I was in Nashville for vacation and I wanted something healthy. I came to Vui's and was surprised but in a good way that it was located in a food hall. I ordered a bowl, spring roll and dumplings. The staff was great and super welcoming. The food was good, I can't quit put my finger on it, I wanted more of a homey feeling but it hit the spot.

Mood: Post travel meal. After a long travel day having some good food is a must! First time at the location and it was niceeeeee. Having that outside patio action is cool. Not a fan of all the tables being wobbling (tighten them up) Food: Korean style wings 100/100 omg my new order for sure. Flavor blast & nice spicy kick Chicken teriyaki bowl 7/10 kind of dry but the chicken was good. Simple bowl Vui Pho 8/10 was good with spices and flavor but the after taste was a confusing taste. Still ok overall. Would come back for sure and their hunters station location. Service was good. Place was clean.

Vui's has been on my Nashville restaurant bucket list for years and I was so excited to finally be able to try it. After much deliberation (there were so many enticing items on the menu!), I ordered the Vui's Bowl with noodles and tofu. The dish was spectacular -- each bite was packed with flavor, thanks to the mildly spicy chile lime dressing. It paired well with the pickled daikon, fresh mint and cilantro. The crushed peanuts and fried shallots added a slight crunch to each bite. The green leaf spring mix was fresh, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The serving size was just right for lunch. Overall, it was delicious. The outdoor seating area is perfect when the weather is nice, but there is a decent amount of seating indoors as well. I can't wait to come back to explore more of the menu.

Great place! It is an order at the counter place and they had seating both inside and outside. We ordered and grabbed a seat at one of the picnic tables outside and enjoyed the great May afternoon. I got the Beef Pho, and I am embarrassed to say this was my first Pho...how is that possible? Always wanted to try it, but jest never got to it. I think I started off right because this was great. The tender beet, the flavorful broth, the veggies and rice noodles were a fantastic combination. We also got the Spring Rolls which were equally as good. Place has a great casual vibe and the setting, although a busy area, didn't disappoint.

Came here on a trip and it is my second time at Vui's and it's great! The food tastes fresh and the flavors are great. I also had a yummy Thai tea.

I am too spoiled by west coast pho to like this pho. This was not it. It had no depth of flavor and the beef was like...chopped? Instead of slices of ribeye etc. like I'm used to. The limeade & cold brew were good though and so was the spicy slaw I got on the side. Absolutely would never order pho here again though. Also, order took a long time to come out. Wouldn't return.

Service was great, price was right, and food looked pretty, but honestly I had higher expectations for the flavor. The chicken was pretty sweet and I wanted more spice. the rice was okay but it tasted mushy. The restaurant was counter service and it was laid back perfect for a get together with my friends. I don't think i'd come back on my own but maybe it was the wrong dish.

Vui's Berry Hill has been a staple for me for many years since working in Berry Hill area, I realize I have never reviewed it. It's a smaller lot, but usually no issues finding a parking spot and I love that it has a small neighborhood feel. The indoor seating includes about ten cozy 2-seater tables and one larger 6-person table, making it great for 1:1 meals. Outside, they have larger tables and some picnic style tables that are perfect for gatherings when the weather is nice. Normally, I go for the Pho (which is always amazing - regardless of the type of meat, and the broth is decadent), but this time I decided to try something new and went with the Salad Bowl with noodles, cremini mushrooms, and chicken. The chili lime dressing was so flavorful and brought all together. For a salad of sorts it was very satisfying. I love that they offer a healthier alternatives to soda and carbonated water!! Along with a diverse beverage menu! The aesthetic and vibes are calming with chill lights and bamboo decor. Their story is painted on their wall, creating a cozy feel that ties in their missions/values. Also, I really appreciate their team and staff and believe they put a lot of care and attention to their work. I emailed them years ago when starting macro tracking and they were generous to share macros and ingredients with me, which helped stay on course with my goals.

We have eaten at another location and enjoyed it, so this time we tried a different location. Everything was good, but had some things I'd wanna change. I love bahn Mi with pork meatloaf, so I was a little disappointed that the only pork option was pork belly. They were 3 large strips, so it was hard to keep everything in one bite. The toppings and everything were great still though. I loved the steamed dumplings. The chili oil was just the right amount of spice. The above bun was too greasy this time. Didn't do it for me this time around. The inside seating gets busy fast right when they open. It's in a very popular part of town. Service was great and the food itself was very good. I think a pork meatloaf or lunch meat style would be a great addition though.

