Voyagers went above and beyond for our group.! We showed up and as we checked in, I realized I booked the wrong day ‍ We were a week early. They were completely booked for the day. The owner was very sympathetic to my mistake and some how made it possibly to get us on the last boat for the evening. He totally saved the day! The prep-crew were very friendly and helpful. They knew we were on stand by so when the last boat pulled in, we watched as they all sprung into action. They all went to work clearing, cleaning and sanitizing the boat for our last minute trip. I understand being charged late fees for arriving past the return time. But a cleaning fee for a boat?? The workers claimed they had never seen a boat come back so filthy and accused us of getting out and swimming. The only times we got off the boat was when docked to use public restrooms. Sorry you didn't expect to see footprints in a boat you're going to hose down anyways. It felt targeted because they were annoyed we got back to the dock late. Beware of hidden fees and make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies to save $100. read more

Have used this company twice and the first time went great, however the second time was horrifying. My group and I were running late so I understand they were upset but when we got to the doc I was not expecting what was to come. When I got off to sign and expected to pay more for being late the worker was yelling in my face saying how dirty the boat was( some trash but nothing out of the ordinary) and saying I had to pay an extra $200 on top of what we had paid. He was gaslighting me and saying we dropped people off and dirtied the boat more than he's ever seen. They literally hosed it off in a second, plus they should be hosing off after each group for cleanliness anyway. Definitely not an experience I would want to go through again. Have never been so upset and scared of a worker. In response to their reply: Yes some of us were intoxicated, not all as there were friends present not drinking at all. Originally yes there was 13 people 2 of which never got on the boat since they left when you told us no. Yes we stopped to drop off one person on the way back as he was with the group of two and they wanted to leave after waiting for us for an hour and a half. Again with the gaslighting as no one got off to swim none of us even wanted to get in the water as we had brunch to follow. We simply stopped to use public restrooms and tracked in dirt not sure why that warrants an old man yelling in a 25 year old girls face. When you called it did seem like we were close hence my response, it is not my fault we were unfamiliar with the speed of the boat and how long it would actually take to get back. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Everyone is rude and all lack basic customer service and work ethics, DON't go there if you'd like to have a good time unless your up for some hassle!! I'm a business owner and last thing I want to do is leave anyone bad review even if things went wrong but unfortunately this must be shared! Andy ruined our gender reveal party with his attitude being disrespectful and discriminative towards us since we arrived on the dock till the moment we left, I never heard anyone after being tipped a hefty tip saying it's not enough specifically if he's asking for a tip the moment we arrived for no service given. When we came back there was some corn starch powder canon left over on the boat, I was very apologetic and explained to him that happened by accident and offered to help cleaning as it can be dusted or vacuumed off even though it's not a big deal to clean or whatsoever, (ps he asked for a tip before even seeing the pink powder leftover-again for no service given) he made a big deal to be tipped more so I tipped him more and he didn't stop complaining and being rude in front of my guests while on the other hand I offered him help and gave him more tip than he asked for, at some point I felt I was being discriminated the way he talked and the comments he kept making only cause he was being lazy to do his work, eventually I found out it was just a hustle to charge a $150 cleaning fee for no reason, I really don't care about the money as much as I care about the principal. The owners called me and unfortunately they handled the situation even worse as they probably heard a different story from their worker. Very disappointed to have my special event ending in this way. Probably the owners will share some pics of pink powder on the boat but please don't be fooled by the pics as this powder is natural corn starch ingredients that's not harmful to the ocean and can be dusted off easily or simply vacuumed and won't take more than extra 10 mins cleaning which I already given them more than enough tip (that was grabbed quick by Andy while he was trash talking) - Sadly it's a hustle to charge for extra money besides ruing the experience for sure, there are many more companies to choose from so please be aware before coming here please. I don't respect any business that don't respect their guests and Andy is the worst representation any business would have, it's a shame to have him in direct contact with guests going there to have a good time, him and the owners shouldn't be in this business or should be taught what customer service is all about before thinking about running this business. read more

Had a great experience! Loved how I was able to find a 12 seat Duffy because most only allow 8-10. Everyone fit comfortably and we had a great time. Also driver does not need to be 25 which was a problem with other rental options. Check in process was really simple and quick. The boat was comfy and clean and has Bluetooth speakers. We had some minor inconveniences on our ride and we're given a full refund. We all still had a great time and I love a business that takes care of their customers. This is my 3rd Duffy boat experience (one of which was guided), and this is the only one that left me with such a positive experience, that I know I'll want to use them, again. From the start, I'd received communication from Luann, confirming the reservation, offering directions and information, sending reminders, and answering my questions -- all in a friendly manner; she even sent a text that she'd be waiting to greet us at the dock when we returned. Before taking the boat out on the water, we were appreciatively provided with basic rules on the bay, as well as a map with suggested routes. The boat was very clean and attractive, and in excellent shape; the location is great! Most of all, Luann was just so friendly and approachable, and made us feel so comfortable, which added to our wonderful experience. Upon booking with Luann the text message with instructions was helpful and convenient. Joe was waiting and helpful in getting us launched and his instructions were precise. The boat was immaculately clean and well prepared. Joe was also standing by and assisted as we came back into dock. The location is a perfect starting point for a full scale tour of Newport's amazing scenery. And the price was more than fair for the 2 hours that we got. Super easy to book online. Parking can be difficult but we were lucky we went a bit earlier. Although part of our party arrived a little later, staff was super accommodating and kind about it.
