I went on a monday afternoon (430pm) and it was not crowded at all. Quick polite service. First and last time customer - the wait for service was about an hour. Then they decided to have another customer who just came in receive service because the current available nail technician didn't know how to do acrylic nails (smh). My service - not thorough and clean. There seemed to be an extra charge for everything from cuticle trimming to shaping nails in a particular way. Nail technicians couldn't do a easy simple design on two fingers and thought I would be okay with it. (Nope!) then the fixing the nail process was not thorough and clean. Professionalism - oh what can I say... the nail technician (name unknown, short bob cut, older women) was distracted about a previous customer who received nail service from her then wanted the nail service she received taken off immediately, so she watched her while still working on my nails and being inappropriate. Then after while, gentlemen who I believe was the manager (short, black glasses, was in a puffy black vest) and another nail technician sat there and laughed and joked for at least another 30 mins and distracted my nail technician once again and the botched job was complete. My new favorite nail place! I've been looking for a new spot since the last place I was going to started to go down hill. I love getting a gel manicure and this place has the best staff! The entire salon is beautiful and clean and everyone that works there is happy and friendly. A good gel manicure here takes about an hour, and they pay attention to detail. They make sure every nail is just right and the amount of care and time is definitely noticeable! A gel manicure from this place will last me 4 weeks!!! My nails have never looked better! They are also great at pedicures as I have brought a friend of mine with me and she was extremely impressed. We were offered wine and got to relax for 30 mins while our feet were in heaven. Another thing I also noticed was that about 90% of the time, the staff will speak in English. I've been to other places where the entire time staff chit chatted back in forth in their native tongue and it gets rather rude and annoying. I have heard a few staff at this location say things in a different language to a co-worker, but they don't constantly talk back and forth. If anything, the spa is quiet and peaceful. I've also had a blow out down at the salon and the gentleman did a FABULOUS job! I can't think of his name, but I've never seen my hair so perfectly straight and shiny! I dont know why but every time I've been here its been pretty bad. I have seen some of the workers here do great nails, but I have gone three times and had bad experiences with each person that has done mine. Their nails look alright, but they dont last more than two weeks, if not less, before starting to chip or peel off. Also i went to get acrylics taken off and the guy almost ripped my whole nail off because he tried to peel it off instead of putting it in solution (when he realized the damage he did on the first nail he looked at me and said 'you're making me do a lot of work, ill have to soak them and take the others off differently'). I would recommend only going if you know someone specific who does good nails there and schedule for them because the walk-in workers are pretty bad. read more

I came here for eyelash extensions and it was my first time ever having it done. They ended up gluing multiple lashes together to my natural lashes and the end result was painful heavy lashes that pinched my eyelids. When I went to have them filled with a real esthetician, they discovered that many of natural eyelashes were unsalvageable and they filled what they could, but they won't be full for at least several weeks. Cheryl is a great hairstylist!! I always come here for my pedicures and eyebrow wax. I have never thought to get my hair done here. So glad I took the chance. Cheryl really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me realistic expectations based on my hair type. She started dying on the lighter side and stopped when we got to the right shade. Really nice place! It is lovely inside and both of the women who attended me on my two different visits were so kind and the gel manicure and deluxe gel pedicure have held up well. My nails grow really fast, so I appreciate that they paint the nails all the way to the cuticle inside of several millimeters away like some places. At those other places, I'd be unhappy the manicure within a week as it does not look professional. I came here based on the yelp reviews and I saw the special for a $25 spa pedicure. I ended up getting a spa pedicure and a manicure. The place is well decorated and feels luxurious. It could feel like a true spa experience. However I was not impressed. In fact, I'm disappointed. I felt like the girl that did my pedicure would rather be somewhere else. I don't even think she smiled or told me her name. My receipt sys Linda. It was mostly 1 word communication. (The other technician was equally quiet and unenthusiastic). She seemed to do the bare minimum. My polish looks great but my feet feel rough. Probably needed more buffing and lotion. I feel like I need to go home and exfoliate and moisturize my feet. The manicure was basic but I had to keep telling her to file more and make it round. One hand was clearly shorter than the other. But again, it didn't seem like she cared. They are still uneven. I should have said no to a manicure. Both services came to $45. I regret coming here and not going to my usual salon in Laurel. read more

I came here expecting it to be a pleasant experience due to the way the place looks. My mistake. I was taken as soon as I got in there though. The nail tech was rushing and not paying very good attention to what she was doing. I asked for a new set for my acrylic overlay with gel and she didn't want to do it and said I didn't need it. To me that seemed very lazy, as she had me in her chair for a maximum of 40 minutes by only doing a fill and the quality of the gel polish was a streaky mess. She even went so far as to not even make sure they were even after she hacked away at my nails with a file. So the end result were uneven, unmatched nails with streaky gel polish and to top it all off it cost me $45. Definitely won't be spending money here again. read more

The nail she replaced is crooked and her attempt at doing Ombre was horrible. She had no clue what she was doing. Another technician made a good attempt at fixing it but its still not great. And they still charged the full cost of the design. My suggestion is to just stay away. There are far better nail salons in the area that do so much better, cost much less, and actually care about the job they do for customer. Horrible experience! I was so excited to try this salon and now I wish I hadn't. The tech was so rude. I told her I was trying to do my nails every two weeks but could not afford the $40 she quoted me for a fill with acrylic nails and gel nail polish.
