I saw an ad on Instagram and thought I would check out VMC with my son. My son is a teenager and skateboards. He had suffered a mild separation of his shoulder from skateboarding in December 2021. His shoulder healed but complained about pain in his upper back. We went to our first appointment and Dr. Leila and Dr. Parisa did a full evaluation. They took x-rays as well and his spine was way off alignment. His neck had no curve and most likely due to looking at his phone and computer. I had an exam as well and decided for both of us to start treatment right away. Our treatment plan is a combination of chiropractic, physical therapy and physiotherapy. We go three times a week and it has been three weeks since we started. Both my son and I have noticed a difference in our overall health. We both stand taller and have more mobility in our neck and back. We have more visits to go but I'm very impressed with our treatment. I've had knee pain for years and was never able to get accurately diagnosed until I came to Vitality. Their all-women team are super friendly, welcoming and all amazing at their jobs. They ran proper X-rays on my body which no chiropractor has ever done on me before and Dr. Laila sat down with me and explained clearly what my condition was, as well as comparing it to what a healthy knee should look like. Her and Lupe explained to me the exact treatment I would need to start in order to begin my recovery; all steps were clear and going over insurance and costs were a piece of cake. For the last 2 months I've been doing rehabilitation with Lauren and Vanessa and chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Laila and Dr. Parisa, all who are very skilled at their jobs and leave me feeling relieved every session. The front desk receptionists Alicia and Lupe are super accommodating to any schedule changes and are extremely helpful with any questions I have regarding inquiries about services and insurance. The entire team at Vitality Medical Center is wholly devoted to making you well, naturally, through chiropractic adjustments with heat, physical therapy and rehabilitation, orthotics, stretching, traction, massage, trigger point injections, stem cell injections, and more. To see where you are at, they do x-rays, functionality tests, and range of motion tests. Then they devise a treatment of exercises specifically for you. I came here with a lot of neck, shoulder, and upper back tension. My x-rays showed areas where my skeletal structure was misaligned and where my spine had incorrect curvature. That caused muscles to work in ways they weren't supposed to, creating knots and a constant sense of tension. By doing specific exercises, I was able to strengthen targeted weak muscles and re-balance myself. Every few weeks I met with one of the staff to monitor my progress and adjust my exercises. After a few months, the results have been amazing!! I feel stronger, more balanced, and more relaxed. You would not believe the professionalism, knowledge, care, and dedication of all of the staff here. They are all experts in chiropractic, physical therapy, and natural means to better health. They are unbelievably dedicated to their patients. As a medical team, they meet at least two times a day to talk about the patients and to pool their knowledge to find ways to help the patients on their road to wellness. My girlfriend had previously gotten into a car accident in which she partially tore her labrum. Her treatment included PRP, which was something I've never heard of prior. She seemed to respond well to the treatment so I decided to look at getting PRP done for myself for my chronic shoulder and ankle problems (10-15 years). Found this place through Groupon and the price was very reasonable for injections in 2 joints. I'm currently in the OC frequently as I work there, but that would be changing in a couple weeks as a new job has brought me to LA area. Given that, I had a little more than a week to get a consultation and the procedures done before I would be too far to come during their weekday only hours. The receptionist (I believe Christina?) matched my sense of urgency as she tried to get me in as soon as possible the following week on very short notice. Instead, she topped that and called me in the very next day after requesting an appointment because of a cancellation. It was supposed to only be for a consultation and I would come back late for the procedure. But again, that was outdone by the staff being willing to stay a little past Friday closing time at noon and provide me with consultation, examination, and injections. Thank you to Christina, Dr. Laila, Dr. Josh, and Dr. Natalya (hope I spelled that correctly) for getting me in and out and providing a great experience. best of the best. i had fallen from 15ft down to the concrete damaged my arm completely doctors only said it was swollen and needed time to heal yet i had nothing but pain came in first day and they found the problem i had my shoulder bone out of place they put it back in to place and gave me back my life they gave me the ability to use my arm again withought pain they made 7 months of pain go away in less than 1hr....am so happy i came across them if not i would of still been suffering.. thank you so much for giving me my life back read more

If I can give a zero star I will. This is the worst place I have even been to in my life. I bought an offer from Groupon for spinal decompression because I got some lower back pain from lifting something heavy. The first thing they will do is trying to let you do extra stuff like x rays and other stuff although I have my MRI. Dr Laila told me you might need a surgery and I have one leg shorter than the other. All this lies just to scare me more to do extra stuff. I went there today and DR Laila told me she wants to do an exam on me although I did an exam before the first day, so I said ok. She starts to press very hard on my lower back trying to pain me as much as she can. I told her please stop but she kept doing it until I stand up. This is really not professional way to do an examination. I'm not sure if Dr Laila is even a doctor !!! All she is trying to do is convince me to do the x-ray and adjustments to get extra money. She also do the minimum weight in pulling for the spinal so I will keep going to them. They just want money money money. Now I'm having extreme pain in my lower back. I feel so stress and so bad. I was so much better before going there. I will not return there again although I still have 1 session. So my advice to never come here. Just go see other places. Run away. I hope I can save other people with this post. Don't let them examine you. They are ready to break your entire spinal if they can to keep you coming and suffer the pain all your life. From the first time I called in being in so much pain, Dr. Laila was super empathetic and had me come in the same day for an adjustment to get some relief. I had been in pain for days and just felt so appreciative after the first appointment. They gave me hope that things will get better. Not sure why there aren't more reviews here! Can adjustments hurt or feel surprising? Absolutely, especially if it's your first time. But what is great about this place is they walk you through the entire process and explain the purpose behind what they do. As a teacher, if you don't emphasize the "WHY" factor then theres a lack of depth and knowledge... and the staff here definitely walks you through why they do what they do, and why they recommend treatments based on your unique needs; the staff here always make you feel comfortable and like family. It feels as though they are genuinely invested in your health and care--which is so hard to find these days. I experience chronic neck pain and anxiety... when I was able to come here consistently, I noticed an incredible difference in my health and quality of life. After starting work again in the fall, I have not been able to go, but I certainly did notice how much the treatment here is meant to last--as long as you are putting in the work too.
