Vy was quick to respond with questions and offered great suggestions for my requested theme. The recipient told me the confections were beyond delicious and hinted that she wanted more. In addition, she waived the late notice fee & apologized for my loss. The cake pops I had made for my sons birthday were a little smaller than I imagined but the details were nice and the cake was tasty. Minus a star for changing my pickup time at the last minute, got a call morning of stating that she was not done yet and if I could push it out later. It made my schedule a little tighter that day as we had a ton of things to pick up. Confirmation of time was set before hand and she arranged for the pickup before 9am, scheduled at 8:30, but pushed back until 10 am... and I realize things come up, but if you are running a business, you need to stay consistent. read more

Personally, I have gotten hello kitty, trucks, sea creatures, peacocks, headgehogs, and sloths :] They're so cute and very yummy. This review is based on customer service and professionalism. I've placed several orders for Edible Images and they have always been of quality. This particular situation, my prints did not print out according to the picture sent to Vypassetti Cake Pops. I quickly notified Vy and I was told that she printed what I sent which was incorrect. The image I "sent" was completely visible verses what printed out..Animated prints I'd say. Upon ordering my replacements I was told I could be offered a "discounted" price since her resources were used. This was a complete joke to me. I had already paid $30.00 for my prints and she wanted me to turn around and pay her discounted cost of $15.00. I was baffled. Long story short, she agreed to replace the prints at no charge after I expressed how I felt and what was printed was not what I sent. A few days went by and she told me her printer was "streaking" and she would keep me posted. Well I guess she was diagnosing her printer for 4 whole days....the 5th day, she told me she had to issue a refund because she had to order new toner. One day before my order was due. Not only was I pissed, I was very disturbed by her customer service skills, to wait one day before my event. RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! With this being said, I inquired about another order and I was told she would discuss once her toner arrived. As pissed as I was, I still believed everything I was being told as a customer...streaking, new toner on order and machine down. Only to find out, she accepted an order the SAME DAY for edible prints that would be due in less than 24 hours. By now, I'm really PISSED! The right way to have handled this matter, was give me my prints and never accept another order. In this case, she decided not to print anything ONE day before.