Time and time again, Vui's has surpassed my expectations. Amazing every single time and I crave it constantly! The shrimp pho or the bowl are my go-to. The pho broth is flavorful and the vegetables are fresh. The bowl has the most exquisite grilled shrimp. My only small criticism is the drink selection: no Coke OR Pepsi products. There is both indoor and outdoor which I love and sitting outside with my pho on a cloudy day is the perfect combo. I even drove out during a snow storm to eat their pho because it was all I was thinking about! You absolutely must try Vui's!

Rating: 3/5 I recently visited Vui's for a pho craving, and while the ingredients were top-notch, I left feeling a bit disappointed by the flavor. First, let's talk about the positives. The broth was clear and had a clean appearance, and you could tell that the meat was fresh and they cut into strips and it throws of the vibe of pho. The herbs and sprouts were crisp and fresh, and they didn't skimp on the basil or lime. You could tell they take care with their ingredients, which is always a huge plus. However, the flavor just didn't deliver. The broth lacked depth, and there wasn't that rich, complex, umami flavor that I've come to expect from a great bowl of pho. It almost felt too mild, even after adding all the usual accompaniments like sriracha and hoisin sauce. The seasoning felt off-balance, and I ended up needing to add quite a bit of extra seasoning to make it enjoyable. While I can appreciate the quality of the ingredients, the lack of a well-rounded flavor profile left me feeling like something was missing. If you're someone who appreciates freshness but doesn't mind a lighter, less flavorful pho, this place might work for you. But if you're in the mood for a rich, savory bowl that's packed with flavor, this might not be the spot. Service was great, staff is personable and upbeat no negatives there. Parking is tight but easy for me.

Vui's is such a go-to for me. It's delicious, pretty healthy, not unreasonably priced, and gives a good sized meal. They're also always SO quick to get your order out. I've done everything from dine-in, to takeout, to delivery at Vui's, and it always hits. I will HIGHLY recommend their vermicelli noodle bowl with chicken (the chicken is so flavorful, there are a ton of veggies, and the peanuts and crispy onions add a perfect crunch), and I usually ask for the soy-lime dressing instead of the chile-lime dressing. But both are good! Their tofu is also super great and tender and packed full of flavor. Their rice bowl is essentially the same but with rice, and so on. If you don't like spice, ask for the creamy citrus dressing (it's also delicious). They also have great pho! The meals are always big portions, and SUPER fresh and tasty.

Every time I'm in Nashville, this is a required stop! But I have MS & it's getting progressively harder to park. Parking is problematic, and I can't find any disabled spots. Are they hidden, or may ADA folks use the reserved delivery spots?

As far as i observed, There weren't specific disabled parking spots. They do have decent number of parking spots on both sides of the restaurants and there is street parking as well.

We enjoyed it so much that we went the next day before we left! The food is priced very fairly and the menu has a really fun twist where there isn't the traditional appetizer, main, dessert. Everything is meant to be shared and you're encouraged to try new dishes and choose from anywhere on the menu. I have a peanut allergy and they were very accommodating and automatically made any necessary adjustments to dishes we ordered. We tried a couple different drinks and they were all very good and fairly priced. We went on weekend nights and only had to wait around 20 minutes to be seated indoors, which was to be expected as this place was packed with people and we would have been willing to wait longer if needed. We had two different servers, I unfortunately can't remember our first one's name but she was the one with stretched ears that normally wears her hair up. She was great and very thorough in explaining how the menu worked. The second night we had Lexi and she was super sweet. They were both fantastic and I hope to be seated with either one of them when we eventually go back!

Our server (I believe his name was Mitch) was phenomenal! We started off with the guava girlies, anti-hero, tan lines and good times - our favorites were the guava girlies and the anti- hero. The tan lines didn't have a deep enough flavor profile for us. For food, we got the Caesar salad, the green beans, the tuna crispy rice, the hurricane fries, charred scallion noodles, and burnt end lettuce wraps! Every dish was a hit but our favorites were the green beans (we were obsessed with the sauce) and the burnt end lettuce wraps. We also tried the lipstick marks, second hand smoke (sub mezcal with regular tequila), and guava girlies with tequila - all of these were also delicious! Despite being full, we had to try the dessert and tried the brookie with ube ice cream. We were also surprised with a scoop of pandan ice cream. This may be one of the most unique flavor profiles for a brookie I've ever had and it paired beautifully with the ube and pandan gelato! This was truly a fantastic dining experience and we will definitely be back!

