I've been here before and it was great. This last time the service was... not the best. I was thinking it was because they were busy? But it was mainly our younger waitress, it just seemed like they were distracted by the kitchen, but not waiting for meals to come out. But other than that, the food was great! I will always be back for the pho. The actual store is small and if it's windy, you will definitely feel the wind blow in through the front door, but that doesn't really bother me. Pho is perfect for colder weather.

After our mani and pedi appointment, and walk to our favorite place. Not to crowded on a Saturday. We were seated right away. Food was delicious and tasty.

I had never tried Vietnamese before until I tried this place. I went in and placed a to-go order. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and had steady customers coming into eat or to pick up call ins. I didn't want to go too crazy until I verified that I indeed would like it. I got the combination chow fun. This had the following meats: Shrimp, pork, and chicken. I thought the dish was delicious. I look forward to trying something else the next time I go!

This place smells like incense as soon as I got in. Reminds me of Asian ancestral worship or a temple of good fortune in Taiwan. But the broth is good and tho they don't have fresh noodles, yet it still tastes like California Pho. Everything was good, from the regular pho to the ox tail pho, to the spring rolls and the dumplings. Definitely a nice Asian taste (and smell) in Fallon. Service was friendly and fast. Solid A-

So the people were very nice to be honest if I was reading it for customer service I would give it a 10 out of 10 but if we're going to talk about actual pho I would give it about a 3 out of 10. Maybe even a two out of 10 the pho wasn't very much flavor at all and we tried the beef and the chicken type neither one of them were very good and the egg rolls weren't very good either but the people that were waiting on us were really friendly so if you want good customer service but not very good I would say this is the place for you

Usually good service and great food. Had an issue today with new menu. I wanted the grilled lemongrass and on the menu they have grilled chicken (marinated) and lemon grass chicken; so most people would think to order the Lemon grass option. Anyhow, not what I wanted and server got manager who said it's my responsibility to tell server what I want. Yes, but I didn't know there's two different lemongrass options which is not stated on the menu. (She said one is Vietnamese [grilled] and the other is Chinese [stir fry] which does not clarify or state on menu that the grilled chicken is also lemon grass because it just states marinated.) Advised Manager I didn't wanna to argue with her any more as she kept cutting me off and talking over me. I believe later she blamed the server ; I'm not completely sure and when I spoke to the server I let her know she did nothing wrong. In the end Manager asked what I wanted and told her I did not want the food. When we received the bill she did refund the money for that plate. Be careful and ask questions because Manager pretty much saying my fault for the lack of clarity in their menu.

Lid on top of paste with water in it, stored in the non-refrigerated condiments on the table.

Vermicelli bowl is a supposed to be a cold noodle dish. It had vaguely warm noodles in the bottom, as if they were stored close to but not on a hot plate or stove, and a tiny bit of cold noodles thrown on top. The warm noodles in the bottom tasted musty. The condiments were equally concerning.

Best restaurant in Fallon!! I'd be lying if I said we didn't eat here at least once a week. Best Pho. And they offer Chinese like options as well. Food comes out fresh, hot, and quick. We also love their pot stickers, spring rolls, and crab cheese wontons. Taste fresh and/or perfectly crisp. Staff is always friendly. Reasonably priced!

Stopped in for some broth soup to help fight my sniffles. The broth was hearty and the beef skirt was so tender! I was very happy with all the food choices I picked. Can't wait to go back and dine in next time I'm feeling better. Friendly staff.

Why is this place closed we love to eat here?

It was closed to remodel, though I guess the modeling job went sour and now they are open for business.

The mushroom chicken tasted ok, but it was unappealing to look at. Everything (mushrooms, bamboo shoots, chicken, sauce) was the same color. The broccoli beef was good. Even after being packed into to-go cartons the broccoli wasn't mushy. It wasn't extremely flavorful, but it was good. The General's chicken was good. That's my husbands "go to" and he seemed to like it. The fried rice was good and the chow Mein was ok. I had ordered 3 combination plates (thinking we'd all share) and since my husband HATES vegetables, I asked that his chow Mein be made w/o veggies. His came without them, but so did the other order. Lots of noodles, some chicken, and not a lot of flavor. All in all, in a pinch, it's an ok place to grab lunch. It's nothing exceptional. Would I go back? Probably. If there were another option? I'd try it.

They have a parking lot at back which is convenient. They seated us the moment we walked in around 1pm. We ordered and within 10 minutes, our order came pretty quickly. Our next option was to check Yelp and this place looked promising. It was just about a couple of miles away and had plenty of good reviews. We drove down the main strip and headed to our alternate destination. It's located inside a weird-looking interior strip mall that has a separate shared restroom with the rest of the businesses contained in the building. The restaurant staff wasn't too welcoming upon entry as we got seated and service was as warm and hospitable as the weather outside. We ordered a Calamari ($15.50) for appetizers, and we each got a Combination Pho ($18.50). I chose to change my noodles to Egg Noodles (which I typically do at other Pho places) and wifey opted for the Flat Noodles. (More commentary on this later). I know prices have gone significantly higher since the Pandemic and with the recent tariffs, jacked-up inflation and all other factors beyond our control, I typically don't bat an eye now with the cost of how much everything is worth nowadays....and expectedly so. The server didn't even mention that it was gonna cost us extra to change the Rice Noodle to our preference of noodle. Although I noticed it way after as it was stated on their menu (shame on us for not reading), it would have been nice if the server provided us with this info. As for the food, the Calamari was so-so and inconsistent. Some pieces were crispy and some pieces were soggy. The coating was very doughy and bland. They were also cut very thinly and lacked the snap. The Pho was basic and uneventful. But the worst part of the food was the garnishes. These were still soaked in water they there were literally dripping water on the sauce. Did they just grab them from a container, plopped them on a saucer and didn't even bother draining the water on a dry rack? You can see the pool of water left on the saucer plates. And I mentioned the warm service earlier. It was hard to flag down a server as they kept passing by us and almost felt like they were ignoring us even though we would wave and raise our hands as they delivered the food to our surrounding tables in an attempt to get their attention. They weren't wearing blinders, but it felt like they were. Also....don't get me started when patrons receive their orders first even though we placed our orders prior to their arrival. Yeah....I hate it when that happens. Lastly, let's backtrack on my commentary on the pricing. It was a sticker shock when we received the bill since I didn't realize it cost extra to replace the noodles (even though it's stated on the menu as I realized later on). It would have been nice if they server mentioned this, but service was lackluster from beginning to end.

This made it hard as 1 person in our group is allergic to onions and asked for no onions and there was still onions in the bag...just a smaller portion than for 3 orders. We also have one person that can't do spicy and having the jalapenos in the bag made everything spicy. We all found several dark hairs in our food.
