Stay clear away from this "company"! Had requested a quote for some lights/fixtures to be replaced. They responded via Yelp with what seemed to be a reasonable price. A date and time were set. When the day arrived, no showed up at the scheduled time. I had to message them. They responded that the electrician was held up at another job and would need to reschedule. This should have been a red flag warning already! So the electrician comes the following week. He finishes part of the job and is cleaning up to leave. I asked about the other light fixtures I had requested to be changed. He looks confused. The electrician was nice, but English was not his primary language. After some time, the electrician was able to say he didn't have a work order for the light fixtures. He would need to reschedule as he didn't have a ladder tall enough needed for the job. Once again, I reschedule! I called the company the week of the appointment to confirm and get confirmation. We'll the day arrive and nothing! I reached out to the company yet again for a missed appointment. They say the electrician need a helper, and the helper had an emergency. So, for the 3rd time, I rescheduled. Well, the day arrives, and it's too no one's surprise no call from the electrician or the company for the missed time frame. I'm done with the poorly managed poor excuse for an Electric company. I took time off work so that I could make the appointment and you can understand how I was concerned when the time reached 1:45 and the tech still had not arrived and I hadn't heard from the company. I called the company and they apologized for the delay and assured me that the tech was on his way. Fast forward to 4:00pm a full three and a half hours later I get a call from the company wanting to confirm my appointment, telling me the tech is on the way... I wasted a PTO day for these folks. Vitality came back to the house on a warranty call as one of the fixtures installed on the 29th of October wasn't working. The team that arrived was again efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They confirmed that the wiring wasn't the issue and took apart the fixture itself to diagnose the issue. Even with a new sensor, the light isn't functioning correctly. I called these guys to help me with an electrical issue I was having with my AC/Furnace not receiving power. The HVAC company asked that I call an electrician to fix the wiring since it was misconfigured on the initial set up from the previous installers. So I called Vitality Electric. What I liked about Vitality Electric was that they did send somebody out the same day and were very responsive. The electrician that came onsite was very friendly however he spoke no English which made it very challenging to communicate and to help him understand what the initial problem was. Anyways he did fix some wiring configuration to get my HVAC unit up and running however it did not solve it long-term as it went out an hour later after he left. In fact I called him back to come fix the issue only for him to tell me that it was HVAC company's problem not his. That didn't go well with me. The next day I called the HVAC company and they said what the electrician "fixed"really wasn't the problem instead he should have fixed the wiring on the circuit box outside that ran the power to the AC unit. The HVAC company called an electrician who then fixed the problem and finally the AC unit worked. I felt that I spent a lot of money with Vitality Electric but yet in the end it did not solve my problem. I will not use these guys again and probably try somewhere else if I ever have an electrical issue. read more

As I began installing some new breakers in my panel, I noticed that the 20 A DFCI breaker that they installed was plug on neutral, which isn't supported in my panel. They somehow made it fit by breaking certain plastic pieces, which is highly unprofessional of them. Just because they did not have a pigtail breaker does not mean it's OK to force a plug on neutral breaker in. If they want to upsell me on a dual function breaker by telling me that future code will require GFCI protection in closets, although the 2023 code has not expanded it to closets, they better install the right breaker. Either way, I replaced that breaker with an AFCI one. Now I have to find a way to get rid of this damaged breaker. I wish I can reuse it to update an existing circuit in my house that actually requires both forms of protection, but nope, I had to buy another one. Clearly, if you hire these so-called professionals, be very careful. I should've picked a better time for them to come do this project so that I can be present throughout the entire job. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Also, knowing a little bit of Russian does help. read more

Unfortunately didn't have a great experience with Vitality. Had them come add an outlet in our bathroom. Their price was reasonable and they were available on short notice and with all the great reviews I set up an appointment. The electrician that came for the job spoke very little English. Luckily, I felt that the install was pretty straight forward. He worked efficiently but when he was done, he showed me that he had accidentally made a hole in my drywall. All he kept saying was "my bad" but didn't offer to repair it or compensate/discount their service for the repairs. With the help of google translate, I was able to get him to grab some supplies to patch the areas. Unfortunately after he left, it dried very poorly and I will probably have to have someone help me patch it better. I texted the owner to let him know what happened and all he said was "I apologize for that and hope you can easily get a paint match at Home Depot". So a 3 star for getting the job done but minus 2 for causing me more work/trouble. Wouldn't use them again or recommend. read more

Vitality Electric came out to my parent's house to solve the electrical problem we were having. The first team that came out replaced a couple of breakers as well as check some wiring in the attic. Although we were having the same problem a couple of days after, they came back the next day under their warranty call. The next team seemed more experienced, quickly identified that the wrong breakers were installed and replaced them out. We haven't had any problems.
