Blue Galaxy with tapioca (only available in large), passion fruit with mango popping bubbles

Cool down with a fun refreshing drink. Or if you're feeling hungry, come get some savory snacks like the popcorn chicken, takoyaki, or cheese hotdog. While there is limited seating, especially depending on the time of day (high school nearby), stop by and treat yourself. Conveniently located near the 1 train station and M23 bus stop.

Milk tea boba!

We came here on a cloudy Saturday with no expectations. We've been to Vivi before and had enjoyed their drinks and we wanted a snack. We arrived in the afternoon to a crowded area. As we patiently waited in line, we perused the menu. I initially asked if there was a student discount and the cashier didn't seem to understand and seemed irritated by my question. That's fine, I ordered a large taro milk tea with bubbles and 30% sugar, my usual. The line for drinks was really backed up and it only looked like one person was doing the drinks. We waited for about a full ten minutes, but given the crowdedness it was still fine. The waiting area is very cramped so I would avoid during the busier hours. When I finally received my drink, there were a lot of bubbles, which was awesome. The drink was still too sweet for my liking, I'm wondering if they used Lactaid milk. It was more sweet than creamy as I would have expected. Overall: generic bubble tea, not much pizzazz or fanfare to it. Service isn't great.

Honestly not a fan of the service or the design/layout of this Vivi store. Not much seating and the tables were sticky! Service is nonexistent and drinks are subpar. I'd rather walk to Boba Guys near Washington Square Park or splurge on Argo tea, which is probably healthier and near Union Square.

Gotta be honest, it was ok, but just ok. Might be because I'm from California and there are about a hundred boba places on every corner so I'm used to really good tea drinks, but the drinks we had were just average. My wife got the honeydew milk tea, which had a weird liquid to powder ratio and tasted too thick, and I had the tiramisu slush, which didn't really taste much like anything at all, a little too light on the flavor. Maybe it was just this one place or one day, but I'd pass and try somewhere else next time.

It is a long wait as only 1 person makes the drinks so it loses a star. Parking in that area is also tough. The three of us enjoyed the drinks. 3.5 /5 if you love Bubble tea and want a place that isn't a chain. 2.5 out 5 if you don't like bubble tea.

I got the oolong milk tea here yesterday and thought it was just okay. It had too much of the milky taste and lacked in the tea flavor. The other times I've had Vivi were better.

I went to Vivi with my friend this past weekend because we were craving something good to drink and were a little hungry; bubble tea is always the answer in those situations! The Flatiron location was somewhat small, like the other locations, but we were able to get a seat, which was fortunate because golly were they popular! There was a constant line the entire time we were there. I ordered a hot chocoberry cookie bubble tea and my friend got the basic black milk tea, hot, with bubbles and no sugar. The black milk tea tasted great. Mine was interesting, to say the least. The flavor was good, but I wasn't expecting or didn't realize there would be cookie chunks in it that quickly became soggy. It was tasty but a little weird. The bubbles in both drinks were great; a little soft and delicious with a slight chew. I had a relatively good experience here; what I drank was tasty. The service was pretty good but I initially ordered a moo milk tea which apparently you cannot get hot, which I don't understand. Anyway, 4 stars for good bubble tea and many options!

Decent boba spot! They offer the basics plus some fun flavors like Tiramisu Milk Tea! Service was fast, they had 4 baristas holding down the place.

This is a really large Vivi with seating inside as well. I ordered my usual Peach pulp tea with aloe in it, and it tasted great as usual! This place accepts cards and there was no minimum amount or drink you needed for it. I was really surprised to see on the menu for this Vivi included real food besides just drinks. It had ramen and some other snacks, which I saw some customers eating. Might try some of these next time I am around the area again!

I have put few picture as they have some specials. Good for bubble teas and I got jasmine ice tea without bubbles. Normally I drink it with bubbles but I wasn't feeling well I just wanted something to drink so I got honey jasmine tea. Place is pretty small and packed. Around evening it was packed and noisy cuz all the school kids were here. Basically it is good for bubble tea. I tried the jasmine and it is really great.

Smallish shop. My friend pointed out the sushi, and then my eyes got huge when I saw bubble tea. Its hard to find good bubble tea around 23rd st so this store was a blessing. It has the regular classic choices for bubble tea. I went with taro, my favorite since I was younger. My friend went on a sushi stampede. The individual a la carte pieces are cheap so you can mix and match. They also have small seaweed salads. The sushi was a delightfully fresh and tasty. Great choices for about a dollar a piece. Fantastic. Thanks for the bubble tea and sushi. Thumbs up.

3Q- Black milk tea w/ tapioca, pudding, & herbal jelly

Passed by this place as I was strolling through Chelsea. Very small stop & go type of shop, not too much room to sit & chat. I wanted the roast milk tea but they ran out so I ended up ordering the "3Q" which is black milk tea with tapioca, pudding, & herbal jelly. Overall it was good, nothing too special. I like my milk tea very strong & not sugary and it wasn't too sweet without me having to ask for less sugar which I liked. Like most places, you can adjust sugar and ice level but I always like to try the original first. In addition, I also saw that they offer food options such as dumplings, sushi, ramen, etc.

I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return.

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.

They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil. I got the Cookies and Cream, Rose, Lavender, and Pistachios. I loved the Rose and Lavender flavors, especially the lavender which had a solid floral flavor without being perfume-y.