By the bar we got to see some of the dishes being made. Great date night spot. Limited parking. This is a tapas spot and our serve did a good job recommending how many dishes to get. The only reason Noko is not getting 5 stars is because the server said that they would time out the dishes for us, so it was best to place our entire order all at once. However, we got 3 dishes and then it took about 30 minutes for other two to come out. Maybe we were eating too fast but felt like we were waiting a while for our food. The food itself was absolutely delicious. There was nothing we ordered that I did not like. Some favorites include the burnt ends lettuce wraps and Korean chicken wings. The Sando, shrimp and tuna crispy rice was also spectacular. The tuna was so flavorful and refreshing on the tuna crispy rice. The sauce of the east side shrimp really makes the dish. I'm not a huge shrimp person but this was really good. This is a must go to spot in Nashville and would definitely want to come back.

The service was a 10/10--truly superior. Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the menu and how almost everything could be ordered as shareable plates. The ambiance was also really nice and made it a great spot for trying several dishes and enjoying the evening. We ordered the plantains, duck tacos, sticky ribs, truffle mac & cheese, gnocchi, and crispy tuna. The STICKY RIBS were absolutely the star of the night! Crispy on the outside, moist and tender inside, plenty of meat, and packed with flavor. Oh my goodness...these alone are worth going back for! I already can't wait to have them again. The duck tacos were another favorite--well seasoned with a crispy wonton shell that gave them the perfect crunch. The crispy tuna was really tasty as well. The gnocchi had a little more sauce than I personally prefer, but it was still very good. The truffle mac & cheese was okay, but fairly average compared with some of the other dishes. The only dish I didn't enjoy was the plantains. They had a combination of sweet, salty, and a little spice that just didn't work for me. And don't skip the drinks! I had a frozen margarita that was DELICIOUS and the perfect addition to the meal. Overall, Kore was a great experience--from the service and atmosphere to several standout dishes. After some fairly lengthy confusion at the hostess stand, despite having had a confirmed reservation - it took quite a while for her to decide which table she wanted to give us out of the many open spots. She left us standing there, without explanation, to go put out the placements that seemed necessary to have set before we could sit, then finally came back to take us over to a spot - this didn't feel like a greatest start to the evening. It was very awkward. You know what they say, first impressions are important! Thankfully we were greeted by a very friendly waitress who was very knowledgeable about the menu, both food and drinks! She took great care of us throughout our meal. We dove in with drinks - A Sapporo, they have it on tap, and it's delicious! As well as an Old Fashioned! Both fantastic! It took us a little while to decide which food items we wanted to choose! This is a small plates restaurant so the options are numerous, they all sound so good!! We tried to pick at least one thing from of each category! We decided on the Kalbi dumplings, the Cauliflower, Kalbi Steak, the Crispy tuna, and Gochujang Mole. Every single dish was absolutely amazing and filled with the most rich, full flavors!! My absolute favorite was the crispy tuna! So delicious!! The mole dish - Chorizo, fingerling potato, red onion, red veined sorrel, crema was also next level exceptional! SO much flavor!! Something that was a little strange about our visit, and the reason for only giving 4 stars is this: We made our reservation off of the times offered by the restaurant. We chose 8:30 due to other things we had going on in our day - they offered as late as 8:45. This is the type of place that it's nice to work slowly through the menu and try a few dishes and then order a few more, etc... Unfortunately, right after we placed our initial order we were informed that we would need to have all of our food AND drink orders or refills in to the kitchen within the next 10 mins as the kitchen would be closing. This was too rushed and disappointing for what we were planning on for our dinner. We wished that the restaurant would have been more clear about this when we made the reservation, or at least when we first began perusing the menu. We did not have enough time for what we would have preferred and did not end up ordering any more food or drinks, as we definitely would have - however, what we did try was worth it! I would just HIGHLY suggest going earlier in the evening, much longer before they close!!

To our credit, neither of us left a nasty review at the time; it happens in the restaurant business. But five years of watching them stay busy and still standing convinced me it was probably a one-off, so I gave Soy Bistro another shot. I ordered the Hot Chicken -- pan-seared, chargrilled chicken breast with Korean spices, served with house coleslaw and rice. The restaurant was clean, the service attentive, and a genuine highlight: self-serve beverages with large cups of ice-cold water, which I really appreciated. The coleslaw was crisp with a terrific dressing, and the rice was spot on. The chicken itself was a touch dry and could have really used a dipping sauce to pull it all together. At $15.50 -- closer to $20 after tax and tip, I wasn't wowed by the value on this particular dish. The cheesy skillets were flying out of the kitchen and looked amazing, clearly the crowd favorite for a reason. Next visit I haven't found my dish yet, but I have a pretty good idea where to look.
