Had a transmission put in my 2008 dodge ram 2500 that I was having no problems with but I wanted that bullet proof transmission from BD Diesel. Well it lasted 17,000 Miles and broke down along the Highway out of state. Had to pay a tow Uber and car rental and leave it at an Amco. This transmission wasn't right from the get go. Now they are not covering the labor to put in another transmission ( or the same one fixed) after telling me they would pay $72 an hour. Dishonest and poor work. I'll not take my diesel there again. read more

We brought our truck to Vision for diagnostics and repair and agreed to a $200 diagnostic charge. When my husband picked our truck up because we could not afford the repairs at the current time we were charged an additional $400 for additional diagnostics that we did not agree to. We will not be using this shop for the repairs and I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

Had my truck broken into twice at vision diesel. Derek the owner told me it was not his problem. I have about $5-$6k in damages on my service bed. Said it was not his problem. I had a coolant leak I took the truck to them twice to fix it and never did causing my engine to blow a head gasket after just putting in a bulletproofed engine and transmission in costing $22k. He quoted me $9,500 when the engine was still under warranty. Do not recommend. Still find glass in the truck from the first time someone broke in and stole my touch screen. read more

Take your truck here if you don't care how long it takes, or if works right after they are done with it. Worse shop I've ever dealt with.

I had a significant amount of engine work done on my 6.4L powerstroke. Includes new radiator, innercooler, cold air intake, new fuel pump, tuning and other goodies. The work was sanitary and professional. The electrical wiring was neat and protected. Communication was flawless. The quote was accurate, work completed on time. Pretty bad when they say it will only take 2.5-3 weeks to fix your truck then it winds up staying there for nearly two months. Wouldn't recommend going here. Curtis (co-owner) lied when he said he would get me injectors at his price. Not worth the hassle. read more
