Wow...we stopped here looking for an outdoor place to enjoy privacy to celebrate a brunch for my gf commencement...more than the food (and it was so fresh and delicious) I take the costumer service as the most important trait of this place! Their managers' attention to us has been unique; constant visits to the table, positive vibes, politeness, getting to know us, and also sharing about themselves made a cool and nice personalized environment. Because of my gf celebration they congratulated her constantly and brought lots of cookies for the table!! Also, they forgot to add a sandwich order and when they brought all the food and found out it was missing...they brought the sandwich later at no charge. The food and customer service here is amazing. Everything on their menu sounds delicious and healthy. I could not decide what to get. I ended up getting the burger and a side of macaroni salad. They were both delicious. I absolutely loved the macaroni salad. It had a very tasty flavor to it and I wanted more! The burger was cooked to perfection and it did not feel like a heavy meal after I was done eating. It was a perfect amount of food, made with fresh and healthy ingredients. They also have chocolate that they hand make there everyday. Unfortunately when I visited, they sold out but I was able to try a sample and it was very good. I would definitely come back and buy some of the chocolates. The interior is very clean and spacious. I will be a returning customer and try other options on their menu. Was looking to try a new place in Irvine for breakfast. I decided to try W Cafe take-out. I ordered the W Scramble which is supposed to include homestyle potatoes. I made the mistake of not checking the order at the restaurant, when I got home I discovered the potatoes weren't in the take-out box. The shrimp scramble was delicious but I rally missed having the potatoes and I wish they'd gotten the order right. I'll likely not go back. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I visited their Irvine location yesterday with my family and friends after my graduation from UCI to grab lunch and take a break from the craziness and WOW! We didn't just had delicious food, the manager and everyone working there, made it an amazing experience. We were not expecting anything but to grab tasty lunch after having been stuck in the parking lot traffic at UCI for 40 mins but everyone here just took us by surprise with their aboye and beyond customer service, their staff's personality and warmth, and their DELICIOUS food! Everything was so tasty and the menu had the perfect amount of options for everyone. I ordered the Banana French Toast and it was sooo delicious, and their Donout French Toast is just amazing, as well as their Capresse Sandwich. Service was quick, accurate and on time. And at the end they gave us free cookies as dessert for our whole group of 6 as a congratulations gift from them for graduating. Their sugar cookies and cinnamon cookies with rainsins are my favorites. Also, they frequently checked on us to see if we had liked everything and the manager introduced himself to us and spent time engaging with us. They truly care about their customers and your experience more than just getting your money, PLUS the food is delicious, the place is clean and beautiful. Congratulations guys! OMG! First time here with girlfriend. Was in heaven when I ate that delicious, tender and soft Pastrami Sandwich! WOW, it was the best and what a delight, the way the food on the plate was arranged, with a little purple orchid to top it off! What a treat! We had the opportunity to deal with the greatest staff I have ever met. We felt a personal connection with Khan and the manager. They were extremely friendly and felt a very welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious and affordable. Everyone in our group enjoyed their dishes, but my sandwich in particular has been the best I have ever had. I just wish I lived closer so that I could frequent the Cafe. P.S. Their bathroom is in excellent condition. That's rare in other places. read more

What a treat! Looked for a healthy place close to my house. Tucked in next to hoag complex. Good close parking, very clean, inside and outside seating. Lovely place for breakfast and lunch, it closes at 3:30. European style, light but delicious. You are full but not stuffed. Very healthy tasting and great flavor. This is the second time this month that I've been here. Breakfast this time with my dad & hubby. The food is presented beautifully, is delicious and healthy for you. The owner truly takes pride in his work and it shows. I wish I had taken a picture before I dove in with my fork! Next time I will for sure-and there will be a next time. The ambience is delightful. Stumbled upon this place today and were so pleased with everything! The interior is clean with a modern, hip design and an extensive menu with breakfast burritos, scrambles, omelets, smoothies, flatbread sandwiches, salads, burgers, and desserts. I ordered an omelet and the plate arrived with a side salad, fresh fruit, and toasted bread. So good! The manager, Kamal, was a delight. Excellent breakfast! I had the Sunrise Sandwich: probably the tastiest breakfast sandwich I've ever had! My daughter had the Donut French Toast: also yummy! Excellent prices; the quality of the food is so great that I would have been happy even if the prices were 20% higher! Very friendly staff. A suggestion for the staff: I am a big fan of eggs benedict and wish that they had some at W Cafe (lots of room for the chef to create some unique benedicts).
